One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!

Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.

I have stayed at the Vellara several times and my Mum has stayed here for the last 15 years on every visit to Bangalore. The Owners, ***agers, all the staff are so friendly, attentive and customer focused. The rates have always been very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, clean, good aircon and fans. The cleaning staff and room service is excellent - the room service food is great with a large menu of Indian , Chinese and some western dishes. The laundry is so fast and comes back perfectly pressed. The breakfasts vary every day with light Indian dishes and omelette to Order. The Vellara is perfectly situated with a shop next door (All Saints), a drugstore across the road and literally a 5 min walk to Brigade Road or 10 min walk to G***da Mall We have never had a bad experience at the Hotel Vellara I would highly recommend it for singles, couples or families

Actually I am staying in this Hotel from long back i.e., from 2014 because of comfort, I am continuously travelling to Bangalore atleast once in a month and trying to stay here in Hotel Iris because all the staff members are very supportive and helpful, they are very polite in behaviour too. Food is little bit costly but yes, it's tasty. If I am talking about hygiene and cleanliness, I must say it's upto the expectation which I am expecting from every 4 star or 5 star hotels. As of now I don't have even a single complaint from any of the staff member. Keep it up guys!

I'll start with a massive thank you to all the staffs of Olive Magrath particularly Anurag, Pavithra, Albin & Roshan. These individuals have portrayed such great hospitality and service level beyond excellence throughout my stay in Olive. Indeed a blessing to Embassy group for having them. This is my 2nd round of stay in the bustling city of Bangalore. Situated right in the heart of Bangalore, Olive is definitely my first choice amongst some other accommodations I've stayed in during my month long trip here. Equipped with all the basic necessities such as the TV, AC, water heater, WiFi and etc, Olive also offers a complete set up of meeting hall, private meeting room, and a game room which caters to my work needs. The location is so strategic that everything is just within minutes of walking distances. As I'm travelling solo away from my home country, I will always factor in 2 considerations when it comes to my choice of accommodation. Cleanliness & Feeling-at-home. From the front doorway to my room, the entire vicinity is always well maintained and clean at the best level. To my best understanding, Olive Magrath is always fully booked and occupied but they are still able to keep the cleanliness level with that ***y visitors in and out of the area. Perfect. Being away from home for a long period is indeed challenging but coming back to Olive after a hectic day of work had somehow filled a portion of that ”loneliness” in me, if you get what I'm saying. Those greetings with huge smiles have definitely made me feel a sense of belonging. A highly recommended choice of stay for everyone! Well, please pardon me for being long-winded in my review but I felt the need to properly complement Olive for making my stay here a memorable and remarkable one.
