"Room is big and clean. Due to the typhoon, the hotel offered some game stalls at the lobby as outdoor activities was impossible. Located right beside the American Village, plenty of food options within walking distance. Onsen was good and the buffet breakfast has wide varieties. Would love to come back again."

"Stayed for 5 nights for USD$528 as a family with a toddler in Jan 2026. Pros: Good value given its excellent location and made for a good base in Chatan. The waterfront was at our doorstep (stone steps rather than beach) and we got to see the sunset. Stay on a Saturday night and get to see the 8pm fireworks from your room. Lots within short driving range, restaurants and Aeon Chatan. Hotel staff were friendly and amenities were sufficient for our needs. There was a complimentary light breakfast with coffee of extremely diluted juice, along with a tiny pastry heated up. Cons: This was by far the worst hotel bed we’ve slept on. The bed was too soft and caused leg pain for my husband as a result he slept in the sofa bed, which opened into an “n” shape with the top and bottom sinking down. There was also a hard metal rod in the frame. We tried requesting for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable for him and was quoted ¥3000 for it. The room was old and dusty and floor didn’t feel clean and area underneath the bed was dusty. We shifted the bed to make space for the toddler to play and as a result we sneezed all night. The sea view was nice but as we only paid for a mid-level floor, people could easier look in hence we kept our blinds closed most of the time. We asked ourselves if we would ever visit again given the good location and view but sadly we decided no as my husband fell sick often during that stay due to poor sleep."

"This is a great option if you want to stay right in the heart of American Village. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in the condition of the rooms and facilities. The amenities were excellent - having a washer/dryer with 2 complimentary detergent packets daily was incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The in-room fridge and microwave also made it easy to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. The room itself felt more like an apartment, with a spacious living area, a balcony, and an amazing view overlooking American Village. Location-wise, it’s perfect if your main focus is exploring American Village. However, beyond that, the area gets pretty quiet late at night once most of the village closes. In hindsight, I probably would have stayed further north as a base for visiting Okinawa’s northern attractions. Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing, especially after hours. During check-in, security refused to let me temporarily park in the open spaces while unloading luggage, claiming it would encourage everyone else to demand parking there. Considering the inconvenience of retrieving the car from the automated lift parking just to unload bags, the response felt unreasonable, so I ended up parking curbside instead. Things got worse later that night when I accidentally left my key card in the room. I buzzed reception for assistance, but the staff member simply kept gesturing for me to tap my card to enter and refused to come help open the door despite me clearly explaining the situation. There was also no security staff present at the parking area to operate the automated parking lift when I returned, so I parked in the surface lot instead - only to be scolded by security the next morning during check-out. Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are excellent, but the inconsistent and unhelpful service significantly affected the experience."

"The room was nice and the service was great. The ocean view was beautiful, but unfortunately my room was on a lower floor so the view wasn’t as perfect as I hoped. "We stayed on the top floor. The room is very spacious, with utensils and kitchenware. There is a convenient store in a short walk. The American village is very close, take about 10 minutes to walk to. Several restaurants near the condo within walking distance. We are very happy with the stay. At night time, the ******** of motorbike or cars would do racing on the main road which is quite noisy and disturb for about 30-45 minutes and from time to time. It's not about the hotel anyway, just the surrounding at night."

"Good location but personally would have preferred no staying for 3 nights at the American village, prefer the japanese charm. Sea View from the room was amazing.Expected a more more modern room but it did the job.Family mart at the hotel once again, coming handy. Very nice breakfast.If you want to take the ferry to go to the small islands for snorkeling maybe stay a night in Naha instead. We enjoyed sunset kayaking 15 mins drive away."

"This is a very old building, and I don't think it's worth the high price I paid. I paid SGD 250++ per night, not including breakfast, facilities, and coffee machines are available from 2pm to 10pm It's not worth staying here! The only positive things I can say are that the sea view and the room are spacious. I would not recommend this option, as there are many newer and reasonably priced hotels nearby, all within a 5-minute walk or bus ride to the airport."

"Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do! Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious! Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well. Overall I had an amazing stay in there."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Booked the Japanese style room for a family of 4. Since we are only 2, and it was so spacious. There was also a proper dining table and washing machine. Many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience shops all around. For though that are looking for a more unique stay / non-traditional hotel, this is the place!"
