I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. 3. **Convenient Location and Transportation Access:** The hotel's location was strategically chosen, providing easy access to transportation hubs. This made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze, contributing to the overall convenience of my stay. 4. **Delightful Breakfast Options:** The breakfast offered at the hotel was a delightful experience, featuring a variety of tasty options. The quality and variety exceeded my expectations, setting a positive tone for each day. In conclusion, my stay at was a memorable and enjoyable experience. We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

Room is be clean, comfortable and stylish. Location is also ideal for exploring Vienna. Main issue I had was with the window. It is unique and is the feature that gives the hotel its look but it cannot be opened so no fresh air if you need some. It’s also not tinted so you have to keep curtains closed most of the time as there is an office building right across. I got the room on the second floor so people in the vehicles on the road can easily look in especially if they have stopped at the traffic light.

Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough

Hotel was undergoing renovation, was noisy some times, but altogether ok. Cleaning rooms is a bit of guys and miss. Was not impressed for a Hilton. Breakfast service is great though, and location is surreal for a vacation stay.

Nous connaissions le groupe citadines en france et nous n’avons pas été déçus de leur service à Vienne. Au niveau des appartements, nous avons testé studio de luxe et studio superior(avec terrasse) pour 3 personnes. Les appartements sont spacieux, décorés avec goût et la literie est comfortable (même le canapé-lit). Au niveau de l’emplacement, même si un peu excentré, la proximité avec les transports est parfaite. Le tramway 1 se situe à 2 minutes à pieds et vous permet de rejoindre le centre en moins de 15 minutes. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés a moins de 500m. Si vous possédez une voiture, quelques points à connaître: le parking de citadines est très petit et très vite plein donc a réserver tôt (le parking le plus proche est cher 3,60€/ heure 36€/jour). Dans la rue, le stationnement est gratuit le week end et la nuit de 22h à 7h. Si il y avait juste une remarque à faire c’est la machine à café. Cette dernière possède des capsules particulières (format professionnel nespresso) introuvables dans le commerce (seulement en ligne), il faut donc les acheter par lot de 4 a 3,70€ a l’accueil. Je recommande.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

The location of the accommodation near Central Station is very convenient, with only a 7-minute walk, cleanliness and spaciousness of the space are commendable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby Italian restaurant Vapiano, it's wonderful that you enjoyed the food there. Overall, a great experience and were pleased with the recommendation from Trip.com.

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

Отель просто супер !!!я обязательно в него вернусь !!!я не ожидала даже что он настолько супер !!!!все фото что на сайте ему соответствуют !начиная от персонала и заканчивая всем на очень хорошем уровне отель !я много видела отелей есть чем сравнить но этот реально был восторг !прям есть желание вернуться к ним и отдохнуть и так и сделаю !огромный номер светлый !чистый !Удобная мягкая кровать !бассейны !джакузи !зал !огромная территория !вообщем одни плюсы !
