The service and food in sunset hotel is very good! And it’s convenient for us to go to attractions on Lembongan Island. Hotel provides rich travel options and transportation options. But the cleanness needs to be improved!

Nice accomodation in Nusa Lembogan, however I don't think it deserves the high rating that it holds. The facilities are quite nice and traditional, but the staff despite being correct, they are not so friendly. It seems like they have very strict rules to be followed given by the owner. The information given by them to get to the island and then the location of the accommodation was quite poor. The breakfast is poor, the portions are fixed, and not even with toddlers they give more than the regular portion.

港からちょっと離れた場所にある、夕食食べ終わったら、帰り道ライトほどんとなく、ちょっと不安だった。バイク借りないとどこにも行きずらい～かなりの山道、バイク初心者なら危ないと思う。 ベッドはキレイでオシャレ風に整いてくれたが床はベタベタで、室内スリッパもなかった。歯ブラシとかもない、事前に購入しなければならない

ハンドソープやシャンプーが補充されていなかったのは残念でしたが、スタッフさんたちがとにかく良い人たちでした。ピックアップやバイクの練習など、本当に良くして頂きました。コロナで大変だと思いますが、頑張ってください。また泊まりに行きます！

What a fantastic stay at this place. We were in the family villa with our own private plunge pool, a/c and fast wi-fi. Everything around the property is really well maintained and staff are extremely happy to help, organising transfer or/and suggesting things to do. Lovely restaurants near by (Oishii and Sandy Bay), as well as Mushroom beach only a stroll away. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a relaxing and typical place in Nusa Lembongan, this is the right hotel. We stayed at Sunset Garden for two nights and had a great experience. The room is a small but romantic wooden villa. We loved that the bathroom and shower were open sky! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers many activities that you can book: we rent a scooter and went snorkeling with the manta ray. It was simply wonderful!

We stayed for 4 nights and were in a villa with private pool. Was a great set up for our family of 4 (2 kids 5 & 8 year old). We had a double bed and 2 single beds in our room and still sufficient space. The villa was in a secure compound so we don’t need to worry about noise or watching the kids. The villa has a great cover med deck with bench-seat and swinging seat. We used both our private pool and the main pool. There was a semi outside bathroom for the villa, nothing like getting sunburnt in the shower. The onsite restaurant was good and very reasonable price. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Mr Siri the Reairt Manager was always on hand to provide information. We hired motorbikes from the accommodation most days which was easy. We loved the island and the location of the accommodation worked well for us. Easy 400 metre walk to Sunset Point, with Sandy Bay, Dream Beach and Mushroom Bay all within easy walking distance and less than 1 kilometre. I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to be back next year!

Wonderful resort. All you could want for a relaxing holiday. We had a lovely villa with private pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A few beaches within walking distance and scooters available for those brave enough to take on the bumpy roads.

Had the best time here! First trip ever to Bali and the crew at Sunset Gardens were absolutely lovely to deal with! Really great location, in a nice quiet spot but still quite close to wherever you’d like to go. We found ourselves eating at the restaurant more than we expected, and it was excellent. The staff were able to arrange scooters, boat trips, etc so it made the whole trip super easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful resort to stay with our friends and family on holiday. We all had our private villas, exquisitely cleaned and presented. Room service was fantastic, as was onsite food and bar. Staff are really helpful, organising our scooters, snorkelling and helping with local knowledge.

We had a lovely stay. Very handy to have a separate bed for our 7 year old already set up. Lembongan a gorgeous island - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of busier parts of Bali. Make sure you walk to Sandy Bay Beach Club for sunset cocktails. We really loved our stay! Staff friendly and villa very comfortable. The hut was very private, and had a ‘holiday park’ vibe, which we didn’t mind. Pool a little smaller than expected, but communal pool close and big. Lovely host and staff. Would revisit for sure, and would take some earplugs to block out the 4.30am rooster!

Here, the accommodation is advertised with 4 stars. Private villa with private pool for about 100€ per night. Sounds good, looks good, we thought and booked it. When we got there, we were shocked. A complex that resembles a cheap camping site on the North Sea. Maybe there was a surprise waiting for us in the room, we thought. And so it was, unfortunately in the negative. See pictures for the following points. - Bathroom fittings, probably never cleaned before. - Dirty, probably never cleaned toilet - Dead caterpillars in the shower after the villa had been "freshly" cleaned - A smelly, mouldy fridge that has probably never been washed out, with an absolutely filthy towel on top of it - All the chair sets were smelly and dirty - dirty, used sheets and bed linen - stinking, dirty towels - stained imitation leather covers on the pool loungers - completely yellowed, stained mosquito nets and curtains - stinking air conditioner (completely rusted) - glued floor, which was probably never cleaned (resembled a pub floor after 5 litres of beer were spilled) All in all, we can not recommend this facility. At least we got our money back now. Thanks for that.
