"The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts."

"Ive stayed at this hotel 3 times now and always feel welcome when I visit okinawa for vacation. The pool and bar on the top floor are amazing and just the nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended place to stay if your in Okinawa"

"Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. The hotel has free parking but spaces are limited. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although room is not big, it is clean, cozy and comfortable. Sea view is amazing. Toilet and shower area are separated in the room. Mattress is a bit too soft, pillows are comfortable. Breakfast or take- away style (a drink and 2-3 buns), not impressive but it is still fine as room price is very reasonable. The noise from upstairs walking is sometimes loud, we could hear the steps obviously. Swimming pool is small but has nice sea view. Overall, I like this hotel."

"Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels. Conveniently located in the heat of American Village. Grab a coffee from Zhyvago and go for a walk along the foreshore in either direction. "

"The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk...
If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄
This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable.
It's definitely worth a repeat booking."

"Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. "It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark."

"Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable."

KKe Kei W.It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice.
It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village.
And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

거리는 좀 있지만 그래서인지 저녁에 조용한 게 좋았어요.
직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 좋습니다.
시설은 살짝 노후된 한국 1.5룸 원룸 같은 느낌이에요. 숙박하는데 크게 불편하진 않습니다.
세탁기 건조기도 있어서 편했어요

Our room toilet has some issues, the exhaust system is not working, but overall this is an excellent hotel that I recommend. It also includes complimentary ice cream, which is nice.

EEstherThe hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel.
My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay.
It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.

DDKirkThe location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English. The room is clean, it has a nice balcony (no view), decent tv to watch Netflix, good wifi & amenities, kitchen is great if you stay for over a week and you can rent out kitchenware which really comes handy. It costs 1000 yen in the booklet but the girl charged us for 3000 yen which I don’t get why but it’s whatever lol over all, great!

PPengguna TetamuThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

I was especially satisfied with the location because there’s a big supermarket and drug store right in front of the hostel. American Village is within walkable distance as well. Super convenient. Hair dryer, hair conditioner and laundry service are available. Overall I enjoyed the stay here.

IImSean10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
