The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and intimate, and the patient answers all kinds of questions, and the good feelings are full. The hotel is equipped with complete gym equipment, the laundry room is clean and convenient, to meet the needs of sports and laundry in the travel, the price is super high, the next trip must be repurchased, highly recommended to everyone!

Cchaobeiyan****I went to Fuping on a business trip alone and chose Lavande Hotel. The experience exceeded my expectations! The front desk was efficient and there was no pressure for a single check-in. The room was clean and tidy, and the light lavender fragrance made people relax instantly. I especially like the smart guest control and comfortable pillows, and the sleep quality is super good. The sound insulation effect is good and it is very quiet at night. The hotel is conveniently located and it is convenient to find food around. The most considerate thing is that the front desk is very enthusiastic. The facilities are new, the service is thoughtful, and the sense of security is full, making the journey alone full of comfort and peace of mind. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I will choose here next time I come to Fuping! Highly recommended to friends who travel alone!

ZZhuheimei已經是晚上九點多入住酒店，前台很有禮貌的辦理入住，我手機已經沒電了，可能前台小姐姐看出我需要充電寶，就趕忙告訴我位置，主動的告知早餐時間，應該是怕我舟車勞累睡過了，特意看了一下工牌，前台知風，洋溢着熱情禮貌，微笑的為我服務，瞬間疲憊感全無，酒店乾淨整潔，服務也不錯，早餐也可以，前台是酒店的第一面，也正因為因為前台知風，讓我旅遊的勞累有一個舒服的睡眠，感受到家的温暖，入住的一室一廳的房間，還有個小帳篷，孩子很喜歡，房間也明亮比較大，以後有機會還會去入住的！
