PPengguna Tetamu這次在陵水的海邊度假別墅體驗簡直太棒了，必須給個5分好評！ 別墅位置絕佳，步行就能到海邊，毗鄰分界洲島、南灣猴島，背山靠海，輕鬆盡享綿延海岸線的絕美海景 。 別墅的整體設計獨具匠心，熱帶風情庭院，一户一院，各有特色，園區內綠植繁茂，一步一景，度假氛圍感直接拉滿 。 房間寬敞舒適，超大落地窗可欣賞園景綠植，讓人心情愉悦 。床品柔軟舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。 衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，一塵不染，細節之處都處理得很到位，看得出工作人員的用心。 服務更是一流，工作人員提前登記早餐時間 別墅的設施齊全且高品質，庭院裏有私人泳池 周邊環境優美寧靜，遠離城市喧囂，只有海浪聲和鳥鳴聲相伴，讓人徹底放鬆身心。在這裏，真的感受到了什麼叫做完美的海邊度假體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

PPengguna Tetamu位置在阿羅哈某個樓裏（貌似）房間對着清水灣樓層也挺合適的晚上不用開空調睡覺屋裡都是一次性的浴巾還有馬桶墊好評！！服務也棒棒噠美中不足沒有健身房TT運動星人最後出去花錢找的健身房還有就是外賣得下樓拿可能也是為了安全考慮總體挺好的

The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. PPengguna Tanpa Nama帶娃在清水灣金普頓連住4晚泳池聯通房，度了個美美的假！入住前管家小林Max就主動提前打我電話加微信確認行程，我要求的靠邊房間也給予滿足，出發當天還根據我們人數備好了洗漱用品拖鞋和浴袍，非常細心。到店後行李是門僮直接送房間不用自己拿這點很不錯，但酒店確實存在前台難找的情況，感覺可以增加些指示牌之類的。不過入住就送了倆小狗狗和盲盒，給孩子們的，已美美裝箱帶回家。整個裝修風格家人都很喜歡，房間也非常大，最開心的是還有衞洗麗，贊！房間沒味道，整體裝修很新，淋浴間淋蓬水很大而且一點不會積水漏水，好評！酒店還免費出借泳圈、水槍、全套挖沙工具，我們房間有需要泳圈也及時給免費提供了，房間聯通泳池真的又漂亮又好玩，公共泳池也可以，還有漂流河，一圈一圈玩的很爽，反正每天泡在水裡玩一整天都不膩。 餐飲方面日料和中餐廳都超出我們預期的好吃。重點誇一下醍醐日料！西冷壽喜鍋、清蒸松葉蟹、燒烤海鮮拼盤裡的銀鱈魚蝦和鮑魚，每一道火候都恰到好處，食材新鮮，烹飪和服務也很到位，全家吃得特別滿足。另外迷你吧的飲料也很贊，客房打掃每天都提供一罐長島冰茶給我們，加冰加檸檬後太好喝了，跟管家小林Max反饋好喝後每天變成加贈2罐，早晚都能喝，很贊很贊。 還有酒店的暖心服務，管家小林Max天天有求必應，也不會過多噓寒問暖讓人無措，但衹要提的要求都積極迅速。記得有個小細節孩子玩耍時腳後跟被沙灘鞋磨破皮，無邊泳池下面那個小泳池的工作人員第一時間拿來碘酒棒、止血貼幫忙處理傷口；回到房間後小林Max和疑似前台工作人員還分別專門致電詢問孩子傷口恢復情況，全程貼心跟進，細節到位。 想寫的太多，反正整體來説酒店設計風格別緻，綠植景緻好看，硬件新、公共區域乾淨整潔，加上好吃的食物和細心周到的服務，全家度了個滿足開心的小假期，有機會還會再來！

PPengguna TetamuThe stay was great. The beach is peaceful and, off season, is almost deserted. The hotel is brand new and some of the staff speak English and go out of their way to help. Large rooms with everything new in them . There're seafood restaurants everywhere around the hotel. They still have fishing villages on the Bay, so you can literally order the freshest seafood from a fishing village restaurant. The hotel has a nice swimming pool where you can paddle-board. Right next to the swimming pool there's a dedicated area for trying your hand at archery. Free of charge. I enjoyed both paddle boarding and shooting arrows. If you don't know how to do the latter, the hotel staff shows you how. That was fun...

PPengguna Tetamu本來以為是純度假！沒想到變成了不僅住的舒服，還有很多課程可以上！酒店裡還有泳池，拍照特別出片！我和朋友們住的兩居室的，很寬敞～ 房間光照也很好，早上自然光照進來很舒服，衞生細節做得很乾凈。 早餐是很豐盛且清爽的搭配，很適合接着去上課或者活動。那種吃完就可以出門訓練的狀態，很加分。 最大的驚喜是和武道所的合作課程。 第一次體驗了倒立瑜伽、拳擊實戰、動物流，每節課都有強度，不是打卡式體驗，而是真的能學到東西。所以體驗特別好～教練會細調動作，而不是衹讓你完成。 住過這麼多酒店，但這種“好住+出片+運動”的組合真的不多…… 太開心了！會再來的

It’s nothing short of the 5 star resorts around here but much more convenient and the fact that there are people living here makes it feel like being home. Amazing!

JJaqueline JI had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask. Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

EE.tiWe had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise.
