Hotel Family di Baoding

We had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

酒店位置和品質是易水湖景區最好的！餐廳出口就是金龜碼頭，非常方便！房頂露台易水湖美景盡收眼底！湛藍色無邊泳池與湖水融為一體。房間設施非常乾淨，房間寬敞，床上用品毛巾等質量好！酒店服務也很熱情周到。住宿期間發生件一個小插曲，五一假期車多，我車子被其他車堵在裏面，酒店當班領導（聽説是一個財務主管），馬上提供自己的私家車服務！這種將酒店品質當成自己家的事，難能可貴！酒店粱經理特意備當地小米留念！處處體現温馨氛圍。酒店後院停車場寬敞，還有各種拍攝湖景景觀。一個高高的瞭望塔，眺望遠山近湖，心曠神怡……

到的太晚了，沒有拍照，但是必須給好評，整個酒店設計很美，能看出來老闆是個有品位的人，房間也非常感激，是細節上的乾淨，説明員工認真負責，也説明管理到位，後續住客不要被其他的差評影響，真的非常乾淨，樓下也有很多美食小吃，在保定這種沒有乾淨酒店和服務意識的城市裡算是一股清流

本次入住體驗非常驚喜，各方面都很出色！酒店裝修簡約高級，環境乾淨整潔，整體質感十足。客房空間寬敞明亮，佈局規整，物品擺放整齊有序。衞生標準嚴格，全屋乾淨無灰塵、無異味，床品、潔具乾淨衞生，住着特別放心。隔音、採光、通風效果都很好，居住氛圍舒適愜意。服務人員熱情有禮，主動提供幫助，服務細緻貼心。地理位置優越，出行便捷，性價比超高，強烈推薦！

設施：酒店很好找，環境很好，周圍吃飯也很方便 衞生：酒店衞生乾淨整潔，沒有異味 服務：前台幾位服務人員服務態度很好，有什麼需要都很快給辦，小姐姐們人都很好，非常熱情，服務很棒。 酒店很貼心，領到了晚安糖水（大堂自取），還有歡迎水果也及時送到了房間。 服務非常滿意，房間有冰箱洗衣機，體驗感好！

酒店硬件奢華，客房寬敞，居住條件很好。但房間地毯清潔不到位，缺少送餐機器人，便利性不足。 地下一層親子樂園管理混亂，連通商場的通道門長期未關，大量外來人員湧入擠佔住客孩子遊玩區域，現場環境雜亂。當日值班經理與短髮工作人員處理態度非常積極，及時驅離了外來人員.本以為可以安心了.但稍晚一些發現仍有通道門處於虛掩狀態，有外來人員進入小童樂園區域，存在安全隱患.酒店門禁管控不到位，缺乏長效管理。 整體硬件優秀，希望加強客房細節保潔、增設送餐機器人，嚴格管控樂園出入口，保障住客專屬遊玩權益。另外表揚當日值班經理與地下一層短髮黑色制服的女士，處理及時並且態度很好.也感謝前台送給小朋友禮物的服務人員.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

It was nice to stay at this hotel. The hotel reception staff are so nice and cooperative. The hotel lobby is well organized and has many options for the guests to use as complementary. The rooms on the 5th floor are really nice and have a great view of the city. I recommend this hotel to every foreigner who wants to stay in this city. This hotel is best on the price with the facilities they provide.
