This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Five stars for security and the breakfast spread! Staying in the embassy district meant we felt completely safe at all hours. The hotel's protocols are top-notch. And every morning was a delight with their incredible breakfast. They offer a vast selection of high-quality, tasty dishes in a beautiful setting. Perfect for those who value a secure location without compromising on an amazing culinary experience.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. The place is nice, staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. I traveled there alone, but I would like to reccommend the place for family group or couples.

Very nice please good behaviour. Only problem I faced was I couldn’t bring my friend to my room who came to visit. Well I still respect their policy.Would Highly recommend.

Izinkan saya terlebih dahulu membuat kesimpulan - ia sangat menjimatkan kos, saya akan datang lagi pada perjalanan perniagaan saya yang seterusnya! Berpindah ke sini dari Uttara untuk mengalami kehidupan di Gulshan, kawasan kaya di Bangladesh. Pengangkutan di sini sangat mudah. Belok kanan apabila anda keluar dan anda akan dapati kepekatan kedutaan pelbagai negara di Bangladesh (Pavilion China juga ada di sini) / 5-10 minit dengan menaiki beca akan membawa anda ke pusat Daerah Gulshan - satu-satunya tempat dengan lampu isyarat yang saya lihat dalam perjalanan ini. Sebagai perjalanan perniagaan, kosnya hanya lebih 200 yuan dan merupakan standard tiga bintang, yang boleh dikatakan kos efektif. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat profesional, dan semua orang menyambut saya dengan senyuman apabila mereka melihat saya. Во второе наше пребывание было несколько минусов. Непонятная ситуация с завтраком: вечером нам сотрудник отеля говорит, что с утра нас ждет завтрак бесплатно, в качестве подарка на первое утро. После него утром нам стали говорить, чтобы мы заплатили. Мы, конечно, урегулировали это непонимание, но все равно неприятно. Из минусов номера: он маленький, кондиционер прямо на кровать дует

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
