I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.

我住的房間裏沒有帶靠背的小沙發，所以看電視、喝茶吃點心有點尷尬，坐在墩墩上沒依沒靠的，不過呆在房間裏的時候畢竟不多。

Rooms and breakfast really great and in the beautiful 13. District with the palace around the corner and many places to enjoy good food. What really turned me off was the unpleasant lady receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. I would expect a bit more friendly staff in the front office of a 4+ star hotel. Leading up to the visit we also had troubles with the booking and one of our rooms got “lost” and brought a lot of confusion and frustration. It almost felt like we had to apologize the inconvenience of booking rooms.

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldn’t do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Good overall experience.

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. It’s a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didn’t help much. As we were on the road and lot of driving ahead we were really sad about it. I guess it would have not been an issue if the room was in the other side of the hotel.

I was on a tour and this hotel was the choice, it was in a run down district, you go around the corner and feel like you are in a different area, not a good one. There is construction all around the hotel, it is 2 blocks from the tram but not much right in the immediate area. They had turned off the AC and the rooms were very warm, only a small flip window to open. The food was not very good, breakfast buffet was not appetizing and we had dinner which was a sort of ballroom type of meal and not very good. The rooms were large and well furnished and the beds were comfortable but I would not want to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum, sondern in der Nähe von Schönbrunn, ganz nahe an U-Bahn und Tram, an einer befahrenen Kreuzung. Daher sind die Zimmer nach hinten raus wesentlich ruhiger; nach vorne muss man die schalldichten Fenster geschlossen halten, dann ist es auch lärmfrei. Das Personal beim sehr schönen Frühstücks-Buffet und an der Rezeption (mit Ausnahme einer Dame mit einem italienischen Namen) war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; auf meine Bitte bekam ich statt eines winzigen und sehr dunklen Zimmers direkt oberhalb der Frühstücksterrasse des benachbarten Hotels (Zimmer 114) ein schönes helles Zimmer im 3. Stock. Die Zimmer sind neu, gut ausgestattet, mit MIni-Bar und kleiner Kaffeemaschine (mit Kapseln), mit modernen Badezimmern. 聽維也納同事説內城區比較好 於是選的內城區的酒店 位置就在sisi museum附近 從sisi開始遊覽之後往南走 路線不錯 之後再另一個方向看一下斯蒂芬大教堂和黑死病紀念柱
之前來過一次維也納 感覺這次訂的明顯比上次的4星酒店好得多 服務態度比海底撈還好 不愧是5星

LLowRoom is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and has a variety of foods and drinks. The hotel staff allowed us to check out at 11am instead of 10am so that we have some time to explore the city before leaving. Sleep may be disturbed by the clock outside ringing at night and in the morning.

Het ontbijt is op de 4e, een knusse ontbijtzaal, alles is er voor een smakelijk ontbijt. Prima service bij receptie. Parkeren onder het gebouw. Er is een groot shoppingcentrum eetgelegenheden bij. En openbaar vervoer dichtbij, dus zo in het centrum

EewanrI really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well.
Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I love the concept of this hotel. It feels like a tiny house. It is well located, close to metro, tram, and bus stations. The breakfast includes variety of items to select. It has a mobile key, which is awesome because you don't have the fear of lose it. The girl at the reception was so gentle and guided me thought the digital check-in process.

Bus: occorre superare la stazione dei treni per accedere al capolinea del bus (linea400) 4.tram: anch’esso si trova dio il parco avendo sorpassato la fermata del bus (tram linea D) Per quanto riguarda i supermercati, di fronte all’hotel si trova il pratico supermercato Billa. L’hotel, non essendoci il personale x la reception all’orario di arrivo, e’ pratico nell’eseguire il check-in. Quando si prenota si riceve un codice della porta per poter entrare e successivamente sul bancone di entrata basterà scannerizzare il qr-code ricevuto durante la prenotazione, inserire la prenotazione e prelevare le tessere messe a disposizione per poter attivare il numero di chiave della stanza. Al piano terra c’è una stanza adibito a relax con divani, sedie e tavolini e un piano cucina per farsi il caffè (a pagamento) o lavare gli utensili. Ci sono anche le macchinette di bibite o cibo. Inoltre, si può trovare la stanza per poter lavare gli indumenti, si accede tramite la tessera della stanza (occorre scaricare l’app della Miele e il minino ricaricabile è 20€!). L’appartamento è silenzioso, l’unica pecca riscontrata è stata quella del termostato dell’aria calda, in quanto il ricircolo usciva sempre fredda anche aumentando la temperatura e con 6 gradi esterni abbiamo richiesto assistenza in reception e il giorno seguente oltre a noi ben 6 appartamenti erano stati settati al minimo e pertanto dopo il sopralluogo del tecnico, si è riportata la temperatura consona alla stagione invernale. Su ogni piano (accessibile sempre con la propria tessera) e’ presente un vano attrezzi dove si possono prelevare gli asciugamani, federe, carta igienica, cialde x la lavastoviglie e sacchetti per la spazzatura oltre a l’aspirapolvere e scopa da utilizzare. Consigliato. La spazzatura come richiesta sul sito si trova accedendo con l’ascensore che ha come tasto la U.

PPengguna TetamuSiamo arrivati in questa struttura con il taxi preso all’aeroporto di vienna, abbiamo pagato 62€ in 4 siccome l’albergo dista 26 km. Appena entrati siamo stati ben accolti nonostante siamo arrivati veramente tardi, entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato una stanza veramente molto accogliente, minimal ma molto carina. La mattina successiva abbiamo chiesto informazioni per il centro di vienna e il ragazzo alla reception ci ha indicato e segnato sul foglio tutte le indicazioni. L’albergo è vicinissimo alla metro, ha un supermercato penny, una tabaccheria e una farmacia affianco. I letti super comodi, pulizia giornaliera ottima, aerea condizionata in stanza.

AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is basic but clean, its very person centred the receptionists whoever is on are very helpful. Great breakfast. It’s not the easiest to get to from Vienna Airport but don’t let that put you off around €65 by taxi or the hotel can arrange it for €45 there’s a tram stop outside 15 minutes to the centre they run like clockwork every 5-10 minutes, 24 hour ticket €7 for all travel ( shh but no ticket inspectors so up to you!! 😂) Tatax Vietnamese restaurant a few doors away is amazing lovely bar chilled melodic vibes great food and unbelievably cheap. There’s not a lot else in the area but with trams non stop you can anywhere!

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hotel qui préfère ne pas embaucher des personnes pour faire le check in et de mettre une automate et une ligne help desk à la place. Puisque j'ai réservée via opodo j'ai pas eu le numéro de réservation de l'hotel que je dois introduire dans l'automate pour faire le checkin. Donc je me trouve bloquée avec ma famille. J'ai appelé le monsieur du help desk il m'a dit qu'il connait pas opodo et que je dois les appeler pour me donner le numéro. J'appelle opodo ils n'ont pas non plus le numéro. Le mr du help desk refuse de me fournir le numérp pour faire le check in et après plusieurs tentatives avec lui il m'a demander de lui transférer mon email de confirmation de la réservation pour vérifier. Finalement il m'a laissé entrer et faire le check in. L'apart est grand mais sale. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage comme pour d'autres hôtel apart. L'emplacement est excellent , à proximité des commerces, gares , arrets de tram/metro ...
