PPengguna Tetamu首先客棧位置好，周邊吃飯、停車、超市購物都很方便；其次小院環境特別好，涼亭、鞦韆、流水、花草、樹木收拾得賞心悦目，小院裏一片70年花齡的牡丹讓小院沉澱了深深的底藴；老闆兩口子人都特別好，讓我們住着像在家裡一樣自如方便，我們在茶室打牌，幫我們洗好了茶，準備好了沏茶的水，因着白天暴雨老闆貼心的給我們熬了薑糖水……五一期間易水湖限流，網上關閉了購票通道，老闆很熱情幫我們聯繫找渠道買到了票，……總之這次住宿方方面面體驗都特別好，強烈推薦

PPengguna Tanpa Nama錯開五一假期出遊，人很少，雖然費用比周圍民宿價格高，不過基本上屬於包場服務了😂辦入住的時候服務員給升級了房型，民宿有健身房，桌球廳，兵乓球廳，和樓頂露台游泳池，不過要六月份才放水開放，在樓頂可以直接看到易水湖面。樓下就是金龜碼頭，乘坐遊輪很方便。餐飲中規中矩，不過服務很熱情，阿姨熱心介紹菜品，服務很周到。臨走還送了老闆生態農場種植的小米😄

PPengguna TetamuThis is the best hotel you will find in the area. Great service, very modern, clean, and well maintained rooms. I came through this hotel as part of a hike across the country, and intentionally reworked my schedule to be able to spend more nights in this hotel as opposed to relocating further down the route. The amenities are worth it. I have spent ten years living in Beijing and Hong Kong, these are at or above the level of what you will find in the vast majority of hotels anywhere in the country. An absolute steal at this price point for what they provide.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

PPengguna Tetamu我們自駕過去，位置在市區還算可以，去哪裡開車都很方便。樓下有瑞幸咖啡還有一個小超市，樓後面有當地早餐攤兒，還有個當地超市，方便買點東西。泳池在頂層孩子很喜歡每天都去。樓下是條河道，但在維修中啥也看不到。 衹是房間衞生不算細緻，酒店健身房比較雜亂，冰箱壞了換不了，房間強薄人隔音不太好。好在前台最後給換了房間。服務員和工作人員相對比較熱情。前台會提供一定幫助，清潔阿姨會幫忙把落下的東西收拾好送到新房間，可惜客房服務衹會幫你倒垃圾拖下地面，不太會重新鋪床，整理物品。
