The entrance was a bit subtle, given that it’s a five stars hotel. Room was more than comfortable, with two side make up mirror available, perfect for girls‘ trip. But amenities and furnishing were a bit outdated, a far cry from what they were shown in trip.com. Location was great with a convenience store next door.

The location is amazing, at the beachside of Kuta! The hotel looks old but some rooms were renovated! All good but the breakfast is a bit local with limited international choices and the in room AC is too cold

I had a great stay here . Quite old hotel but still not too bad . Fully air conditioned which was quite good during hot weather .Besides there were some leakage on the corridor and I felt that the toilet bowl was too small for me . Near to beachwalk mall and free flow coffee tea all the day long. Great selections for the breakfast but just sweating while eating . Thks for preparing a slice of birthday cake for my mum . 🙏🏼

its perfect if you are looking for a hotel right across the beach. bfast options are ok. would recommend for couples or singles since theres plenty of bars and nightlife around.

The breakfast buffet is great. The room is clean with nice Kuta beach view. It is so near the Kuta beach, just 2 mins walk. The location is great, about 20 mins from the airport. Staff is so nice and helpful.

The picture looks nice during the booking but the hotel is pretty run down and old. Nonetheless, the room is spacious and breakfast is average
