Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were friendly and kind and the dome we stayed in was marvellous! Having our own pool that overlooked the gorgeous jungle-like scenery was amazing. I would totally recommend to anyone who wants to escape the hustle of U-Bud for a night or so and have some zen time!

We spent 4 nights in Asa Villa and Spa at the beginning of our holiday. The villa was ideal to let go of the busyness of our everyday lives and get re-energized for the rest of our trip. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and ready to help. We enjoyed the swimming pool and had a lovely meal from the restaurant. The location of the Asa Villas&Spa is only 10-15 minutes away from the popular night markets and restaurants, which makes it a perfect destination for those who want to enjoy the entertainment Seminyak provides without sacrificing tranquility and good sleep :) The villa has plenty of space, and two of us felt very comfortable. ”-”: The Wi-Fi speed could be better, but it is enough to cover daily needs. Some towels and bedding are a bit dated and could use a refresh.

The whole stay was spectacular! Thank you so much for upgrading, the villa we stayed in was perfect. The pool provided such an easy way to cool off under the hot Bali sun. We also booked spa sessions, one of them including the sauna and cliff side soaking experience, which was so unique and relaxing. The private beach was also so nice, and the food there was amazing. I would definitely go here the next time I go to Bali, keep it up!

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life. We were booked by our travel agent to stay here for 4 days, but we are leaving after 2 days, and if it was feasible we would have left immediately. This place is not a hotel anymore, it's just a cheap run down hostel. The entire facade has a seedy run down look. The hotel is located in a block which is closed down and dark. There are no street lights. We had booked a room with a balcony but the reception fellow gave us the worst room possible. This is inspite of us paying much more than the rack rates. We were shocked on seeing the room with Dirty white walls and a dark and dingy feel. They had dirty balcony with the balcony looking into the backside of the next building (with pipes). The electric plugs don't work. Lamp sheds were cracked. There was just one chair in the room. The The corridors are white tiled like that in a hospital. We immediately complained but the reception person didn't respond. We then told our travel agent who spoke to someone and the manager Ms Lita came to resolve our issues. She was very positive and then got us shifted to a better Studio room. It was bigger and better lit. Howeve, by the time all this was done, our half a day was spoilt. This new room had no balcony but a common verandah running near the poolside. However, next day morning we found two bare-bodied men sleeping in the verandah corridor next to our room. That was it, and we decided to move out. A word about their amenities. They have a pool but it's narrow and the entire area is humid stuffy hot because it's in the short area between two buildings. That can't be used. They serve buffet breakfast but the fans are either dirty or they don't work. The food is tasteless and insipid. All in all, this hotel spoiled the first day of our stay at Bali completely. The reception people were negative in their approach and provided no help at all. This place must be avoided.

Hotel ini bersih, mempunyai balkoni yang menghadap ke kolam renang yang cukup bagus. Bilik bersih dan terang, dan katilnya selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, kalis bunyi boleh menjadi lebih baik, kerana bunyi bising dari koridor boleh didengari, dan ia menjadi agak menjengkelkan apabila orang ramai berbual di luar bilik. Lokasi ok, 10-20 minit berjalan kaki dari pantai Kuta.

Beautiful resort in a remote place. Get ready for high end pricing. Food is nice, but for the price average. There was a special dinner during the time of our visit, starring a Michelin chef from Zwitserland. That dinner was extremely disappointing. Breakfast is high end. Spa services are extremely overpriced, but good quality (but in nice resorts in Ubud they are comparable and half price). One big remark: the pool temperature (public pool and private pool) is too low. And staff is not able to fix it. For such a property quite a faux pas. Forget your floating breakfast; you will not be able to stay in the water till the end. Shuttle service limited and stops after 3 pm (so you won’t go anywhere else😉). Taxi is easy alternative by the way. 30 minutes till center.

Location is good, top of Melasti street, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Modern hotel, but - if you request a balcony room, beware it is noisy. You hear ALL traffic no matter where your balcony room is situated. The pools - ground floor pool with kids pool - gets barely any sun and was freezing. Had to use Top pool. Quite small given hotel size, but ok, fair amount of sunbeds/lounges. Food & drink prices are good at the hotel. Rooms are modern, but my fridge was barely cold and this is a common known problem, and my aircon was also not cold and you have no control over it in your room other than on/off. The fan & temperature settings didn’t work. Hotel staff are friendly.

Best western kuta beach, bali. Yhis is my first visit and stay to this hotel, which the location very famous specially to who loves surfing, swimming, sunbathing... 800 m fr the to the famous kuta beach bali. Surrounding by five star hotels, culinairy, beachwalk mall, cafes. The hotel is nice, the room is comfort, clean, tidy, safety box, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, nice linen pillows'bed/blanket. Breakfast is nice even simple ...

I will start by saying that the hotel seems to have 4 valley villas, and they do not all look like the pictures. The size of the pool and view from it depends on which room you are assigned. I was given a room on the lower level and was very disappointed by the view and the amount of bugs in the room, including dead bugs all around the bathtub and even in my bed. They were full that night so I had to stay in that room, but the next day someone checked out and I was able to move to a higher level room. This room was much better; the pool was much larger, had a more panoramic view and the room had a lot less bugs (though still some, as well as lizards in the ceiling). So just be aware of the inconsistencies across the same tier rooms (I wasn’t upgraded, just moved to a different valley villa, and the difference was astounding). The service at the hotel was excellent; they were very eager to make sure I enjoyed my stay, and as an apology for my earlier disappointment and the inconvenience of changing rooms they gave me a free floating breakfast, free hour massage, free flower bath and free minibar. This was above and beyond what I expected, and I was very impressed with the hospitality. The location for me was great as I had already seen everything in Ubud, I had come to this hotel to stay in the resort and enjoy the jungle. It may be an inconvenient location if you are wanting to explore the downtown area. The spa was a very relaxing experience, with very warm and welcoming staff. My butler Dewa was also amazing, ensuring I was satisfied throughout my stay. I would stay here again, but would make sure to request room 902.
