"「外國旅客安全毫無保障！遇到事情只會拖延、包庇，極度不推薦！」 這是一家外表光鮮亮麗，內部管理卻腐敗至極的新飯店。原本帶孩子來度假，卻換來滿身傷痕與一肚子氣。 2026/05/10 晚上，在大浴池更衣室時，一位日本女人莫名把我女兒放在位子上的毛巾和髮圈丟到地上。我過去跟她理論，她一邊吹頭髮一邊裝傻，最後竟辱罵我「I hate you, you are stupid」。罵完後，我繼續跟她爭論，結果她竟然當場情緒失控，直接朝我衝過來想拿毛巾甩我。我伸手阻擋，她竟然大力抓傷我的手背。 為了自保和留作證據，我隨即拿起手機拍下對方的臉。當時對方兩人皆已完全穿好衣服，並非在裸露狀態下拍攝。對方隨即做賊喊抓賊大喊 police 並跑去櫃檯告狀。 最讓人寒心的是飯店的處理態度： 1. 櫃檯睜眼說瞎話：我先生下樓詢問進度，飯店竟然推託說「不知道對方住哪一房，要等明天早上經理來調監視器」。對方都去櫃檯抱怨了，飯店怎麼可能不知道房號？根本是欺騙外國人的拖延戰術！ 2. 經理冷血且檢討被害人：隔天早上經理面無表情，沒有一句道歉或慰問傷口，只說：「我們飯店不會幫你們報警，要報警自己去報。」接著竟然強迫我刪除證據影片，理由是「那是客人的隱私」。 我當場回他：「因為她們是日本人有隱私，我們不是日本人，莫名被抓傷就不用處理？！」如果要報警，這就是證據，我絕對不會刪！最後全家人直接拉著行李走人。 這家飯店的態度就是：日本人的隱私至上，外國人的安全隨便。 發生事情時，這家飯店只會包庇、拖延、推卸責任，要去住的人請自己保重！ [No Safety for Foreign Tourists! They only protect locals, delay issues, and blame the victims. Highly NOT recommended!] While this new hotel looks nice on the outside, its management and crisis handling are completely unacceptable. On the night of May 10th, 2026, our family vacation turned into a nightmare. In the changing room of the public bath, a Japanese woman inexplicably threw my daughter’s towel and hair tie onto the floor. When I confronted her, she insulted me, shouting, ”I hate you, you are stupid!” After she insulted me, I didn't back down and continued to argue with her. She then completely lost control and rushed toward me. As I put my hand up to block her, she violently scratched the back of my hand. To protect myself and preserve evidence, I took a video of her face. I must emphasize that at that moment, both women were fully dressed; no one was recorded in a state of undress. She then started playing the victim, screaming ”Police!” and ran to the front desk to complain. The hotel's response was outrageous: 1. Lying and Stalling: The hotel staff blatantly lied, claiming they didn't know which room the guest stayed in and needed to wait until the next morning for the manager to review the CCTV. This was an obvious stalling tactic. 2. Coldness and Victim-Blaming: The next morning, the manager offered NO apology and NO concern for my injury. He coldly stated, ”Our hotel will not help you call the police. If you want to, do it yourself.” Worse, he repeatedly demanded that I delete the video evidence, claiming it violated the ”guest's privacy.” I replied, ”So because they are Japanese, they have privacy, but because we are not, it’s okay for us to be assaulted and injured without resolution?!” I refused to delete the crucial evidence. We packed our bags and left immediately. This hotel's stance is clear: The privacy of an aggressor matters more than the safety of a foreign tourist. They will only protect the locals and dodge responsibility. Stay here at your own risk!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it had everything we needed. While it was a bit disappointing that the kitchen lacked cooking supplies (available for an extra 1,000 yen), the overall experience was pleasant. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to American Village, and we appreciated the in-room washer and separate dryer—especially since some of my clothes can’t be machine-dried. Detergent is available downstairs for 50 yen per load. Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, but fresh towels are available upon request."

"Is a small and clean hotel in Apartment style but location some distance to American Village if you solo will about dark the road back hotel but nearby have small supermarket and cafe."

"The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts."

"Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. The hotel has free parking but spaces are limited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although room is not big, it is clean, cozy and comfortable. Sea view is amazing. Toilet and shower area are separated in the room. Mattress is a bit too soft, pillows are comfortable. Breakfast or take- away style (a drink and 2-3 buns), not impressive but it is still fine as room price is very reasonable. The noise from upstairs walking is sometimes loud, we could hear the steps obviously. Swimming pool is small but has nice sea view. Overall, I like this hotel."

"北谷住宿實測：鬧中取靜的家庭式套房，不用擔心停車與塞車的完美選擇！ 這是一家鬧中取靜、非常推薦給家庭旅客的飯店！特別是喜歡自己煮菜、想要住起來有『小套房』生活感的遊客，絕對會愛上這裡。 ✅開車超輕鬆：飯店周邊車流量不多，第一次在沖繩開車也不用壓力很大。雖然飯店僅有 17 個停車位，採先到先得制，但我們每天都很幸運有停到，不用為了找車位煩惱。 ✅機能推到爆炸：附近有非常好買的商場，採買食材回飯店煮很方便。吃完飯散步就能走到美國村，地理位置無懈可擊。 ✅ 房間乾淨實用：室內環境很乾淨，雖然沒有每天更換毛巾，但房內附有洗衣機，洗衣服非常方便。 這是一間讓人想再次回訪的好飯店，下次來北谷還會選擇這裡！"

"Ive stayed at this hotel 3 times now and always feel welcome when I visit okinawa for vacation. The pool and bar on the top floor are amazing and just the nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended place to stay if your in Okinawa"

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view."
