Hotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well. Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use. Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday. Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island. Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

An extraordinary experience on a tropical island. I recommend this hotel for traveling with child. I stayed here for a couple of nights in August with my first grader. It takes 30 minutes from the airport by hotel bus. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. The entire building is on the lower floors, so you feel as if you are living in a tropical village, full of extraordinary atmosphere. I got the impression that there were many guests with children. 　The rooms are spacious and new. The view of the ocean outside the wiindow is very nice. The bathrooms are clean. There are two washing machines on each floor, and laundry hangers are always available in the room, which is also very convenient. Amenities are simple but well stocked. The children's toothpaste was too bitter for my child. 　The pool is well stocked, including a pool for kids, and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. There are several lifeguards on duty, which gives a sense of security. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It is deep enough for adults to almost reach their feet, but the water is clear and the small corals? It is clear, and the small corals are teeming with fish, so snorkeling is a lot of fun. Naturally, there is a lifeguard on duty, so it is safe. However, there are many coral fragments on the bottom and in the surf, so it is better to rent or bring marine shoes. After the pool and ocean, there is a large public bath. It is not that crowded. You can wash your body well in the solty. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at Ryukyu Shintenchi on the first day and at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN on the second day. It is usually delicious, and the kids are satisfied with the fruits and desserts. For dinner, we reserved an izakaya in town for the first day and took a cab (about 1400 yen), but it was hard to get a reservation at an izakaya in Ishigaki Island during the high season after Corona. Cabs were also crowded, and it was hard to catch a cab, probably because it was far from the town. I was worried if I could really go back home, but somehow it turned out to be OK. We had a buffet dinner at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN in the hotel on the second day, and it was delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink menu. Even if you stay for consecutive nights, you may not get bored with only the restaurants in the hotel. The South Wing is a distance away, so a cart is convenient to get you from your room to the front desk and restaurants. You may have to wait about 10 minutes for the cart to come, so it is better to allow plenty of time for the cart ride. The hotel staff is also very responsive. I am ashamed to say that I was careless and left without my card key and was unable to get into my room, but I called the front desk and they brought it right back to me. I called the front desk and they brought it to me right away. They responded with a smile even though it was a busy time of day. I really appreciated it. 数年前にANAコンチネンタルのクラブ棟を利用させてもらい、全てにおいて夢のような滞在をさせて頂きました。 今回は一人旅ということもあり、少々節約してオーシャンウィングへ宿泊させて頂きました。 金額の差があるので、お部屋の中が多少差があっても仕方のない事ですが、スタッフのスキルがこれほど格差があるのはいかがなものでしょうか？ 同じANAコンチネンタルホテルですよね？ チェックインの時のスタッフは最悪でした。 とにかく、話がいつも中途半端でハキハキしない。 私が言ったことを復唱しない。結果、予約をお願いした件もとれていなかった。 他のスタッフはもっとスキルがあると思いたいですが、期待して意気揚々と伺っただけにショックは大きかったです。 私も同じサービス業をしております。 お互い、相手の立場に立ってスキルをもっともっと磨いていきましょう。

こじんまりとしたカフェ&アパートメントのような雰囲気。 結婚式帰りに大きな高級ホテルから移動しての利用だったため、それと比べたら第一印象は、お部屋が狭く、年季が入っているように感じましたが、利用してみてその快適さに感謝すらおぼえました！ 必要なものは全部揃えてくださっていて、まさに痒い所に手が届く！パーフェクトなサービスはありがたかったです。 ランドリー24時間無料(乾燥機は有料300円ガス乾燥機なので仕上がりはふっくら＆カラッとして最高！)高級ホテルはドラム式洗濯機で乾燥機能は良くなくて課金してもいつまでもジメジメ乾かなかったので、こちらのガス乾燥機優秀です！ 洗剤無料柔軟剤はたくさんの種類から選べ、こちらも無料！ありがたい！ フリードリンクあり、数種類のハーブティー、紅茶、緑茶、玄米茶、コーヒーetc無料　ありがとう！ 室内に冷蔵庫ありますが、有料ドリンク、アルコールは常備されていません。ホテル内に飲み物の自動販売機があります。それ以外は徒歩3分ほどでコンビニに行けますので必要なものは自由に購入可能。だから問題なし。 バスターミナル、離島へのフェリー発着所が近いので、キャリーケース転がしながらでも大人の足で7〜8分、徒歩でいけます。 大きなホテルもいいですが、こじんまりと必要充分なサービスと、見張られている感のない気楽に過ごせるオシャレな寮にいるような快適な空間も、気負わずに過ごせるので、観光や結婚式などのイベントで疲れた心身が癒やされますよ。 困ったことがあれば、スタッフやフロントに尋ねたらすぐに対応して下さいましたよ！ リピートありです。次回利用したら「ただいま！」と言いたくなりそうです。

Great location. About two minutes walk to the port for island ferries. Most of the main shops and restaurants are also within a short walking distance. All rooms overlook the sea and have a terrace or balcony. The view is wonderful on a sunny day. Bedroom not huge but the balcony makes up for that. All the usual features are available including AC, kettle and hairdryer. Some areas seem slightly dated but it was excellent value at the time we booked (off season/ COVID) Reception is on the ground floor but the lift is external so you can come and go without passing reception. Possibly because of COVID, only a minimum cleaning service at the time we visited. Instead, we got two vouchers each day to collect a drink from reception. Enjoyed the beers more than a cleaning service! Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. There are also a few bikes which guests can borrow. Location is the clincher here but overall a really good stay.

ペンションということで、アットホームな雰囲気があって、ゆったりできました。 テレビの電波が悪いとかの説明がありましたが、テレビ見に行ってないのでほとんど見なかったので気になりませんでした。それよりもお部屋が広々としてるのがgoodで、コスパよかったです。 お部屋にウッドデッキがあって、そこにハンモックがあって、のんびりできるのが意外とよかったです。また、海のレジャーの季節に行けたらなーと思っています。

One disappointment after another. It doesn't have access to the beach, you can't get into the sea, the hotel people tell you as soon as you arrive. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, on more than one occasion, they didn't even answer my son's greeting when he saw them, and he asked why they didn't answer. There are no restaurants for lunch, no cafeteria. They only serve drinks. The breakfast service is very precarious and with little variety. I wanted to ask for cutlery to cut fruit and they denied me saying they didn't have any. (but of course there are cutlery for breakfast, you don't eat with your hands, right?) I had to tell them this so they would go looking for a spoon reluctantly, if they gave me just a spoon. They don't make the room or straighten the sheets, nothing, they give you a 500 yen coupon to spend at the hotel that has nothing to spend it on. They don't even wash the glasses in the room, they leave them as is. Not to mention that they do not change the towels for the pool if you want you have to pay extra for them. The pool is low and in summer the water is hot. I do not recommend it at all if you can go to another do not hesitate. I stay in the new part of the building and it is quite noisy. The footsteps of the people above are heard. I think the only great thing about the hotel is the photographer who took the photos for the website, excellent job. I was really sorry to have stayed here for so many days, it was quite annoying.

The weather was not the best when we pulled up in our car but we saw that this hotel would be excellent for a longer stay in the warmer weather. It would be perfect for families. We could imagine how many fantastic memories could be made here. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view. It had a large bathroom with separate bath and toilet. We played ground golf which we had not heard of before. It was so much fun even for real golfers! We enjoyed the gift shop and purchased the obligatory SPAM bag and some biscuits. The evening buffet dinner was such a surprise . We had a beautiful window table which helped as it was fairly busy. The food was outstanding. The choice and quality and presentation was totally unexpected. We are still talking about it and will do so for a long time. Breakfast was equally as good. Sadly we only had one night here. I am not sure how good the more expensive hotels on the island are but we felt this one was a winner for us.

部屋も清潔で，清掃も毎日入ってくれてタオルなど交換してくれるので助かりました。 普通のホテルよりは高いですが，家のように暮らせるのはとても良いと感じます！ 清掃が行き届いているのと，スタッフの方も良い方が多いのでおすすめです。

離島バスターミナル横なので、路線バスでの移動を考えている人は便利です。雨が降っても最短距離で行けます。人気の居酒屋ひとしやさよこの店も歩いて行けます。 古くホテルは生理的に無理なので、一番新しい美崎館を指定しましたが、部屋がカビ？湿気？独特の匂い（南国では仕方ないのでしょうか？）が辛かったです。窓を開けると虫が入るかもしれないし。 朝食は郷土料理もありましたが、パンの質が悪かったです。 大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、年季が入ったお風呂でした。なぜか洗い場や浴槽下に小石？異物があって痛かったです。お湯がぬるくて気持ちよくなかったです。入り口の鍵付きのロッカーにルームキーを入れて入りましたが、おばあさんはそのロッカーに自身のスリッパを入れて鍵をかけていました。あのロッカーは靴箱ですか？（脱衣場には鍵がかかるロッカーはありませんでした）説明が書いていないので、何が正しいのか分かりません。気分が悪かったです。自分の部屋のバスタブに好みの入浴剤を入れた方がよかったです。 とはいえ、立地条件は良いので是非、大浴場のある棟を立て直して綺麗にすれば、一段とホテルの格が上がるのになぁと感じました。
