Hotel Family di Baoding

這次入住的體驗真的非常好！從入住到離店，酒店的整體的服務都讓我感到非常滿意。工作人員熱情友好，尤其是小劉，服務周到有温度，很親切，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，酒店的位置也很優越，交通便利，周邊景點眾多。早餐品種豐富，中西結合，下次再來這個城市，一定會選擇再次入住這家酒店！

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

本次入住體驗很不錯，從到店開始就能感受到貼心的服務，前台和各處服務人員禮貌友善，考慮到帶小朋友出行，很多地方都照顧得很到位。酒店遛娃條件很好，休閑配套齊全，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎。公共區域環境雅緻，早餐菜品選擇多樣，可以兼顧大人和孩子的口味。服務響應及時，分寸感恰到好處，不會造成打擾。軟硬件配置都在線，整體沒有踩雷，度過了一段愜意的親子時光。很適合家庭短途出行，體驗感很不錯，已經推薦給身邊親友，有機會還會再來打卡。

This is the best hotel you will find in the area. Great service, very modern, clean, and well maintained rooms. I came through this hotel as part of a hike across the country, and intentionally reworked my schedule to be able to spend more nights in this hotel as opposed to relocating further down the route. The amenities are worth it. I have spent ten years living in Beijing and Hong Kong, these are at or above the level of what you will find in the vast majority of hotels anywhere in the country. An absolute steal at this price point for what they provide.

住的大床房包早餐，早餐清淡好吃😋。老闆娘態度超好，當天到的時候天氣很熱還給切了一盤西瓜。小院環境真的超讚，院子裏特別多花花草草，還有乘涼亭鞦韆和小水池，坐院子裏一點都不熱，有小風一陣一陣吹來。最喜歡院子裏的拉布拉多，是退役搜救犬叫豆豆，超乖來人不叫我摸了好久 🥰。要説缺點就是離白石山有點遠，不過自駕來的話就無所謂了，我不是自駕但我喜歡這個環境也不在意遠不遠 😌

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

這次度假入住體驗非常棒，必須給出五星好評。前台工作人員服務熱情貼心，辦理入住高效順暢，有需求響應及時，服務感受很舒服。客房打掃得十分乾淨衞生，房間整潔清爽，床品舒適，住得安心踏實。 酒店的早餐品類豐富多樣，菜品口味不錯，可以滿足不同的用餐需求。園區內遊玩項目豐富，大人小孩都能找到樂趣，休閑度假氛圍感十足。整體環境清幽，遊玩休閑兩不誤。 不管是家庭出遊還是朋友小聚都很合適，整體性價比可觀，各方面都超出預期。下次再來這邊遊玩，還會優先選擇這家酒店，也真心推薦給大家。

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

The hotel is very close to Baoding banquet, the sanitary conditions are very good, the front desk staff is also very warm and thoughtful. There is free parking, and a small gift on the way out is very satisfied! There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient

I had an excellent stay at Cerri Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere and great service throughout my stay. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.
