Our stay in the hotel was great from start to finish. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and spacious. On top of that, the service is of upmost quality. We have been treated very carefully by the entire team, be it at the breakfast, the reception or the general butler service. Despite the hotel being a bit far away from the city center, our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks a peaceful and recharging experience.

Perfect location in a walkable tree-lined neighborhood, where there are lots of upscale restaurants and bars and cafes. The hotel isn’t the newest and could use a touch-up in places but very interesting design, cool artwork in the lobby, huge rooms. A couple machines for laundry and gym on top floor. Service at the reception was super helpful. Breakfast is in a restaurant that is a German beer place during the day and night. Selection is modest but sausages and delicious broth and noodles, the bread could have been more fresh. Would stay here again.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

I stayed in 2 hotels when I arrived in Kunming. I really liked this hotel. All the staff were friendly. The food was good and the service was good. There was also a shopping mall nearby. Thank you Martin for taking special care of me. Martin went out of his way to help me. I am very satisfied with my 5-night stay. I will definitely come back to this place with my family.

The stay experience was extremely satisfying! The hotel’s location is peaceful and pleasant, far removed from the hustle and bustle. Parking is exceptionally convenient, with ample spaces available. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and well-lit, making them very comfortable to stay in. They are perfect for families. The prices during the off-season are truly excellent value for money. Special mention must be made of Tara, the front desk attendant, who provided warm and attentive service. The breakfast was also very generous, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western-style options, ensuring that both adults and children could enjoy their meals. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we will choose this place again in the future.

The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located opposite green lake and a scenic 15 mins walk to the old town with many cosy cafes enroute. Room and bed was comfy and had all the needed amenities and included a wholesome and hearty breakfast, mini bar and night deserts😊 We had a small incident on the day we checked in. The room Aircon wasn't cold. The manager on duty said they did not have any other room for us. However, our tour lead from 深中旅遊 阿濤 sorted it out for us in no time. Subsequently, the hotel staff Neo, Lisa and Malik did a great job on service recovery and made our trip whole again. We highly commend their hospitality and awesome attitude. I will stay at Zhong Wei again as long as they are here.

作為入住過4家柏聯的客人，這次紀念日入住昆明柏聯的體驗依然讓人驚喜！房間作了浪漫布置，讓人印象深刻。整體服務非常周到貼心，前台和電瓶車小哥彬彬有禮，尤其是酒店提供的接送服務，為出行省了不少心。餐廳的菜品也一如既往地出色，味道很棒。房間裏的温泉泡池深感愜意！臨走時還收到了酒店準備的小禮品，細節之處盡顯用心。
