Even though called and checked the front days said it was complementary but on my 2nd day during breakfast all of a sudden another front desk person said it’s not included so for one day I had to pay about 60 AUD. If it was clear I would not have had breakfast there. Poor communication and service

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !

JJosa LamI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Marino Royal Hotel, and it was an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, though some areas could use a bit of updating. The amenities were satisfactory, with a nice pool area that provided a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was decent but could benefit from a wider variety of options. Overall, the Marino Royal Hotel offers good value for money and has the potential to be even better with a few improvements.
