"The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts."

"The location is great, right in the centre of the American Valley, 5 mins walk to the sunset beach. lots of cafe and restaurants around. They offer free Onsen. The breakfast is quite good. Staff are very friendly. Also got Limousine to the airport. Had a very lovely stay there."

"We stayed in June and had a truly stellar experience. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, quickly addressing our every need. All the necessary amenities were available both in the room and the lobby.
Although the complementary breakfast is quite simple (buns etc.), it keeps you full for a long time, with tasty coffee or fresh juice for drinks.
In terms of location, this is one of the best spots in Chatan, allowing you both to explore the island and chill at the seaside. The hotel is sandwiched between two comfortable beaches (one of them in the American Village) white sand and clear water, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the main Okinawan highway on foot, where you can catch a bus to other parts of the island.

"飯店設施跟空間都很好，是間會讓人想再回訪的地方。住宿的第一晚沒有熱水可以洗澡，有緊急聯絡飯店但可能太晚了沒有回應。隔天9點直接到櫃檯詢問工作人員，工作人員很積極的協助處理找問題，花了不少時間才找到原因，原來是熱水開關沒有打開。因爲第一晚沒熱水洗澡而延誤了隔天早上出門遊玩時間，不過工作人員在第三天退房時有給予我們小小的補償，心裡還是蠻感謝飯店的積極處理態度～很棒的飯店推薦給各位遊客唷！"

"The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. I had the BEST massage right in my room at a very reasonable price.
The Breakfast is among the Best I've had across the world. See pictures below."

"The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk...
If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄
This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable.
It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

Location is beside the beach, surroundings mostly residential properties with no convenience stores nearby.
Good service by front desk reception when checking in.
Overall recommend for people on budget and with lesser people."

"Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable."

FfathsBeautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one!
Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

KKe Kei W.It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice.
It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village.
And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAll good! Very friendly and helpful host, and room is clean and all facilities are working properly. There are bottle water and beers for sale in the lobby, with reasonable prices - very convenient. And another small thing that I personally found convenient was that - they just put clean towels and disposable chopsticks in the lobby, and we can get at anytime, and no need to wait for house keeping.
A few suggestions though: can add 1-2 cushions for the wooden chair, which will make it more comfortable to sit on; And the blanket was too thick for summer, could’ve been better to provide a thinner option.

Our room toilet has some issues, the exhaust system is not working, but overall this is an excellent hotel that I recommend. It also includes complimentary ice cream, which is nice.

EEstherThe hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel.
My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay.
It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

PPengguna TetamuThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

PPengguna TetamuCosy little place with only 2 dorms I think, about 20 mins to the beach/ American village area , supermarket is directly opposite, beds are decent but it’s very clean and you get a towel which is a great bonus in a hostel, small kitchen you can use too which is handy, the curtains in the shower are kind of see through tho but very minor detail

IImSean10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
