Stayed in 3 bedroom villa with friends for 3 nights and it was great! The location is close to shopping, food, and the beach. The villa was clean and comfortable, no issues at all. Best of all, the staff was amazing. They are all so helpful and friendly! Asti was accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend staying here & if I return to Bali I will definitely book Kumpi Villas again!

We booked Chandra Villas as we had read great reviews online. It absolutely was as good as the reviews! We arranged our airport pickup through Chandra and were warmly welcomed right from the start. All the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We rented a 3 bedroom private pool villa for 2 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The room sizes were very generous and each room had its own ensuite. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Everyone had good privacy but could all come together in the large open plan lounge, family and kitchen area and to sunbathe and play together in the pool. The outdoor area was larger than we expected and the pool with ideal for 6 people - even long enough for the adults to swim laps! Each day the staff arranged to come in and clean the gardens and pool, put out mosquito coils, make the beds and tidy the bathrooms but they did it so well we hardly noticed they were there. Our breakfasts were really well prepared every morning by our chef and there was a great range of options to choose from. All the facilities worked perfectly and the air con was spot on (it was 32 degrees each day we were there). In terms of location, it was as described - about 500m to the nearest beach and about the same to Eat Street in Seminyak. We either walked or took Gojek's to each location which was super easy. The Chandra also offers a free drop-off service around Seminyak so we used this to go slightly further on our explorations. The lovely ladies on Reception helped us book trips and shuttles to other locations like Legian, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Chandra is located in a precinct that has a whole lot of other villa complexes in it too so it felt safe. There was a handy Circle K (convenience store), a coffee shop and some local spa / nail / hair salon options within a 5 minute walk too.

For the start, IT'S HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE VILLA. I arrived today 06 July 2023 around 4pm. Upon arrival, we dont have a good impression from the lobby to reception and to the villa itself. Little did I expect, the villa should have done an early preparation or a good check up on the villa before the guest arrive. Deposit have been made upon booking and demand a full payment upon check in but we were given a super horrible villa stay. The villa was flooded, complimentary water bottle 1 opened, empty shampoo bottle, ugly and dented furniture with torn sofa, stains, dirty bedsheets and dusty, no slippers, deposit box not working, no pool towel, no bath soap, wet floor mat, rooms dirty n dusty, no iron board, villa key too old to open the door and many many many more. Very poor management. Highly not recommended. Waste of money and time Poor Management and staffs.

Paid and spent 2 nights hear after originally booking another hotel which didnt meet my expectations. We originally booked a one bed villa, but decided to upgrade to a two bed as we wanted some space after travelling bali together for s month. The. Villa was spacious with an outside kitchen. Good wifi and lovely plunge pool which was in direct sunlight all day Fantastic breakfast with great choice. My only criticism is that the breakfast should include fresh juice and unlimited tea and coffee. Myself being a travel agent I highly recommend this fabulous resort of beautiful one and 2 bed villas

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

One of the most ripoff properties in seminyak bali. The owner has NO sense of customer service nor management knowledge. They charge you for a villa with a kitchen and the gas stove for example hardly ever works. The windows make a sound of a locomitive when the A/C is on. This review is for the next customer to just be aware, it really doesnt matter if you rent this type villa or their cheaper option with a shared kitchen which is a big difference in the monthly rate!!! For a villa that charges 10.800.000 a month only one from a couple is able to take a hot shower, then you have to wait around 1-2 hours at least to have hot water again!! Just a joke!!! They advertise 8am-23pm receptionist, which is a lie, hardly ever there at all..... Anyway not a happy customer!!!! Rating a two star is just coming from me being super kind and generous....
