Location is strategic. Check in is alright. Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival. Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days. Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning. Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.

Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Had some visible dust on the bedside lamp in the middle which triggered my daughter's allergy, didnt need to use her epipen because other meds worked so we cleaned the lights with wetwipes and was ok after a couple of hours. We got confined to our room until she was ok so didnt get to enjoy the other amenities. The toiletries in the bathroom were open and not refilled but doesnt matter cause we didnt even need it. Other than these, it could have been a great time. The room was large and good view.

We enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home. We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

Will need a local number for calling of airport pick up and they are quite strict in terms of only leaving the hotel upon collection of luggage’s.Good location for red eye flights.

As per my previous stays with Oaks Murray St it was exemplary when I booked in, the girls were flat out busy and they processed everybody with the best speed possible while I was there I had an issue where I lost my parking ticket. The staff could not help enough in sorting my problem out as I said once before whatever it is, you’re doing oaks keep doing it because you’re doing a great job. The hotel is a little bit older, not run down just older but who cares? The staff are brilliant. Well done thank you.

Perfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark. We did not have any meals at the hotel. What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying. I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA. Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

High standard hotel for a good upper range price. Great amenities, Bar, Cafe, Heated Roof Top Pool and well equipped Gym. Friendly service. Large rooms with good size bathroom.

Ibis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit. Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.
