The staff were genuinely welcoming, making my stay so memorable. They were always ready to help with anything, which added a personal touch to my experience. The food at their restaurant is just amazing! I tried many dishes, but the 'Croque Madame Sandwich' stole my heart! if you a cheese lover, you've got to try it! And all the desserts were impressively surprising. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to MRT Lumphini super convenient! The room was incredibly comfortable, truly a home away from home. I have to mention the bed and pillows they were so fluffy and comfy! Can't wait to come back in the future!!

I am in love with this hotel! Like seriously hands down the best experience and hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The attention to detail put into this hotel is amazing! The gym and pool are amazing! The 2 story rooftop bars are amazing! The food they serve in all the restaurants on sight are amazing The chocolate making class is amazing lol I could keep going and going about how great this is! My new goal is to become wealthy just so when I travel to Thailand and stay in Bangkok I can always stay here 🫶🏽🤣 10/10 all around

曼谷素凱泰是第一家素凱泰，其地位自不用説，素凱泰--暹羅王朝的首都，酒店的LOGO就好似古老的佛塔。曼谷素凱泰由安縵御用設計師Kerry Hill 和 Ed Tuttle設計，外觀和內飾的靈感都來自古城素凱泰，在熱鬧的市中心闢出一塊幽靜之所。 1991年開業，距今已經30多年了，hskp日常用心，根本看不出來有這麼久了。 🌳酒店是真正的大隱隱於市，到處都是蓮花池，後院非常美，綠植加長椅彷彿一個祕密小公園（然而我忘記逛了），泳池在一樓露天，這次不知道怎麼了忘記去了。 🛎雖然住過很多酒店，曼谷素凱泰的服務還是給我留下了很深的印象，堪稱服務標桿 到達時奉上香茅味的冷毛巾和凍楊梅汁，一整個神清氣爽，特別開心，晚上吃celadon也給了兩次毛巾； 經常有2位doorman在門口接待，堅守傳統又有禮節； 歡迎水果每天都給了，特別是送的姜味巧克力條，真的好吃； 帶我們去房間的姑娘英語講得好，進門還脱鞋（可能是泰國這邊習慣）介紹房間也很詳細； 泳池裝修暫不開放，但是也給了我們備選方案開shuttle bus去其他地方游泳； 開夜床也有，給的水還帶水瓶皮套，更有儀式感了 🛏房間和衞生間用了比較多的鏡子，看起來會亮一些，房間的躺椅很舒服啊，另外拖鞋也很有特色，深藍色像綢緞對的菱格（曼谷包那種），底不厚但夠舒服 🛁備品用的PANPURI，後來我在機場買了兩瓶香薰，機場人用泰式中文和我説：這個好，高檔酒店，高檔酒店 有浴缸，有衞洗麗。唯一的問題就是房間2個龍頭真的很費勁，台盆的龍頭一開全灑出來，花灑的那個把手我很難拉開，花灑基本沒怎麼用 . 🍽酒店餐廳celadon 各方面也很完美，值得更好的評價 🥢早飯太太太豐盛了，別看地方不大但應有盡有，SLH典範啊！ 除了傳統咖啡茶，還提供印度香料茶咖啡以及泰奶，第一天我點了泰奶，第二天我們都點了，小哥還開心地説今天你們都點了啊~~感覺好快樂 自助冷飲料給了7、8種，還有鮮榨果汁現開椰子汁，就知道成本得上好幾個台階； 酒店自製黃油也提供了salted和unsalted-很多酒店甚至無法提供2種外采黃油，更別説自製； 一大早就分別出2個口味的yogurt和2個sobet，我真的有驚呆； 餅房實力超強，麪包超過10種，兩天給的麪包布丁還是不同口味，都好吃； 豐富的芝士、中東的鷹嘴豆泥冷切肉芝士咖喱日式miso湯之類的，照顧各種口味 真的是一頓超級滿足的早餐，不過中式點心估計是採購半成品，可以考慮換一家供應商 🌈 🌈 🌈 🏨曼谷素凱泰酒店 📍地址：13/3, 28/1-4 South Sathorn Road, Thungmahamek 交通：地鐵出來步行約7分鐘 以上訊息皆基於當時入住體驗

U Sathorn used to be my go-to resort and sure it will be within my plan to stay after the Covid! Everything is still nice, staffs are nice and friendly and the pool is superB consider it’s at the heart of Bangkok. However this time I got two issue upset me a lot. The first one is the lock of the window doors to the balcony is not working. Just after we enter the room and want to settle down, my 3 years boy open the door can climbing up the fence. Luckily i am fast enough the get him back. I called the front desk and they send ppl to fix it soon. But it is quite dangerous! The second issue is my room running out of electricity at mid night and luckily the power coming back within a minute. But it happen about 3-4 time during mid night and my wife cannot get a proper sleep. It is probably one of the worst experience I stay in U Sathorn and should be the last one.

The Banyan Tree is an amazing hotel. The staff is the most professional and friendly and always make sure that the guest are pampered and well taken care off. The rooms are spacious, elegant and fitted with all the things that I need for both work and relax, our Club room was in a very high floor and we had beautiful sunrise views of the park and the river. The hotel has plenty of restaurants and incredible facilities, including the award-winning spa. The Vertigo roof-top bar and restaurant is a must visit for every traveler. I can't wait to return to Bangkok and stay at the Banyan Tree where the staff feels like family.

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, bilik bersih tetapi agak kecil. Tempat tidurnya sendiri 5 kaki, tetapi bantal dan tilamnya bagus, tidak sakit belakang, jadi tidur lena. Dinding bilik sangat kaku. Bunyi bilik sebelah ketawa terbahak-bahak untuk didengar pada tengah malam. Sarapan untuk membuat pesanan semasa daftar masuk dan beritahu masa untuk turun untuk menjemput. Sangat mudah untuk memesan tanpa had sama sekali. Anda boleh mengambil sebiji selasih sebanyak yang anda mahukan. Sangat baik. Berbanding dengan harganya, ia sangat berbaloi.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The doorman warmly and enthusiastically greets us every time he sees us. He also listened to my complaint about crazy and dishonest drivers in Bangkok city, then helped us book a company reliable car for transport to the airport. Overall, the hotel is clean and stylish. My favorite part is the entrance/lobby with a spiral staircase which looks like a library. The location is good, a 5-minute taxi to Siam Paragon shopping center. The breakfast is delicious and full of varieties, however, I am not impressed with the dinner.

We love this place!! We’ve been staying here for 35 years and know the staff past and present. Not the fanciest by any means, but makes up for it with warm hospitality at a very reasonable price. Handy location close to lumphini park and public transport. Great restaurant frequented by locals as well as guests. Poolside rooms at a few extra dollars worth considering too

Poor Reception is unfriendly and rude in the issue of 1 queen bed and 2 single beds she keep on arguing the 2 pax issue .I told her we booked this hotel as we have seen the room description 1 queen bed and 2 single and she said not, and but or please see attachment .she did not understand English and, or are 2 different meanings. Suggest to edit in the system to prevent recurrences end up she charged me 700 THB for extra bed. Luckily, Trip.com compensated me back with 1972 trip coins Tq Trip.com TQ Nick from.trip.com 🙏

Location: 1-2 km away from Lumphini station. The hotel provides a free shuttle ride to Lumpini and Sala Daeng stations. Please refer to the timetable at the receptionist desk. 7Eleven is nearby, and there are few ATMs in the area too. Cleanliness: clean bed sheet; no foul smell from the toilet. I spent about 10 minutes trying to find any stains or hairs on the floor, table, mini fridge, and kettle, but nothing could be found. Room temperature is acceptable and no issues with it. Amenities: the hotel provides free wifi in the room; the connection can be weak around the evening. Room amenities: only shower caps, shampoo, and hair soap are provided, along with 2x drinking water, coffee and tea sachets. Service (Breakfast/paid): The menu selection was good; they rotated the menu every day. Was good. The only downside of this is that they did not provide fresh cow milk. Instead, they provide soy milk 🫠 (Frontdesk/ housekeeping/ security/ cafe staffs): Some are well versed in English, and some not too well. But they're polite and always ready to help. Warm service. It was a pleasant stay.

I booked this room cheap because it was a promotion. I didn't expect that I would fall inlove with this hotel. I called them that I would check in very late at night and they waited for me. And when I saw the room it is very very clean and comfy. The room smells good and bed was so comfortable. The toilet was super clean. If I go to Bangkok again I would definitely book this hotel again.
