Really my stay Banyan Tree hotel which is still my favourite hotel in Bangkok after so many years. Service is excellent and breakfast is great. Location is good and very close to MTR

Perfect! The room is clean and the bed is soft ! Everything is ok and every staff is friendly , they remembered my birthday and sent me a cake ! They also learned Chinese to send me the best wishes! The moon bar is so beautiful! Thank you very much ! Hope all of you have a happy life!

it was a great experience staying in the banyan. although the location is not very well and the premise is a little aging, the spacious room and the roof top bar still have their value. recommended.

excellent service, spacious room, lounge is generous with food and cocktail in evening. tutu can be provided to nearby train station. free access to the top of the bar. massage always fully booked.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree was exceptional. We were greeted with 5 star service from the moment we entered the hotel. The Club Lounge was a great benefit where we enjoyed our meals and drinks. The staff were always smiling and ready to assist as needed. We indulged in their rooftop restaurant, and we were not disappointed. The food and service were excellent and the view of Bangkok left us speechless!

Nice hotel with good hospitality and service. The rooftop bar is amazing and many restaurants options . There’s different surprises every night when we came back to the hotel

The management on the front desk were unprofessional . Not well trained ,yet put them to the front desk to serve . We waited 45 minutes before they handle our passports .They received our passports but put it aside , doing something else . It was 6:45pm Other thanks , it’s only two other pairs of tourist only ! I have to asked again and again why we had to wait so long .No explanation at all !Furthermore , I had fully paid for 9days stay , they make a stupid mistake for 1 day only !I had to feed them the reference number. After the 7 day, they called up in the morning making another unacceptable mistake that we have to check out .I have to feed them the reference number again in early morning ! I had stayed many 5 stars hotels all over the world , this Banyan tree was defat not up to 5 stars standard !

The staff at Banyan Tree Bangkok are wonderful, always ready with a Sawasdee Kha/Khap and very efficient. The rooms were kept very clean, although they are getting dated in terms of amenities and technology.The location is not very convenient. It is situated among office buildings and Embassies, far from shopping areas, street food and metro stations.

The hotel is a beautiful Thai style hotel room, but with Morden facilities such as sky bars and ect.

Got Upgraded to a Very Spacious Suite Room . Wonderful Staff , great location , plus it has the Best Rooftop Bar in Bangkok ! Highly recommended 👍

Staff was friendly and helpful. Welcome fruit was nice. View was beautiful.

Great hotel and excellent facilities. Especially the pool and gym area. Special mention to Wendy Jane on Club Lounge for getting our early coffee this morning. Excellent service.
