Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Stayed two nights on a business trip. Good hotel with facilities you can enjoy. Main buffet restaurant can use some work in terms of service as the staff were a bit inattentive.

The overall is different from the ads at all! Despite NOVOTEL, Indian standard. The staff wanted to talk or tells only they want to - not the guest's concerned. It took time. The beach is very dirty, the pool is out of service and very dirty. The room is too old and dirty. I get an insect as a gift! Too bad. Accor should reconsider this branch soon.

Great experience. comfortable rooms with amazing view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and has all the basic amenities that one would expect. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic.

Location is 4/5 in terms of reaching hotspots of UB City, MG Road and Church Street. Rest was all round fantastic, nothing else to say.

Awesome hotel, amazing breakfast spread..Rooms were very spacious and comfy..Hospitality service was top class..One of the best hotels in Bangalore.. 👍👍👍

파노라마뷰 객실을 예약했습니다. 방크기도 넓고 침대도 적당하게 푹신해서 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 조식이 옵션이 다양하고 즉석에서 만들어 주는 도사가 정말 맛있었습니다. 특히 자쿠지와 사우나, 수영장이 정말 최고에요. 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶어지는 스태프들의 훌륭한 서비스까지 모든 것이 완벽했습니다.
