PPengguna Tanpa Nama最值得稱道的是地理位置，往南走不遠依次就是como酒店、市政廳、天鵝塔、維多利亞碼頭，往西北不遠處就是火車站，過了火車站就是藝術中心區和熱鬧的北橋地區了，往西馬路對面就是橫跨幾個街區的步行街，商店林立。周邊吃飯地方和選擇也很多。酒店風格現代，黑色基調的裝潢，視覺上有點暗，像夜店，衞生狀況好。

Check in is alright.
Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival.
Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days.
Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning.
Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.

EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But:
1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel?
2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment
3. The sheets on the bed were dirty.
4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel doesn't look like freshly renovated. Room was ok. Quite basic if you are not asking much. Were given dirty towel one day and requested for a change. Took two phone calls to reception to get that. Other times, calls to receptions were unanswered or long. Carpark nearby so convenient. There is also Coles nearby and convenience stores and fast food nearby.
