This hotel might be one of the best hotel in Uttara, Dhaka. All staff is friendly and breakfast is quite good enough, but room is quite small!

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

Recently stayed at the Lakeshore heights hotel, very good experience! Staffs were really friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel overall was super clean including the rooms. There were plenty of breakfast options and I really had a good time. Most definitely will visit and stay again!

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.

The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. The hotel is close to city centre and very accessible as it is just a few minutes walk from the metro station. The room is spacious and clean, which is far beyond my expectation. The restaurant provides vast variety of food. The staff in restaurant are friendly and helpful, Special mention to server Ashik, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This place is nice, staffs can speak English very well. I asked them for calling taxi to pick me up from the airport, and they do have this service (charging rate, but it's fine) The hotel is located in the old Dhaka，which is very convenient for roaming around.

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!
