Z Hotel is a hidden gem. From start to finish, our stay was simply awesome. A special shout-out to Yee, who is a total superstar. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay met our needs. You truly couldn’t ask for better service. The rooms were spotless and, importantly for me, always well-stocked with bottled water. While the hotel is located away from the busy city center, that was exactly what we were looking for. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace and quiet without the constant noise of mopeds zipping by. Getting around was a breeze, as we used DiDi to go everywhere—it’s very convenient and affordable. The service here is so exceptional—especially with the no-tipping policy—that I almost felt like I was taking advantage of the hospitality! The the Lobby manager was exceptionally attentive to our needs! Housekeeping also ensure your personal needs are met with extra care : 平平&芬芬Appreciate them taking good care of us! Thoughtful with every details! Chef at 11am 19/7 was Soo eager to take your order, with such a small working space, he is full of fire to take your order, cannot wait to jump into his pan. He made soooo good sunny side up eggs, help you drizzle soya sauce and 小跑 to bring to the table for you. One of the best ever hotel I have stayed. Fully recommend this hotel !!

Our stay in the hotel was great from start to finish. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and spacious. On top of that, the service is of upmost quality. We have been treated very carefully by the entire team, be it at the breakfast, the reception or the general butler service. Despite the hotel being a bit far away from the city center, our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks a peaceful and recharging experience.

We had a short stay at Grand Hyatt Kunming and during this stay the hotel had excellent facilities, great in room dining and I would particularly like to highlight our guest relations officer Bianca who went above and beyond to explain everything to us and even stayed connected to us via WeChat throughout the day to clarify any questions we had and also checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. It’s a first class treatment from a first class hotel.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Kunming and booked the Alice in Wonderland themed room for our little girl. She was beyond excited the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was fantastic and really brought the story to life for her. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if the hotel offered guests the option to purchase some of the themed merchandise (like the small decor items or soft toy from the room). We would have loved to take a little something home to remember the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families looking for something special in Kunming.

My short stay at this hotel was amazing. It is onveniently located near The Green Lake Park (翠湖公园）, a great place to have a relaxing morning walk surrounded by scenic views and local vibes. The service the staff provided were top notched throughout my stay, friendly and attentive. They have a robot to send your delivery right to your room. The room was also clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay here if I am back in Kunming. Thank you for having me!

The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Mendaftar masuk untuk kali kedua. Kali ini saya tinggal di bilik untuk dua orang. Bar dan restoran di meja depan sangat bagus , bau pembentungan di bilik mandi adalah sangat kuat saya hanya boleh menyimpan ekzos di atasnya buka dan tutup pintu atau berjalan dan bercakap; mi nasi untuk sarapan sangat wangi, disyorkan untuk menyediakan lebih banyak, mereka telah pergi pada pukul 9 pagi ini secara keseluruhannya, saya berharap penginapan akan menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik!

整個來説，無論是位置還是設施，衞生，環境，服務都是非常好的。至於網上有些差評，説的一些問題呢，我通過實際體驗也在這裏説一下，一個是它通過兩個台階把整個房間分為三個區域，進門和衞生間的區域，榻榻米床的區域，以及書桌和洗手盤的區域，這本來是非常好玩啊，有趣味的一個設計，但是由於它有兩個台階，對於一些腿腳不那麼靈便，特別是長者家呢，可能不是很合適，所以帶有長者的話，要注意選擇房間。還有一個呢，它的這個窗簾是那種麻質材料做成的百葉窗，色調與房間裝修非常的一致，温馨，本來也不錯，但是它不怎麼遮光總之，在西山區這個中心區域也比較靠近五華區的區域，這個價位，這個位置，這個設施，我覺得是蠻超值的
