"We are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all."

"The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!"

However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark."

這是一家外表光鮮亮麗，內部管理卻腐敗至極的新飯店。原本帶孩子來度假，卻換來滿身傷痕與一肚子氣。
2026/05/10 晚上，在大浴池更衣室時，一位日本女人莫名把我女兒放在位子上的毛巾和髮圈丟到地上。我過去跟她理論，她一邊吹頭髮一邊裝傻，最後竟辱罵我「I hate you, you are stupid」。罵完後，我繼續跟她爭論，結果她竟然當場情緒失控，直接朝我衝過來想拿毛巾甩我。我伸手阻擋，她竟然大力抓傷我的手背。
為了自保和留作證據，我隨即拿起手機拍下對方的臉。當時對方兩人皆已完全穿好衣服，並非在裸露狀態下拍攝。對方隨即做賊喊抓賊大喊 police 並跑去櫃檯告狀。
最讓人寒心的是飯店的處理態度：
1. 櫃檯睜眼說瞎話：我先生下樓詢問進度，飯店竟然推託說「不知道對方住哪一房，要等明天早上經理來調監視器」。對方都去櫃檯抱怨了，飯店怎麼可能不知道房號？根本是欺騙外國人的拖延戰術！
2. 經理冷血且檢討被害人：隔天早上經理面無表情，沒有一句道歉或慰問傷口，只說：「我們飯店不會幫你們報警，要報警自己去報。」接著竟然強迫我刪除證據影片，理由是「那是客人的隱私」。
我當場回他：「因為她們是日本人有隱私，我們不是日本人，莫名被抓傷就不用處理？！」如果要報警，這就是證據，我絕對不會刪！最後全家人直接拉著行李走人。
這家飯店的態度就是：日本人的隱私至上，外國人的安全隨便。 發生事情時，這家飯店只會包庇、拖延、推卸責任，要去住的人請自己保重！

While this new hotel looks nice on the outside, its management and crisis handling are completely unacceptable. On the night of May 10th, 2026, our family vacation turned into a nightmare.
In the changing room of the public bath, a Japanese woman inexplicably threw my daughter’s towel and hair tie onto the floor. When I confronted her, she insulted me, shouting, ”I hate you, you are stupid!” After she insulted me, I didn't back down and continued to argue with her. She then completely lost control and rushed toward me. As I put my hand up to block her, she violently scratched the back of my hand.
To protect myself and preserve evidence, I took a video of her face. I must emphasize that at that moment, both women were fully dressed; no one was recorded in a state of undress. She then started playing the victim, screaming ”Police!” and ran to the front desk to complain.
The hotel's response was outrageous:
1. Lying and Stalling: The hotel staff blatantly lied, claiming they didn't know which room the guest stayed in and needed to wait until the next morning for the manager to review the CCTV. This was an obvious stalling tactic.
2. Coldness and Victim-Blaming: The next morning, the manager offered NO apology and NO concern for my injury. He coldly stated, ”Our hotel will not help you call the police. If you want to, do it yourself.” Worse, he repeatedly demanded that I delete the video evidence, claiming it violated the ”guest's privacy.”
I replied, ”So because they are Japanese, they have privacy, but because we are not, it’s okay for us to be assaulted and injured without resolution?!” I refused to delete the crucial evidence. We packed our bags and left immediately.
This hotel's stance is clear: The privacy of an aggressor matters more than the safety of a foreign tourist. They will only protect the locals and dodge responsibility. Stay here at your own risk!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAll good! Very friendly and helpful host, and room is clean and all facilities are working properly. There are bottle water and beers for sale in the lobby, with reasonable prices - very convenient. And another small thing that I personally found convenient was that - they just put clean towels and disposable chopsticks in the lobby, and we can get at anytime, and no need to wait for house keeping.
A few suggestions though: can add 1-2 cushions for the wooden chair, which will make it more comfortable to sit on; And the blanket was too thick for summer, could’ve been better to provide a thinner option.

There was initially a miscommunication regarding the amount of people checking-in but was solved by trip.com customer service.
This apartment is not walkable to american town but a short 5min drive away. It is up on a hill.
There are only 7 parking lots available.
Bed is too soft for my liking and there are many bugs around.
But for the price, one cant complain.
Check out is strictly 11am.
Wifi is ok.
Bathroom is good and have washing machine+ dryer

However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel.
My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay.
It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

PPengguna TetamuMango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
