Cari Hotel 4-Star di Kunming

In fact, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Kunming and this is the hotel that makes me feel more in love with this country. They are so cute that they treat me like a real friend instead of a guest from far away. I lost my passport and thanks to their presence, my trip became more meaningful instead of feeling unlucky. The hotel is great and fully equipped according to the standards of a 4 to 5 star hotel. But what makes me feel the best is the way the hotel owner and staff helped us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here and recommend this wonderful accommodation to other friends. I loved my time at Healingmind Hotel (忽岚间)! Very special place that I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a unique and wellness-focused retreat, while still having time to explore the wonderful city of Kunming. Will be telling all my friends about this! Details: Experiences: stay includes three free experiences a day - morning yoga, afternoon sound bath meditation, evening aromatherapy. Had to rearrange my schedule a little to fit these in but I highly highly recommend going for them, the teachers were lovely and welcoming, and you might even end up with a ”private lesson” if you're the only person for that session! Especially recommend the morning yoga, the teacher was so kind and willing to customise the session to fit my experience level, and it was an amazing way to start the day and end my trip :) Service: excellent, staff were young and enthusiastic and always willing to advise or lend a helping hand. Amenities: included breakfast was excellent, decent range and variety - the rice noodles were great! The room was spacious, clean, and airy with good views, and I loved the little touches like the aroma diffuser and teapot set. The teahouse and pool were especially unique touches! Location: easy to get around by car, drivers had no problem picking me up. There's a lovely park right opposite that runs along Dianchi Lake (滇池) towards the bay (海埂大坝) and from there you can take the cable car to Xishan (西山景区). About 20 minutes by car to Kunming Train Station (昆明站) and 40 minutes by car to Kunming Airport (昆明长水机场).

The hotel is located nearby the airport, which is convenient for a night before your flight next day. The room was comfortable enough for the price per night, but it was not well-cleaned. There were dirty spots in the sofa and the walls, and lots of hair remaining from previous guests (see photos). The breakfast was small in variety but decent in flavour. The worst was the transportation to the airport: the drivers instead of putting the luggage in trunk, they put in in the hallway of the bus between the passengers. I was shocked at how unsafe that was. The transportation services should learn about safety, and the cleaners must do a better job cleaning.

Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent. 

Our first stay for this Yunnan trip and honestly, it was a great choice for the first night. ✅ Family room with 2 large beds (1.8m + 1.5m) — comfortable for our family of 5 ✅ Clean and modern room ✅ Excellent location ✅ Walking distance to 金马碧鸡坊 and 南强夜市 ✅ Plenty of food options nearby ✅ Easy for late-night supper after arriving in Kunming 😆 After a full day of travelling, we really appreciated not having to travel far for food or sightseeing. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was spacious enough for all our luggage, and the kids settled in comfortably. One thing to note though: the hotel is located within a pedestrian area, so cars cannot stop directly at the hotel entrance. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out where to alight when we first arrived. 😅 💡 Tip: Ask your driver to drop you off at Jinbi Flowers & Birds Market (金碧花鸟市场) instead. From there, it’s only a short walk to the hotel. You can also contact the hotel beforehand and ask the staff to come out to fetch you and help with the luggage, which makes things much easier. Overall, still a very enjoyable stay and a convenient base for exploring Kunming on your first or last night in Yunnan. 🤍 Would I stay again? Yes — mainly for the location, family-friendly room setup, and easy access to food and attractions nearby. 😊

A nice, brand-new hotel with everything clean and modern. The staff are polite, professional, and provide excellent service. One of my favourite facilities is the complimentary guest laundry, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, some hotel guests were very loud and noisy, even shouting in the laundry room. This was not the hotel's fault, but it did affect the overall experience. The train station is quite far away, and the hotel name may be a bit misleading in terms of location. Overall, it is a very nice and clean hotel with modern facilities and friendly staff.

這家酒店真的太驚喜了！位置超讚，離大商場步行衹要6分鐘，出門打車也特別方便，出行完全不用愁。離官渡古鎮打車十分鐘內，離海樂世界也超級近！！！整個官渡古鎮酒店羣體裏面精挑細選出來的，打車回酒店無意的士大叔説這家酒店在周圍在他們當地非常有名氣有影響力。 裝修真的別緻又有格調，一眼就能看出是用心打磨過的，藝術氛圍拉滿，房間裏掛滿了各種風格的畫作，隨手一拍都很出片。最主要房價可以作到這麼良心真的是少之可少的！！ 雖然房間不算全新，但當年的裝潢用料十足，細節感滿滿，衞浴、床墊全都是國外大牌，品質感肉眼可見。床墊真的絕了，軟而不塌，躺上去超解壓，睡感一級棒，一覺睡到天亮，舒服到不想起床！ 特別喜歡他家早餐，巨豐盛美味，中西餐廳，太多種類了，一定要含早！！！！ 整體體驗感超棒，有顏值有實力，下次一定還來！

Kami mengembara bersama ahli keluarga kami yang sudah tua, dan penginapan ini benar-benar luar biasa! Kami keletihan kerana menaiki penerbangan awal pagi, dan tiba di hotel sekitar jam 10:00 pagi. Kami tidak menjangkakan banyak, tetapi penyambut tetamu itu sangat bertimbang rasa. Memandangkan kami mempunyai saudara-mara yang lebih tua bersama kami, dia bukan sahaja mengatur daftar masuk awal dengan cepat tetapi juga secara proaktif meningkatkan bilik kami - sungguh menyentuh hati! Sebaik sahaja kami masuk ke dalam bilik, ibu terus memuji, mengatakan kemudahannya lengkap dan sangat selesa. Lokasi hotel ini juga sangat baik, dengan tempat letak kenderaan sendiri, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk mereka yang memandu. Untuk ke Cuihu Park dan stesen kereta api hanyalah tambang yang singkat. Walaupun terdapat banyak kedai telefon bimbit berdekatan, ia sebenarnya sangat sunyi, dan pesanan bawa pulang adalah mudah. Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah lubang penghawa dingin pusat tidak sempurna. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan adalah sempurna dalam segala hal. Restoran sarapan pagi mempunyai suasana yang bagus dan pelbagai pilihan, tetapi papan tanda tidak begitu jelas. Apabila melancong, kami berasa lega kerana saudara-mara kami yang lebih tua gembira. Ibu saya berkata dia pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi lain kali!

Very clean and great choice for a 1 night stay. There was free airport shuttle as well. Staff also prepared a bag of snacks for me as I left the hotel very early at 4am. Rooms are not very sound proof but it was a great stay!
