衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，一塵不染，細節之處都處理得很到位，看得出工作人員的用心。

The sea is a 3 min walk; there is a coffee shop and supermarket nearby. The beach is long and wide. A shopping mall with many food options is 10 min by e-bike. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep.
What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary.

抵達酒店前，專屬管家就已提前聯繫，確認行程與需求，全程無縫銜接。到店後無需久候，辦理入住高效流暢，前台微笑服務、核對訊息、遞上迎賓特飲一氣呵成。比要等一個小時才能入住的一些酒店好多了。
[紅色心形R]管家式服務，細節裏的滿分温柔
真正打動我的，是全程在線、有求必應的管家服務。
• 入住中：需求秒回、問題速解，半夜需要物品也能快速送達。
• 細節控：夜床服務貼心送上特調長島冰茶，據説有的客人忘帶防曬、帽子酒店也能提供，另外還有瑜伽墊、遊戲機都能免費借用。洗漱用品有提供小瓶漱口水、小童浴袍、小童洗護用品。
沒有過度打擾，卻總能在需要時出現，好多人吐槽它的服務，但是我在這裏體驗到了“賓至如歸”。點外賣要到隔壁英迪格車庫取，一去一回15分鐘內。如果是不着急的，可以聯繫管家、前台請服務員送到房間，高峯期30分鐘左右。我的管家Max小林，還送了西高地玩偶和盲盒給娃，給孩子們高興得玩了一中午過家家。
🎨 藝術感裝修，一步一景皆美學
由知名設計師楊邦勝操刀，把酒店變成一座海邊藝術博物館。公區雖然不算大，但是一步一景，對於喜歡拍照的人真的很細節控。隨手就是一個出片。
泳池是二層設計，一共有兩處，樓上是無邊泳池，樓下分設2處泳池，適合娃們，還有泡泡秀、沙灘排球活動。另外還有一個漂流吸水區，水很淺，適合低幼寶寶。
📸 旅拍驚艷，每一幀都是海島畫報
酒店自帶專業旅拍服務很驚艷，攝影師歡歡又温柔、又會拍。我倆配合的十分默契，半個小時拍了74張，張張都好看！加錢買了一些底片，給攝影師歡歡和選片師小牛加雞腿[兩顆心R]不枉我特意買的zimmermann條紋裙，和酒店裝修適配度拉滿。
另外一句，金普頓的早餐是8:00-12:00提供，賴床星人真的很鬆弛。我們前一天晚上吃多了，早上起床先去做了個陶瓷彩繪的體驗，10:30才去吃的早午餐，餐品挺好，中午都沒再吃午飯了。
晚上在棋觀看了場電影，另外還有棋牌遊戲、電競房提供。
整個行程無論是餐廳、泳池、手工體驗都不擁擠，自從有了娃，不是親子酒店就是親子酒店，好久沒體驗到這麼不擁擠的“空間”了，這幾天才有度假感，下次還會來！

AAbdurazzok 阿布I had a wonderful and satisfying stay at the Sangemmoon Hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were spotless and modern, and the pool area was beautiful. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from major shopping malls and restaurants, so you will need a taxi for most outings. Despite this, the excellent quality of the hotel itself made my stay fantastic, and I would happily return.

NNomadaThis hotel is a nightmare. They demanded upfront for full payment and deposit and then claim that they didn’t receive the payment although it is reflected as paid on my phone(alipay). So for the rest of my stay, I was constantly bugged about this money issue (including calling my room at 10:00PM and demanding to check my phone (again!)for verification d of payment!). The only highlight is that the breakfast buffet is very good snd the lady manager of the restaurant is very professional. I believe she is the ONLY staff that is worthy to be mentioned. The staff needs to be retrained in service language, service attitude and professionalism in the hotel industry. What a disappointment of a holiday! Eventually after threatening to complain to 12345 , I got my deposit money back pronto. Never again to this hotel- nit worth the stress!!

JJaqueline JI had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask.
Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

CCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
