Few rooms are excellent and many required a lil bit of maintenance and housekeeping. Food is excellent. Professional attire from staffs can be improved. Slightly with happy face

It was a very bad hotel experience i have got, the hotel is on the top of a restaurant which gives lots of noise, the infra is old, and the paints are peeling out. There is stange smell everywhere, lift makes huge noise like drilling machines, staff is unprofessional, old towels, majorly giving non veg items.

Had a pleasant stay, very good and co-operative staff .The food served was very delicious and yummy.
Must take some more care in pest control 🪳 were present in room.Wash room was very near and clean.

Very poor reception nor any warm welcome. I had reached early and asked for an early check-in. The guy at the counter first said the rooms are all full but after insistance he said 1 room shall be available in an hours time but you will have to pay an extra 1000 bucks. I requested him for a nominal charge but he refused. As i did not sleep all night due to flight being at 3 am in the morning i agreed to paying the extra amount as i needed to take rest desperately. Although i dont recall wet-her i booked the room with breakfast or not one of the staff came knoking at my door informing me to come down for breakfast. So i went to the breakfast area and gave my room details and he said to continue with the breakfast. I took my breakfast in the plate and was to sit to eat another guy came saying that you don't have breakfast included with your room. I said i don't recall but your staff came to my door to tell me to come down for breakfast and when i entered the staff asked me for my room number and said me to continue. This whole situation was such an embarrassment. And i was in a spot as if i was some culprit. Lastly while i checked out the next day and was waiting for my uber, the guy at the reception asked me if i had order 2 teas at the room. This was so pathetic. They have no idea of customer service, respect or managing. I never intend to ever this place again.

All the boxes they ticked, cleanliness service food there restaurant food is best, breakfast was good centre of the city cub-an park just nearby and chinnaswamy stadium. Situated at heart of the city affordable and safe and well maintained what more you need, come and see yourself enjoy your stay and thank me later
