Hotel Beihai dengan Bar

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

”Hospitality is the art of making your guests feel at home, even when they are far away.” – Inspired by an Arabic proverb Our stay at this wonderful hotel was nothing short of magical. The accommodation is a true gem on the island, and the beautiful Arabic flair creates a stunning, captivating atmosphere. What sets this small hotel apart is the incredible friendliness combined with top-tier service. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We are deeply grateful for this unique and memorable experience. Thank you so much!

Butler contacted you even before u board the island. Send all the information you need beforehand. Helping you with the luggage, service is excellent. Room view is marvelous also, direct seaview with nice interior design. Private swimming water is warm. Cleaning Auntie is polite and attentive. We never attend the free afternoon tea, staff are nice enough to send a set to our room volunteerlily. Staff even call us to pass us gifts when we check out early without informatinh Butler. A very wonderful and pleasant stay. Definitely will come back again.

Wonderful place with very kind people, nice view and very good design and art feeling. We didn’t meet such good service and care about us with such for a very looong time… Xiaofang, the hotel reception and housekeeping girl was like our angel, helping with e-bike rent, navigation trough the island, she gave us good recommendations, upgraded our room, gave gifts to our daughter and mixed amazing coctails for us, we really love her!

We just had a wonderful stay at this beach resort! From the friendly reception staff to the kind Ayi who cleaned our room, everyone made us feel truly welcome. Our room had a mini pond, which our baby absolutely loved playing in all day. It was such a relaxing and refreshing getaway. The location is just a short walk to Silver Beach. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai for a beachside escape.

Hotel near port and restaurants nearby too. Room is spacious. Pillow is comfortable. Staff (小花) is helpful and informative. She checked and assisted with early check-in and delayed check-out since we were on a later outbound ferry. Got to be early for breakfast as we were there at 8:30am and hardly any left.

The guesthouse is perfect for a relaxed vacation. It is beautiful, clean and right by the beach which is amazing and they arrange pick up and drop off to the passenger port which is super convenient. The guy who works at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and check out late, very cool. The food on their menu is also tasty. Great experience staying at this guesthouse!
