"The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made. That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"This should be similar to a B&B. The staff are very polite and there is free parking at the door. This time we stayed on the underground floor. The B&B has three floors. Because the B&B itself does not have an elevator, it is definitely more convenient to stay on the lower floor. The facilities in the room are complete. It is a two-bedroom and one-living room design. The room comes with a microwave oven, an induction cooker, a washing machine, and a dehumidifier. It is very suitable for a family to stay. Lawson is at the corner of the B&B, which is very convenient. It is also very close to the American Village. It is one of the most cost-effective accommodation options in the American Village area! "

The room was small but tidy and I had views on city and ocean."
