Hotel Aloft di Bali

Overall good but there was a big problem with the noise. Every night the bar on the rooftop had music until 1am and very loud, we were not able to sleep. Easily one can jump from one room to another specially those on the 1st floor where there was no fence or anything to separate the rooms. Thank you

Persekitaran hotel sangat sunyi, lebih-lebih lagi sesuai untuk bercuti. Ia dicipta dengan nyanyian burung, bunga, pelbagai bunga, pokok, ikan kecil, dan yang paling penting ialah tiada pepijat dan tokek. Saya sangat suka kolam renang ini sangat bersih dan sangat sedikit orang yang saya belajar berenang dalam masa dua hari. Sarapan pagi di hotel juga hebat, semua yang anda pesan adalah lazat Makan malam dengan cahaya lilin di restoran pada waktu malam, dipadankan dengan muzik manis, amat romantis. Layanan yang diberikan oleh adik-adik juga hebat.

Great Location, Great amenities but I wouldnt recommend this hotel for families as it can get quite loud at night. The music from upstairs can be heard till the late hours of the night. Didnt really bother me, as I was travelling alone, but I wouldnt brong my kids to stay here. Other than that, its a pretty decent hotel.

Very strict when it comes to ordering anything. You can’t charge it to your room if you don’t have a credit card on hand/cash. The overall service was not the best. Open air bathroom was not most pleasant. Pool was mostly too cold (consider the season you are visiting. Food was average. Overall, the hotel is not that flexible unless asked.

Check in time is 14:00 but the room is not ready until 17:00 the receptionist “Jane” suggested me to wait at the restaurant and give me welcome drink but only one voucher for one person and my room type supposed for 2, And the restaurant and the swimming pool chair are need to pay attention lots of them are not good condition, it’s cut my daughter thigh .. she just arrive after long flight it’s made us bad mood.

The room is quite spacious. However for me personally I think the position of the TV like abit not suitable, which is at the left side of the bed. The sofa is far away there. And only got 1 lift to get to my room, we need to walk quite a distance, can refer to the attached the floor map. 1 more thing is the cup provided to drink hot water. There is no handle to hold the cup / mug, so try to imagine you need to hold the cup with hot water.

One of my favorite place to stay in Bali. And this time is my second visit to Bali and also the second time i stayed here. Love the location as it is quite close to the popular by the beach seafood restaurants there. And most importantly is ample space of parking. Booked the 2 BR Villa this time for a group of 7. Even though this time we had to wait for a good 30-45 minutes for check-in as they’re preparing the place, it was understandable as it was partly my fault for made the booking too close to the check-in time and on the other hand they seems to have a very limited staffs on duty at the time probably due to the corona situation. Anyway, the villa was great, spacious bedrooms, bed was huge and comfortable it fit my little family of 4. Very clean and quiet surroundings although the kitchen cabinet part was quite dusty and quite dirty (somewhat undertsandable yet questionable as it is located outdoor next to the pool) and so was the kitchenwares (this i’d suggest wrapping it with food plastic wrapper or something just so it won’t be exposed to the outdoor air). TV have wide selection of channels and the quality is very good. Staffs were very kind, welcoming and helpfull. Facilities provided such as stove, microwave, water dispenser are all working as it should. Pool was great, big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Breakfast was good, need more selection and quantity tho. The only downside to the stay was, bathroom hot water wasn’t running and the curtain in the bathroom is not wide enough to block the view from the bedroom, although it may not be too big of a deal it is quite bothering for me. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and will deffinitely return and keeping in my fav list.

An excellent location for those who want to relax on the beach surrounded by other tourists. The Beach is nice , the pool too. The hotel is quite old and this shows. I’m n the room the decor is dark, and old fashioned. The toilet especially shows its age. But! If you can look past that, it’s a great value resort. For meals , you can always go to the neighboring resorts. There are a few of them.
