I paid about Rp.1.15 Mio for an approximately 40m2 superior room that included breakfast for 2. Given its close proximity to both the airport and Kuta beach, along with the sheer size of the room, this hotel gives a great bang for your bucks. There’s also a downside though, the rooms facing the main road can be noisy at night and the sound insullation could’ve been done better

Awesome, this is a solid 5 Star hotel with direct access to the beach. The staff was perfect as well as checking in and checking out! The breakfast was amazing with many different dishes from many different countries! Our room was large with a king bed and garden view balcony! The location is great to many restaurants, stores and airport near by. Great Hotel, Strongly Recommended Staying Here! Cheer’s

Me and my husband spent 11 nights at this hotel and it was very nice, exactly like the pictures! It is very close to the airport, but we were not bothered by any noise. The location is south of the busy centre of Kuta, walking distance. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, good gym, fridge in the room. Cleaning was good and early, I recommend using the do not disturb sign if you want to sleep in! The pool and beach were excellent and towels were provided. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was closed the whole time we were there. They said it was under maintenance, but we didn't see anyone working on it. The one thing that disappointed me a little bit, was that when I contacted the hotel to request airport transportation, I mentioned that the reason for our trip was that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This was not acknowleged in any way. I didn't expect expensive gifts, but any small gesture, like a ”happy anniversary” from the staff when checking in, would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, I would consider staying at this hotel again if returning to Kuta.

Dynasty is the place to be if you have kids! Ours 11, 9 and 7 absolutely loved it. Great kids club with movie night, fun games all day in the pool, great water slide and for us, the happy hours and swim up pool bar were great! Rooms are on the smaller side but didn't spend much time in there. Location is close to everything you need...massages, shopping, supermarket, minimart and waterbomb. Will definitely be going back!

It was awesome experience of staying at this place. On the beach and very good staff and services. Only one suggestion is to add some more Indian vegetarian items in breakfast.

Well what a great surprise we had, was not sure when we booked for our first night on holidays, but Quest staff have not disappointed. From arrival which was early and understandable our room was not ready, we were invited to have a drink and told that our room would only be 10am in, we did arrive at 11.30am. 10 min and we were told our room was ready and that we were given an upgrade to there next room, room no 111,. Arrived in room fantastic, large lounge / kitchen area, seperate bedroom with king bed, bathroom, lounge and bedroom open onto a large deck with direct access to the swimming pool. Breakfast was great . Cannot praise the staff of this hotel, they are very attentive polite and can’t help you enough. Fantastic place to stay we will come back.

We stayed here after we got stuck in Bali for a few nights due to Corona after we found out a few others in the same situation were here. It's a nice enough place for a few nights though it has the feeling of somewhere that used to be a lot nicer than it currently is. Rooftop bar isn't open anymore, bath in the room is a bit dated etc. Pool is nice and big and the grounds big enough to walk around a little during lockdown. Rooms are a good size and the balcony is really nice. Good for the airport and they offer a free car over. Breakfast is really poor and I really wouldn't have paid if it wasn't for the fact it was Nyepi so we couldn't go out. Evening menu was also pretty strange so we just bought noodles for the room. Whole place is a little dated and needs a refurb and refresh. Location is good for the airport but there isn't much else around here. WIFI was also really bad and AC was pretty average.

Very nice hotel with good amenities and facilities, the pool also nice and the staff are very helpful and it's good for long staying. The room is cleaning everyday by the cleaner Putu and Ary. The security guard is very friendly thank you so much for Kadek. Overall this hotel is really good to stay because the staff will help you if you need help. I once have problem with online application for order food and Siti on reception help me to order and explain to me very clearly. I will recommend this hotel as this very good place to stay😍🍻

Food at first was tolerable for a few day but breafast buffed was same same food every day ,some selections where poorly put togewther and tasted terrible ,i made coments but nothing changed, salty foods , unpalatable . after staying there just under month buffed was hard to face . The fire alarm kept going off everyday , nothing was done, awaked from deep sleep at 2 am. Bus loads of ovenrnight stay mostly students behaved badly in corridors keeping other guess awake that was bloody shocking .made it worse due to poor internet and these people lined the corridors to get better reception in the middle of night Famulies with young kids playing ,running and screaming early morning . Internet does not work in some parts of hotel ,so was great inconvinience . Appears kitchen lacks industrial hot water dishwasher plates and cups are very often food ztains ,cups wuth lipsstick . Presently in last two weeks throught the day maintenance workers were vwry noisy .

Booked through Traveloka and mentioned the special request to get the early check in at 12.00 PM on the voucher. However when we arrived at the hotel around 12.30 PM, the staff informed us politely that the room was not ready yet and they guide me to followed the check in procedue (02.00 PM). I should much appreciated their quick service to prepared my room due to after 20 minutes waiting, i've got my room befor 02.00 PM✌🏻 Overall hotel's condition is well maintain, the staff who handled me during check in was so helpful. The room is clean as well and definitely, the stunning view from the sky pool on the sunset time is trully awesome Apart from the above point, hopefully the management will reopen their restaurant soonest considering the demand which was coming from the guest. I've got confused once i used the lift, inside the lift there was still their restaurant promo but when i tried to order, restaurant is closed temporarily. Thus i decided to order some foods from Grab and asked for spoon & fork, the staff said that due to the restaurant is closed, its affected to the cutleries availability (no cutleries avaialable on that time & was so shocking for me)
