Ulasan Banff Inn

We had a great time at Banff Inn. The location is good, the lobby is decorated nicely. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpfull with every queation and help that we needed.

It was awesome trip

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Wasn’t happy about the Spa as the sauna was not hot enough and the dial to increase the temperature didn’t work. The whirlpool was a nice temperature. The restaurant at the hotel was giving smaller portions but charging high prices. I ordered a large salad for dinner and got something comparable to a small salad. The waiter was impatient as he wanted to run over with the payment machine as soon as I had finished my salad and tea.

Nice hotel. Have to say though, when you open the door to your room, a bathtub, not in the bathroom should not be the 1st thing you see. People we interacted with were not the most friendly. Like ...ok what do you need. Also, not having a resturant where you could get coffee or breakfast was a bit of a pain. They did have a coffee pot in the room, but hey I always go to hotel rooms for my coffee

Nice and comfortable room. quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. great location and convenient parking too (around CAD 20/night)... the reception staff are helpfull too.. overall, an enjoyable stay in Banff

Nice place…had to pay for parking $20. Great customer service’. Enjoyed the separate rooms for families.

Convenient and has parking

The hotel is located in the heart of Banff. Everything within the Banff Center is within walking distance.

The location is excellent, and there is a shuttle bus, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport. However, you need to book the shuttle bus in advance at the counter to avoid not having a seat. You can also order breakfast to take away from the counter.

The big bed is big enough for two people to sleep in. If you need anything, the staff will bring it up very quickly and deal with it immediately. The location is just a little bit at the end of Banff Avenue. It takes ten minutes to walk to the 8X bus stop (in the central area). It is still convenient, but the price is much cheaper. I highly recommend it. The only thing is that there is no hot water kettle and no water will be provided. You have to buy water yourself, which takes ten minutes to go to the supermarket. There is a microwave and a hair dryer.

There is no free parking and it is inconvenient to park on the street.

The hotel front desk is the worst. I booked two consecutive nights separately... and they told me to wait even though I could check in twice... and they said they would allow me to stay for two nights... and they charged me the extra amount with my credit card without saying anything. I contacted Intrip several times to get advice, but they were so rude that I'm just getting mad.

The famous hotel in Banff town has good health, service, facilities and location, and has its own characteristics. It has its own independent underground garage. You can see the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains when you go out. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the core area of ​​the town.
