"Surprisingly Great Stay! Unique and Comfortable
I really enjoyed my stay at the Saintlo Ottawa Jail Hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere is unique and definitely something you don’t experience at a regular hotel — in a good way!
The staff were friendly, the place felt safe, and the location was convenient for getting around Ottawa. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily come back again.

MMeishenjinsimayou總體來講一般，洗澡的淋浴水壓不大，洗着不爽！如果價錢能在一千塊錢以下就還能佔個性價比高。位置還不錯，距離渥太華大學非常近，距離幾個中國小餐館也不遠（在地圖上一搜就能搜到）大堂很小，停車庫也小還要錢🥲但攜程很好，因為他們沒有更新訂房信息，把收費停車寫成免費了，所以為了表示歉意，就幫我交了兩天的全額停車費，攜程，中國旅行app裏的榜樣！

AAlicia York-BirdI've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

CcahillgaryThe hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

LLivyC75We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the room was spacious as we were upgraded to a preferred corner room for free. The hotel had a WiFi issue when we checked in but the receptionist Todd was extremely helpful and gave us recommendations for food nearby while we waited to be able to check in. The location itself is central and close to the market, but there are quite a few individuals struggling with mental health, homelessness, and addiction issues who tend to linger in the area. The security for the hotel however is great. The gym is brand new with a great view and there is a hotel pool and sauna as well as laundry facilities. The hotel staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during the stay with small touches such as extra water. We would recommend staying here again based on the comfort of the room, the view, and also the incredible and friendly service.

PPengguna TetamuThe room presents a modern design with a pleasant ambiance, and overall, it is very clean and comfortable. As expected of a 4-star hotel standard that should be met.
However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas where practicality could be improved:
• Study Table Placement: The study/work desk is positioned directly beneath the wall-mounted TV. This setup is not practical, as it places the guest in a position where they are working directly in front of a screen that may be distracting. It would be more functional to have the desk in a location that supports focus and productivity without unnecessary interference.
• Coffee Cup and Saucer Mismatch: The coffee cup provided has a round base, while the saucer has a square design that does not accommodate the cup securely. This mismatch not only affects usability but also detracts from the overall attention to detail expected at this level of hospitality.
• Bathroom Dustbin Design: The dustbin in the bathroom does not have a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Guests are required to bend down and lift the lid manually, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. A foot-pedal bin would be a more user-friendly option.
• Lack of Proper Kettle for Tea Drinkers: As tea drinkers, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine. The water has a noticeable coffee taste and smell, which affects the flavor of the tea. A small electric kettle in each room would be a simple but impactful addition to cater to all beverage preferences.

PPengguna TetamuL’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal : proche des transports en commun, de nombreux restaurants et des principaux sites touristiques, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique et agréable. Cependant, quelques bémols sont à signaler. La climatisation dans la chambre était assez bruyante, ce qui peut gêner le sommeil. De plus, il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit déjeuner buffet ou continental proposé. Cela dit, l’emplacement reste un atout majeur et compense en partie ces petits défauts.

PPengguna TetamuA short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem.
Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay.
Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.
