The check-in efficiency at the front desk was super high. The smiley face was greeted throughout the whole process. The hotel was warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment was quiet and suitable for vacation and leisure. It felt at home. What is more poking is the service details. Every waiter who meets in the corridor will take the initiative to say hello, and the smile is sincere and warm. The breakfast is full of surprises, rich and varied Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, snacks, and everything. From efficient and intimate front desk service to ubiquitous warm greetings, to sincere breakfast, every detail is showing the intention! When you end a busy week or you want to avoid the bustling city, Orange Crystal Xiong'an New District Hotel will be your best choice to enjoy a quiet life!

MM515227****Overall, it was excellent. The kitchenware and front desk service were fantastic. They had everything you could need, including cooking pots, woks, and knives. The room was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Food delivery robots even came upstairs! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, the lobby is very beautiful, the fruit water in the lobby is cool and sweet, very delicious, every time I go out and come back, I will have a cup. The front desk service is also warm and thoughtful, and they take the initiative to help with the luggage, and can be anxious for the guests. There was a small episode during the stay, and the head of the housekeeping department was able to respond positively and solve it perfectly. We booked a high-end luxury bed, and saw that there were children staying, so we decorated it as a parent-child room. The room facilities are complete, with two washbasins, which feels very convenient. You can park in the hotel basement for free by car. If you need to contact the front desk if you go out, please contact the front desk. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very good. Next to it is the Times Park, and there is also the ruins of the gatehouse of the ancestral home of the Cui family in Boling. It is not far from Wanda Plaza, and it has everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. The family was very satisfied with this trip and will choose here next time.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding. The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in. We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend. We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite. ”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”. This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it. Living Room: A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space. Bedroom: The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding. Bathroom: As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub. We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite. Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor. ”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”. Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless. The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service. As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests. We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here. Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel.

YYuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant. Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant. Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it. Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.

It is a Marriott hotel with super high cost performance. 🩵Beautiful environment, thoughtful service, complete facilities, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, wide view, good sound insulation, and dry and wet separation in the bathroom. 🩵I chose a parent-child room. The handsome guy at the front desk provided additional children's supplies and small toys. The child was very happy🍭 The lounge bar on the first floor gives you an elegant time The restaurant is on the third floor, with rich breakfast dishes, hygienic ingredients and good service It is very convenient to order takeout, and the robot delivers it to the room. Independent underground parking lot, you can park at the door and underground. The experience is very good, and I will choose this hotel again when I come to Baoding😊

WWuwuFirst of all, I would like to praise MAY at the front desk. He has a friendly smile and can provide a lot of help. Thank you. I plan to contact her directly next time I book. Location: In the country park, super close to the Vibrant Town, but a little far from the entrance of the country park and Xinma Zoo. Room: The room is relatively large, the double bed room is more expensive than the twin room, the terrace is good, and the necessary facilities are basically there. There are 4 bottles of mineral water, which is very good. Others: There is no gym or swimming pool, but most of the people who live here want to go out and play, so it basically doesn't matter. The breakfast was average. I paid extra to book a room with breakfast, but it didn't feel like it was worth it. The vending machine at the door is very affordable and the rice dumplings inside are delicious. Overall it is worth living and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
