WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company has no concern for safety, will not answer to complaints or concerns. The equipment is old poorly maintained and dangerous, the ATV's are NOT roadworthy. This company should not be allowed to operate. The toilet facilities are absolutely filthy with raw sewerage ankle deep. As a result of using this company one of our parties sustained a serious injury. The injury was disclosed to the guide who offered no first aid even when ice was asked for. A claim later was attempted and the proprietor told us that the injured party was not covered because the injury was not reported while on site. This is incorrect the people who run this business and untruthful As a result of the injury surgery is required upon our return back to Australia Please do not use this company We learnt the hard way

A FUIR !!!!! Nous sommes à Bali depuis 1 semaine et nous n’avons jamais vu ça une honte ! Les quads n’ont pas de direction et sont tous dans un état pitoyable et mal entretenus ils ont mis ma vie et celle de mon compagnon en grave danger. Les Quads fournis par Hamaka Adventure étaient dans un état lamentable, avec des pneus usés manquant d'adhérence. De plus, les freins étaient pratiquement non fonctionnels, ce qui rendait impossible le contrôle du véhicule, pas de câbles branchés au frein. Le Quad devant nous a PERDU une roue en pleine activité avec un ENFANT à bord !!! ce qui prouve que aucunes vérifications des quad n’a été faite avant notre départ. Au vu du manque de sécurité nous décidons de ne pas finir et de rentrer au point de départ, on nous dit alors que un remboursement même partiel est impossible, aucune personne présente ne nous l’avait mentionné !! Par contre pour prendre 1 000 000 de Roupies aucuns problèmes !! Nous avons passons de superbes vacances à Bali mais cette expérience restera la pire, je ne met jamais de commentaire Google mais là c’est trop ! Nous avons déjà pris contact avec la Police Française afin de porter plainte contre cette compagnie, en espérant qu’elle ferme avant qu’un drame arrive ! L'expérience que j'ai eue avec eux a été un cauchemar que je ne souhaite à personne.
