"Facilities: The facilities are thoughtfully designed. The spacious vanity area, in particular, felt exceptionally well-planned, especially when compared to hotels in Naha. There's ample space, and the bathroom is comfortable for both showering and taking a relaxing bath. The only minor drawback is that the bed felt quite small. Environment: The ambiance is wonderful. The location perfectly encapsulates a holiday feel, without the cramped sensation often associated with Japanese accommodations. Service: Service is excellent. The front desk offers complimentary self-service beverages, and there's a scheduled shuttle service to the beach."

"The hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel. My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay. It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room."

"The amenities are wonderful; toiletries are provided, and hot and cold water dispenser is available in the room so you dont need to keep buying water. American Village, Aeon, Daiso, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Lawson and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; please email them if you plan to check in later."

"The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the American Village. There is no one on duty at the hotel counter at night, so it is troublesome to borrow tableware if you need it (you can cook in the room but there is no tableware)."

Their assistance immediately turned my whole trip around for the better! 💫 🏡 A Room Like a Mini-Home The moment I opened the door, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and coziness; it was spotlessly clean. From the living room sofa, you get a panoramic view of Chatan Bay, where the sky beautifully merges with the ocean. Whether it's sunny or rainy, the healing scenery is always there to accompany you. The two chairs on the balcony make it the perfect little nook for sipping coffee and gazing out at the sea. ☕ 🍳 Well-Equipped Kitchenette & Handy Appliances There's a small kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals. It's fully equipped with a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and a variety of dishes and utensils – truly feeling like a home away from home. The bathroom offers stable hot water and perfect water pressure for a very comfortable shower experience. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh daily – incredibly convenient! 💬 In a nutshell: it truly felt like home, and my spirit felt wonderfully nurtured! Highly recommended for independent travelers who appreciate spaciousness and sea views. This isn't a lavish hotel, but it's absolutely an apartment that delivers a perfect blend of 'homely comfort and healing serenity.' Next time I visit Chatan, Okinawa, I'd love to stay here again!"

"Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it."

"The room is pretty good overall. There is a kitchen for cooking, but the space is a bit small. There is a sea view outside the window, and there are free freshly roasted croissants and freshly ground coffee in the morning! Unfortunately, the wall under the TV in our room is a bit damaged, which affects the overall feeling! But we went to MAX supermarket and bought some wagyu beef to cook it ourselves! This is quite convenient!"

"When I arrived at the destination, I found out that it was a self-check-in hotel. The check-in process was not as clear as other hotels. When I checked in, I found that there was no check-in number provided at all, which made it very inconvenient. 😔 I was a little panicked due to the language barrier. Fortunately, I used simple English and translation software to express myself to the customer service staff on the other end of the intercom. With her help, I was able to check in smoothly! The room is fully equipped and has plenty of space. There are two kinds of toys provided in the room for the children to play with!"
