Thoughtful with every details! Chef at 11am 19/7 was Soo eager to take your order, with such a small working space, he is full of fire to take your order, cannot wait to jump into his pan. He made soooo good sunny side up eggs, help you drizzle soya sauce and 小跑 to bring to the table for you. One of the best ever hotel I have stayed. Fully recommend this hotel !!

Our stay in the hotel was great from start to finish. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and spacious. On top of that, the service is of upmost quality. We have been treated very carefully by the entire team, be it at the breakfast, the reception or the general butler service. Despite the hotel being a bit far away from the city center, our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks a peaceful and recharging experience.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

Nice hotel. Staff need some training when handling requests. Incident happen on 7 March 26. On 8th March evening, my daughter wanted to buy food on line. But because we are foreigners, we do not have local phone number. My daughters approached the concierge for assistances. However, the response was unacceptable. The male concierge questions my daughters why they don't have local number in a very rude way. My daughters were surpirse by his questions. It was good that another concierge intervene and asssit my daughters on their requests. Although in the end, we did not mamage to order food on line, we are thankful for the second concierge asssitance. That being said, the hotel need look into training front line staff in handling inquires even if they are unable to accede to their guest request.

What a fantastic hotel! Very well designed. spacious rooms with stunning views of the city. The 49th floor restaurant for breakfast is probably the best view I have ever seen. Very good breakfast options. Room was very clean and well decorated with all amenities. The welcome was warm and staff were attentive. I rate it a 5/5. Will definitely stay here again!!

It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located opposite green lake and a scenic 15 mins walk to the old town with many cosy cafes enroute. Room and bed was comfy and had all the needed amenities and included a wholesome and hearty breakfast, mini bar and night deserts😊 We had a small incident on the day we checked in. The room Aircon wasn't cold. The manager on duty said they did not have any other room for us. However, our tour lead from 深中旅遊 阿濤 sorted it out for us in no time. Subsequently, the hotel staff Neo, Lisa and Malik did a great job on service recovery and made our trip whole again. We highly commend their hospitality and awesome attitude. I will stay at Zhong Wei again as long as they are here.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Apa yang paling saya suka ialah tempat letak kereta mereka di ruang bawah tanah adalah luas! Setiap kali saya lalu, rumahnya adalah pilihan pertama saya🏨Ia sangat dekat dengan pusat perniagaan! Dekat juga dengan pasar malam pada waktu malam!
