Kali pertama memberi ulasan negatif kepada hotel 1. Perkhidmatan: Terdapat sangat sedikit kakitangan hotel, dan telefon di meja depan sering tidak dapat dihubungi dua dan menjadi hitam Buah-buahan lain sebahagiannya tengik. Sarapan pagi pada dasarnya adalah bufet Hotel lain di Bali mempunyai bufet minuman a la carte + buah-buahan. 2. Persekitaran: Persendirian, benar-benar tenang, tidak ramai tetamu, tiada pantai peribadi, pada dasarnya tiada sukan air 3. Kemudahan: Agak lama ada bau habuk dan habuk ketika pertama kali masuk ke dalam bilik. Ringkasnya, terdapat pilihan lain yang lebih baik untuk vila di Bali Suasana keseluruhannya tidak hangat dan selalunya terasa seperti rumah hantu.

Highly recommended, amazing sea view

The view from the room is spectacular, size of room is huge, incredible value for money. Hotel is aging and cleaniness needs to be improved in corners. Be aware of mosquito bites.

the hotel is worth its cost the room view of the ocean is mesmerising not crowded the pool is huge, cocktails are not cheap but they are worth the price the beach access would be a challenge for those who do not like steps and rocks to climb) what I like about the beach is the fact there are no other people, the water hues are like in the ads pics

Pro: The service staff was very nice and prompt in responding to our inquiries. Buggy calls and room service was very quick. Great view of the ocean. Con: The onsite activities coordinator demonstrated deceitful business practices. We prepaid for a large 7 person van to pick us up from the airport since we have a lot of large luggage. Instead of renting the larger vehicle, he swung by the airport in his personal 5 person SEDAN to pick us up. He was only able to transport half our party and 2 luggage, while we waited at the airport for over ONE HOUR. We ended taking a taxi back to the hotel and paying EXTRA. He claims he thought we only have 3 person (we have text chain as proof he is lying!). Management didn't really take corrective action. There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants everywhere on the facility. We sprayed mosquito on our bodies around the clock and each was bitten at least a dozen times. They provided ant repellent to spray around our rooms but didn't really help. We got bitten at least 3-4 times by ants. There is only one restaurant onsite with limited food selection. The restaurant wasn't maintained very well, the floors were cracked everywhere, had to be careful not to trip. Construction is going on throughout our entire stay, heard the jackhammer from dawn to dusk. Towels weren't really clean, they were stained even after we asked for replacement. Each room in our villa had death insects all over, had to ask them to mop it again. This was day 1! Bathtub was also really dirty, didn't use it. Location is difficult to find, especially at night. Our drivers had issues finding the location. One time, the security turned away our driver for no reason.

A huge and quiet room with Netflix and YouTube. Surrounding with luxury hotels. Nice pool with less people there. Only one restaurant is little bit boring. Most important is the price is attractive. Overall stay is wonderful. Will definitely come back.

It's really good value for money, the size of the room, the unblocked ocean view, the drinks provided in the room, complimentary canoeing & friendly staffs. What I dislike are the separate knobs for hot & cold water, the entrance to the hotel from main road is very dark.

Booked this villa to celebrate my son’s birthday. I engaged a vendor to get some backdrop and balloons prior the the trip. However upon check in, I was told there’s an entrance fee for the vendor. It wasn’t stated on the website/the booking confirmation that there’s such charges. I asked for a black n white to prove to have such fee and staff was very rude and asked why didn’t I ask before I book the deco services. The services that I engaged outside was only abt 1.8M Rupiah. But the hotel staff told me there’s a charge of 3M rupiah because we did not take up their in house deco services (he showed me a paper but the 3M rupiah was for wedding deco). Told the staff he can’t charge us if it’s not stated but he insisted and eventually we managed to ‘negotiate’ the fee down to 600k Rupiah. If it’s a legit charge, why can the fee be negotiated ? Anyway we paid for it as we do not want our mood to be ruined. Overall the stay was ok. But for this price, we are certainly disappointed. An Airbnb could probably do better. Towels are dirty and there’s black stains on almost all towels. There’s also a foul smell in the shower room too. The only plus point for the stay is that the villa is very big. Would not recommend this villa.

All the staff in the hotel were very friendly. Their sincere smiles are still fresh in my memory. Because it was a cliff hotel, the rooms were relatively far apart. However, there were dedicated vehicles and staff to pick up and drop off and help with luggage. The rooms were also very beautiful and luxurious, each being over 100 square meters. It was already past eight or nine o'clock when I checked in. When I ordered food at the restaurant, the waiter informed me that the food could be delivered to the room. There was a large dining table in the room, and I also ordered cocktails. So, I enjoyed a big meal in the room facing the sea. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich. The infinity pool faced the sea. It is worth mentioning that outside the hotel was a glassy sea where one could snorkel. There was also a water sports club nearby. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to experience them one by one. On the day of departure, my sunglasses were dropped on the beach chair beside the pool. The staff was very enthusiastic and helped me find them. If I have the chance to come here again, I will definitely stay for a few more days. It was truly a wonderful experience...

This is the 4th time I booked the suite room at Ulu Segara and never once they disappoint me! Great hospitality, awesome view of the ocean, super huge size room, totally worth the price!

room is big ，the blanket and pillow is damped and smell not good . the hotel is quite inside , overall is ok
