During our first visit, our experience was nice. Thats why we decided to book for our brothers honeymoon there, but it was horrible.
First thing, the room has a cockroach, and what they did was just to spray something on it, but it was still there.
Next to it was the coordination of their team from inquiry to the actual reservation. Many times we informed them about the lunch buffet for the couple, but no one has an idea and keeps asking the question. Especially their team leader who always introduces his name Allan Martinez, but nothing you can expect to him. He said he informed the restaurant for the lunch buffet, but they keep asking for the voucher (which no one sent or rather inform us that it was needed prior to reservation)
I suggest to take this seariously as they will loose guests with this kind of service they are giving. People on the resort itself were very nice, but the coordination from the information upto the reservation is very bad, needs serious improvement.
