Stayed at Frii Bali Hotel and really enjoyed my time there! The location is perfect — right in the center of town, with easy access to everything and a great nightlife scene just around the corner. The hotel itself is colorful, lively, and has a fun Bali vibe throughout. The food was quite good too! If I had to rate the rooms, I’d give them a 4 out of 5, comfortable and clean, but I’ve stayed at slightly better ones in Bali. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for anyone looking to stay close to the action and soak in the energy of the island

Great location within walking distance to Penny Lane, Avocado Factory, Love Anchor, Gigi Susu and La Brisa. Circle K and M mart are also very nearby. Free upgrade to a room with balcony (318). This hotel is one of phm hotels. Front desk is friendly. However, there were insects and ants inside the room. Sound of insects were also clearly heard at night.

It's alright for a family... But the price during Christmas is too high for the facilities provided.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at FRii Echo Bali. Mdm. Rosa is an amazing staff member—she and the team surprised me with a birthday celebration on the afternoon of 27 November, 2025, which truly touched my heart. It made me feel right at home. The stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend this place.

Just back from a stay at FRii Bali Echo Beach—loved the pool-access room! Jump straight from your patio into the pool whenever you want. The vibe’s laid-back surfer style, super comfy, with Echo Beach just a quick stroll away. Highly recommend for a chill, budget-friendly beach stay!

The setting was alright. The biggest advantage is its close proximity to the beach, just a 5-minute walk, which is a huge plus. On the downside, cleanliness was only average, and no complimentary toiletries were available in the room.

When I arrived, I noticed the location was in a very bad location. I immediately realized I had made the wrong choice. The cleanliness caught my attention the moment I entered. The place smelled and was poorly cleaned. There were cobwebs, flies, and a few insects everywhere. The towels looked used and hadn't been cleaned. There was even no toilet paper. It was obvious that they hadn't looked after the room or paid any attention to it.

If I were to leave a review, I would rate this hotel very poorly. I checked into a poolside room (Room 117), and as soon as I stepped in, the entire floor was sticky and smelled bad. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I requested a room change at the front desk, and they moved me to a lower-priced room instead of providing another poolside room, even though I had paid for the more expensive option. I didn’t argue at the time, but they relocated me to Room 308. Unfortunately, this room was also unclean, with ants on the walls. To top it off, the towels provided were dirty and had a bad odor. I used one to clean my legs, only to later discover that both my legs developed a serious eczema infection. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Avoid - pool is just a 50cm deep plunge pool and dirty, in addition since the entire length of the pool has rooms off it, meant that when you are in the water you see into other peoples rooms - some people would leave their dirty shoes outside their bedroom door so you are stuck with the dirt and smell; towels/bedding were disgusting - wholes in the towels and the bedding started to crumble - I stayed in hostels with better bedding!; super noisy - noise from the outside but also since all rooms are connecting rooms, you can hear everything that your neighbors do! During my 9 night stay I heard it all - sex, vomiting, arguments, farting …

The atmosphere at Frii Beach Bali is vibrant and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. The on-site facilities, including the beautiful pool and delicious dining options, were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed several meals that showcased the best of local cuisine. Overall, our experience at Frii Beach Bali was nothing short of perfect. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Bali!
