Service is good and they upgraded our 3 bedroom villa as the previous room has a connecting toliet which we does not like. Overall good stay. Just had to make do with all the insects as it is a villa.

Great resort and location. The private villa with pool is amazing and perfect for families or a group of adults. I would highly recommend this and stay here again. First class venue.

The space is spacious and comfortable. There are plumeria flowers falling in the villa every day. There are many restaurants from all over the world nearby, convenience stores and supermarkets, and many massage spas. Many shops are within walking distance, and there are also nightclubs. There are also many options, which is very convenient!

I highly recommend staying here. Dewa, who runs the BBQ, shared his family and life with me with great humor, which really helped me integrate into a foreign country. The room, the food, the pool, the cleanliness—every aspect was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again when I return to Bali.

Very good value for money

Seldom have I had such a good hotel. Everything is perfect here. On the first morning, one person didn't like the coffee and so another coffee was bought for him. Breakfast was perfect, the complex was large, clean and very nice. The only thing that wasn't OK was the traffic in Bali. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Very good, the staff are also very enthusiastic. In addition to the private swimming pool, there is also a public one outside, but basically you don't want to come out once you go in. Tableware and other things are all available, there is also a water purifier, and the staff will come to clean the dishes at noon, which is very convenient

Great environment, good service

A wonderful place that combines the privacy of a villa and the convenience of a resort. Location is perfect and only 5 mins on a scooter from Seminyak Village. The restaurant is great and the food quality very good. We stayed for 10 days and did not have one bad meal. The staff are beautiful and extremely friendly. In particular Oka and Kutut were just epic and brought a warm friendly smile every day we saw them. The Villas were clean and very spacious with outdoor bathrooms and showers. The air conditioning worked a treat and kept our bedrooms very cool. The gym was very good and perfect size with new equipment. A lovely stay in a beautiful surroundings. The only constructive feedback for management is to look at the decking around the pool and villas as the sun is degrading the timber and so splinters in your feet can be an issue. Also, the level of equipment in the villa kitchens needs to be increased. It felt like the bare minimum. A truly lovely stay though with just the friendliest of staff. Thankyou 🙏😎

We just spent a week in the three bedroom Presidential Villa at Peppers Seminyak and it was exceptional from start to finish. We booked through Luxury Escapes and it was one of those rare times where the reality is even better than the photos. The daily massages were a highlight. The Balinese massage and reflexology were some of the best I’ve ever had and the whole massage team were next level, kind and so skilled. The spa itself feels calm and welcoming every time you walk in. Around the resort, the service was consistent, warm and genuinely caring. Housekeeping, bath staff, restaurant staff, everyone. The food each day was fresh, delicious and thoughtfully put together, and the in villa barbecues are a must. We especially recommend the Indonesian / Balinese barbecue and the seafood grill. A huge thank you to Ratna, Yudi, Doddy, Agus, Dian, Denny, Yasni, Ari, Dewa, Andri, Yuni, Andika, Alit, Yoga and Katut, and the wider management team. Ratna and Yasni in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even when our villa was booked out and we couldn’t have a late checkout, they arranged a complimentary smaller room so we could shower and relax before our night flight. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Peppers Seminyak really is an oasis, a little sanctuary filled with beautiful Balinese tradition and hospitality. Couldn’t recommend it more highly and we’ll definitely be back.

Peppers’ hospitality is truly outstanding. We arrived from another Accor property, Mövenpick, where Jan ensured our transition was seamless and more than perfect. At Peppers, Gusthey (Eka) leads the front desk with genuine warmth and a true passion for hospitality. Although we initially planned to stay just two nights, we were so impressed by the team that we extended for an additional night. The room was spotless, and every staff interaction made us feel deeply valued and cared for. The highlight of our stay was how thoughtfully the team went above and beyond to celebrate our friend’s birthday, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. Peppers team made our stay exceptional in every way!

We from HK and gone to Bali for our family trip with 12 people (8 adult+4 kids). We have been upgraded to the largest 5-bedroom villa. The hotel treat us like family as well. Every staff can recognize us and know which villa we live. The Spa, restaurant and food are all very good. We have ordered a in-Villa BBQ, the food and service is very good. Highly recommend if you are going Bali with big family (like us with 12 people)
