I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.

我住的房間裏沒有帶靠背的小沙發，所以看電視、喝茶吃點心有點尷尬，坐在墩墩上沒依沒靠的，不過呆在房間裏的時候畢竟不多。

Rooms and breakfast really great and in the beautiful 13. District with the palace around the corner and many places to enjoy good food. What really turned me off was the unpleasant lady receptionist, being rude and unhelpful. I would expect a bit more friendly staff in the front office of a 4+ star hotel. Leading up to the visit we also had troubles with the booking and one of our rooms got “lost” and brought a lot of confusion and frustration. It almost felt like we had to apologize the inconvenience of booking rooms.

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldn’t do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Good overall experience.

The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

I was on a tour and this hotel was the choice, it was in a run down district, you go around the corner and feel like you are in a different area, not a good one. There is construction all around the hotel, it is 2 blocks from the tram but not much right in the immediate area. They had turned off the AC and the rooms were very warm, only a small flip window to open. The food was not very good, breakfast buffet was not appetizing and we had dinner which was a sort of ballroom type of meal and not very good. The rooms were large and well furnished and the beds were comfortable but I would not want to stay at this hotel again.

Hotel what you can get with a really good price in Vienna. It’s a little bit outside of the city but it was just what we wanted. Hotel itself is nice and decent. But were extremely unlucky: we had the room and window to the golf field side but 6:30 in the morning started some maintenance guy blow the grass in the golf field exactly under our window for 2 hours. We had ear plugs but they didn’t help much. As we were on the road and lot of driving ahead we were really sad about it. I guess it would have not been an issue if the room was in the other side of the hotel.

My wife and I have just checked out after staying for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious with a refrigerator included and Nadia on hotel reception was great with us and extremely helpful. Location is close by to Zeiglergasse Ubhan Station and you can get to the city centre within minutes. Local grocery store Billa just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just returned from 3 nights stay. From the beginning to the end we have had a lovely time. The hotel is very modern, all decor and furnishing is very high standard. It is located less than 5 mins from the train station and literally opposite from the famous Schoennbrunn Palace. The bed is very comfy you have a choice of pillow to choose from should you wish to. Just ask reception or request via email through iPad in the room. Dressing gown, slippers, shower cap, shower gel , tea and coffee facilités are provided. The maid comes daily and if you decide not to have your room clean. They offer you 2 free drinks either from the bar downstairs or from the mini fridge in your room. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. And my decaf skinny latte. My favourite is the scrabble eggs. I am pescatarian and a fussy eater. You do have a lot of choices and thoroughly enjoyed it. We recommend the hotel and cannot wait to come back with the rest of my family and friends. Ps: Special thanks to Nadine. She was a gem.

SSspTravelTerrific location in Vienna within walking distance and nearby tram to all of the attractions. The hotel is a lovely European city hotel and is consistently rated #1 or #2 in travel magazines. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is that we had stayed at such a spectacular hotel just before this in Budapest that the differences were more pronounced. It was just less personal and more typical than our previous stay. We had a junior suite which was very nice, large and had an outdoor seating area which was nice, but not ”special” which of course is subjective. We did eat at Pastamara after a performance at the symphony and our service and food were great. My husband did go to the indoor pool which is pretty spectacular and not something you often find in city hotel. We did not have time to enjoy the spa or the rooftop. I'd definitely try this hotel again when we have a longer stay.

However, we encountered significant issues with our room. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room type, and after reporting this, we were given a room that was already occupied. The handling of the situation by the reception staff was poor.

PPengguna TetamuL’appartamento e’ fuori dalla zona centro di Vienna, ma super accessibile per qualsiasi mezzo disponile nelle vicinanze: 1.metropolitana (sono 3 minuti a piedi, dietro l’angolo) 2.stazione treni regionali (affianco alla metropolitana per qualsiasi destinazione) 3. Bus: occorre superare la stazione dei treni per accedere al capolinea del bus (linea400) 4.tram: anch’esso si trova dio il parco avendo sorpassato la fermata del bus (tram linea D) Per quanto riguarda i supermercati, di fronte all’hotel si trova il pratico supermercato Billa. L’hotel, non essendoci il personale x la reception all’orario di arrivo, e’ pratico nell’eseguire il check-in. Quando si prenota si riceve un codice della porta per poter entrare e successivamente sul bancone di entrata basterà scannerizzare il qr-code ricevuto durante la prenotazione, inserire la prenotazione e prelevare le tessere messe a disposizione per poter attivare il numero di chiave della stanza. Al piano terra c’è una stanza adibito a relax con divani, sedie e tavolini e un piano cucina per farsi il caffè (a pagamento) o lavare gli utensili. Ci sono anche le macchinette di bibite o cibo. Inoltre, si può trovare la stanza per poter lavare gli indumenti, si accede tramite la tessera della stanza (occorre scaricare l’app della Miele e il minino ricaricabile è 20€!). L’appartamento è silenzioso, l’unica pecca riscontrata è stata quella del termostato dell’aria calda, in quanto il ricircolo usciva sempre fredda anche aumentando la temperatura e con 6 gradi esterni abbiamo richiesto assistenza in reception e il giorno seguente oltre a noi ben 6 appartamenti erano stati settati al minimo e pertanto dopo il sopralluogo del tecnico, si è riportata la temperatura consona alla stagione invernale. Su ogni piano (accessibile sempre con la propria tessera) e’ presente un vano attrezzi dove si possono prelevare gli asciugamani, federe, carta igienica, cialde x la lavastoviglie e sacchetti per la spazzatura oltre a l’aspirapolvere e scopa da utilizzare. Consigliato. La spazzatura come richiesta sul sito si trova accedendo con l’ascensore che ha come tasto la U.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located at a great location. It is very close to the central train station and just a 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Castle. The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was quiet even though it was overlooking the street.
There was some confusion regarding the room I was supposed to stay in, and a manager got involved to help very swiftly. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes and I was given a different room.
The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the manager.
The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower. Balcony, overlooking the street. Thick blinds. The bed was big and comfortable. The linen was clean. The only note I would make is about the cleanliness of the desk. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and turned out the desk was quite dusty. The bathroom was, however, very clean and tidy with plenty of towels.
I liked that there was a mini-fridge where I could keep any food I had with me. The rooms also came with a built-in wardrobe and a safe.
The price was very good, especially considering the close proximity to the city centre. I liked that I could collect a map of Vienna from reception.
I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

LLukasThe hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna. PPengguna TetamuSiamo arrivati in questa struttura con il taxi preso all’aeroporto di vienna, abbiamo pagato 62€ in 4 siccome l’albergo dista 26 km. Appena entrati siamo stati ben accolti nonostante siamo arrivati veramente tardi, entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato una stanza veramente molto accogliente, minimal ma molto carina. La mattina successiva abbiamo chiesto informazioni per il centro di vienna e il ragazzo alla reception ci ha indicato e segnato sul foglio tutte le indicazioni. L’albergo è vicinissimo alla metro, ha un supermercato penny, una tabaccheria e una farmacia affianco. I letti super comodi, pulizia giornaliera ottima, aerea condizionata in stanza.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is basic but clean, its very person centred the receptionists whoever is on are very helpful. Great breakfast. It’s not the easiest to get to from Vienna Airport but don’t let that put you off around €65 by taxi or the hotel can arrange it for €45 there’s a tram stop outside 15 minutes to the centre they run like clockwork every 5-10 minutes, 24 hour ticket €7 for all travel ( shh but no ticket inspectors so up to you!! 😂) Tatax Vietnamese restaurant a few doors away is amazing lovely bar chilled melodic vibes great food and unbelievably cheap. There’s not a lot else in the area but with trams non stop you can anywhere!

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hotel qui préfère ne pas embaucher des personnes pour faire le check in et de mettre une automate et une ligne help desk à la place. Puisque j'ai réservée via opodo j'ai pas eu le numéro de réservation de l'hotel que je dois introduire dans l'automate pour faire le checkin. Donc je me trouve bloquée avec ma famille. J'ai appelé le monsieur du help desk il m'a dit qu'il connait pas opodo et que je dois les appeler pour me donner le numéro. J'appelle opodo ils n'ont pas non plus le numéro. Le mr du help desk refuse de me fournir le numérp pour faire le check in et après plusieurs tentatives avec lui il m'a demander de lui transférer mon email de confirmation de la réservation pour vérifier. Finalement il m'a laissé entrer et faire le check in. L'apart est grand mais sale. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage comme pour d'autres hôtel apart. L'emplacement est excellent , à proximité des commerces, gares , arrets de tram/metro ...
