Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall stay is good. The only comment to improve is sound proof issue. We can hear clearly when next door speak freely and loudly. Also dog barking during midnight.

Fantastic hotel..staffs were really good and accommodating. will stay there again when i visit bali. food could have more selection, that is one thing i would like to add. Recommended. I enjoyed my stay.

Mon séjour avec ma femme était exceptionnel. Je suis très satisfait du point de vue du service et du cadre. L'hôtel nous a fait une surprise à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma femme. Le personnel a été très sympathique et chaleureux. Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique pour un séjour romantique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, pas loin du centre de Ubud. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous les couples.

Хорошие виллы, ничего особенного, но за такую стоимость очень даже ничего) находятся на удалении от центра, что даже не плохо, так как центр очень перегружен, передвигаться там невозможно. Любителям уединенности, очень подойдет!

住過百多家酒店最差就是它了！ 👎貴 $2200港幣住兩個晚上，不包早餐 👎被騙 小到恐怖！好意思寫villa連酒店也稱不上，看尾圖就知道lobby多「豪華寬闊」 官稱86平方米，進去居然比我香港家30多平還小！ 👎超差洗手間設計！ 4人共享一個洗手間，還要無遮擋沐浴，洗澡時萬一有人拉肚子就無法解決。最嚴重問題是一進去就臭氣沖天，是下水道問題所以我們一直蓋上馬桶。 👎受傷 第一晚入住大意了直接赤腳上樓梯，直接給木刺扎到流血🩸又痛又氣 👎照騙 看真實圖片吧，到處都是青苔設施又髒又舊！游泳池那個休息區壓根沒有清理過，水積還在靠墊也是掉過地上沾了沙和水的！ 👎還是嚇人的設施 下雨天關係居然我二樓漏水，酒店舖毛巾完事走人 👎無敵噪音 這輩子第一次遇上這樣的，破曉的雞、早上酒店對面3米距離的人家搞儀式打鑼打鼓念咒文之類、晚上就一堆野狗亂叫不停。全天候都有人雜聲，因為酒店對面和前後都是住宅就背面沒有建築物 👎奇葩服務 表弟給錢洗衣服，下午5點回酒店，下車就是櫃檯先問能不能拿回，回覆要明天。然後我們就回房間（第一家門）大概25多分鐘過去，我睡著了。因為我們睡樓上來不及回應。那個男的敲了幾下門就直接自己刷卡進來問也沒問。我表弟很生氣，說剛好我兩個住樓下的女性朋友去了按摩沒回來。如果人家女生在換衣服，對方光敲門三下不作聲情況下自己刷卡進來是不是太過分了？我無言以對...很無語的酒店😡🤬🤯

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our villa was very nice, the staff was very friendly and courteous. We liked how the villa was furnished, the outdoor bathroom and enjoyed swimming in the pool. However, the cleanliness could be improved.

Very picturesque private 1 bedroom 2-level villas with digital keywords and smart tvs. DAIKIN ACs on both level, DOWNSTAIRS ICE ICE COLD so request a unit with bed downstairs. All the units have direct pool access which is clean quiet. Laundry service onsite was prompt and professional. Booked first 2 nights through air bnb, decided to stay another 2 directly through the facility. Great location far enough from the heavy traffic of Ubud center, but close enough for Grab access for food/attractions. Extremely kind and welcoming staff

After a really long and stressful boat ride from gilli T back to Bali we were greeted at this hotel with the friendliest staff and a refreshing welcome drink. We were shown our room and blown away how beautiful it was. The staff were so attentive and organised breakfast to our room the next morning which was just what we needed. The breakfast was also lovely, I had the chicken rice porridge which was tasty. The pool being right by the balcony was a massive bonus and there was a day bed to nap in in the afternoon. The bed has to be the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on!

My husband and I have stayed in tanamas Ubud for 5 nights, the villa was very clean, it’s a duplex villa faced the pool, the stares to go upstairs to the bedroom were very small and dangerous, if you wake up in the night to go to the bathroom you need to go downstairs, the bathroom is outdoor, it’s nice and small, however hot water will not last for a long time, 20min only then cold water.. unfortunately there’s no safety chains to lock the room from inside or from the bathroom door.. the bed was very comfortable and the TV is smart. We have had electricity interruptions and water many times during the day, the food is not very delicious at all, we didn’t like the food at the hotel..
