SShaks KanWas confused whether the breakfast buffet was complementary or not. Even though called and checked the front days said it was complementary but on my 2nd day during breakfast all of a sudden another front desk person said it’s not included so for one day I had to pay about 60 AUD. If it was clear I would not have had breakfast there. Poor communication and service

TTawajOur stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

BBird with no legsThe breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

JJosa LamI recently had the opportunity to stay at the Marino Royal Hotel, and it was an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, though some areas could use a bit of updating. The amenities were satisfactory, with a nice pool area that provided a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was decent but could benefit from a wider variety of options. Overall, the Marino Royal Hotel offers good value for money and has the potential to be even better with a few improvements.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center.
PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice
TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point
