XXuelian2019Xiulan Hotel has an elegant environment and an excellent location. The rooms are neat, comfortable and clean. All the waiters I met are very enthusiastic and polite. The laundry room and gym are well-equipped and convenient. The front desk reception is also very warm and professional. It's a great experience. ! Every service staff in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The business center also helps guests collect express delivery. Fruit, milk, drinks and bottled water are delivered to the guest rooms every day. Small towels and snacks are also given when you first check in, which makes people feel considerate and warm. , Western restaurants and Chinese restaurants are all available, all kinds of good! Xiulan Hotel serves its guests with heart and soul. It is highly recommended.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

Talk about the lack of, I live on the 15th floor, the room is too hot, it is hot to sleep at night, and finally open the window and pull the curtain to sleep. I think the water in the pipe is hot. The reason for the private soup in each room is that the hot spring hotel cannot be avoided; Holiday Inn has three elevators, the elevator speed is relatively slow, and the elevator is often full during peak hours for meals, and the waiting time is too long, forcing some tourists to take the stairs back to the room, giving people a bad experience. DDr LightningEverting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

NNamoshiThe service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit.
The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue.
We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
Free bathing is not bad!
