PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

DDerrick YLokasi bersebelahan kedai Apple di Perth. Bagus dan tengah. Berhampiran dengan kawasan cbd membeli-belah dan berhampiran dengan pasar raya Woolworths dan Coles di Raine Square. Menggunakannya sebagai pangkalan untuk menerokai Perth betul-betul di sebelah.wesley church yang merupakan tanda tempat yang bagus berhampiran dengan hotel. Tempat letak kereta adalah sukar walaupun dan mahal. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan indah tetapi anda perlu meminta perkara seperti berus gigi dan pencukur yang dihantar ke pintu. Kakitangan yang sopan sentiasa baik dan membantu serta tidak sabar untuk menggembirakan. Saya diberi daftar keluar lewat yang banyak. Wanita pembersih juga sangat baik. Satu isu ialah bilik saya jauh dari lobi lif. Seperkara lagi dispenser air terletak di sebelah tong sampah terbuka dan kadangkala saya dapat melihat lalat berlegar berhampiran tong sambil mengisi watet saya dengan tergesa-gesa di sebelahnya. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya di sana.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

It’s easy to get around Perth city from here, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel smells nice, and they even allowed early check-in.
The checkout process was also easy.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking isn’t provided and you have to pay if you want to park, so it’s better to use public transport.
The room was clean and okay.
The bathroom was fine for getting ready, but not the type you would hang around in for long.
Overall, the staff were very nice and I had a pleasant stay.
