Even though called and checked the front days said it was complementary but on my 2nd day during breakfast all of a sudden another front desk person said it’s not included so for one day I had to pay about 60 AUD. If it was clear I would not have had breakfast there. Poor communication and service

PPengguna TetamuGood hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

Chinese Hostel Management are fantastic, Specially manager Mr. Shahin is very good person. Is very near to Airport & heart of Uttara, security system are very good. In Dhaka everywhere is Mosquito’s problem, but Chinese Hostel prevents it with Mosquito net. *Some of point they have to improve no. 1/ payment system 2/ complimentary breakfast quality and serving system. I wish I will book again & recommend international travelers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home.
The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.
Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

Bilik-bilik adalah sangat bersih, dihias dengan indah, dan dilengkapi dengan semua kemudahan moden. Makanannya lazat dengan pelbagai pilihan dalam bufet sarapan pagi. Lokasinya juga sangat mudah, menjadikan perjalanan di sekitar bandar mudah. Apa yang paling menonjol ialah keramahan yang tulen - mereka membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Saya sangat mengesyorkan Hotel Blossom kepada sesiapa yang melawat Dhaka. Gabungan sempurna antara keselesaan, kemewahan dan perkhidmatan yang terbaik!

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
