The design of the drainage system in the restroom is bad. The water flows to the side of the toilet.

We requested for extra towels as we have sensitive skin and needed to change after each shower, the housekeeper requested THB100 for us to get towels. Disappointed with the service and we found small cockroaches near the pantry/in the room. We tot we will rebook this hotel due to the facilities, but maybe not

The shower faucet is at fault, failing to switch between tap and faucet.  Leakage of water from bathtub area due to fundamental and structural flaw, that being the shower area is not totally concealed by a whole pane of glass. Sauna at pool was out of order!

We had a great stay at PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok. The location is excellent, just 350 meters (6-7 minutes) from Nana station and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 Mall. The washing machine in the room was a huge plus for easy laundry during my trip. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort! No

Big round. Can see that the room is a bit old. Given the price that I’m paying, I’ll expect more as well. Surroundings are the night life. Can be quite happening. 7-11 right across the road near Novotel. Able to see fireworks on new year eve! Great if you like watching fireworks from hotel room!

Stayed here for 3 nights, excellent location - just 3mins walk to Nana BTS. However, also gets very busy in night due to several bars located around the hotel. Hotel was newly renovated. Room was more than 50sqm with two TVs and a large living room. Had a very good gym as well

I stayed at park royal for my business three day and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a well-stocked bathroom. The hotel is located in a great spot—close to nearby attractions, shops, or restaurants], so it was easy to explore the area. I felt safe and comfortable walking around. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend park royal to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay here again!

Good location but very noisy area (necessary sound proof). In-room safe does not work. TV information was written in Arabic, which was not completely understood (Need to reset before new guest is checking in).

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Good service and friendly staffs. Very good location but quiet and accessible. Just few minutes walk from Nana Bts, night life, food, a minute away from convenient store. Room come with comfortable bed, washing machine, kitchen. Very good and value for money.

The hotel nearby have many pubs around & hotel doesn’t provide any titbits as normal hotel will do . Room is not soundproof at all as children crying next room can be heard very clearly. Laundry power never top up when we stay fr 3 nights Overall not a very satisfied staying. While hotel charge is reasonable.

Everything is good. But the only thing is the airport transfer to the hotel. The vehicle is old and dirty. It's was very uncomfortable, the worst thing is the car was full of mosquito bites.

I requested to cancel or modify my booking as I postponed my trip. I’m suggesting to change date or change guest (same date but I pass on my booking to my friend since they are also there during this period). But the answer that I get is the hotel strictly DO NOT ALLOW any changes. I respect the terms and conditions but there should be some level of flexibility since this is a 5 days booking.
