Очень крутой отель! Красивый, стильный, выполнен в футуристическом стиле, дизайнеру 10 баллов. В номерах все продумано до мелочей. По приезду в качестве комплимента в каждом номере бесплатный мини бар и бутылка вина. По выезду из отеля также дарят подарки в виде мягкой игрушки- собаки, по имени Seven, который живет в этом отеле и каждый день выходит к гостям. На ресепшене есть русскоговорящая девушка Татьяна, которая решает все ваши вопросы очень оперативно- хоть записаться в спа, хоть заказать фотосессию или еду в номер. Татьяна - это ваша палочка- выручалочка среди китайского персонала, который с трудом говорит на Английском. Завтраки изумительные! Первый раз видела, чтобы проходили до 12 дня. Очень удобно тем, кто любит поспать. Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные- свежевыжатый соки, красная рыба, яйца Бенедикт, каши, йогурты, выпечка, все очень вкусно. К тому же также подают шампанское и апероли. Очень хороший спа, девушки волшебницы там работают. Неоправданно конечно завышены цены, но это спа пот отеле поэтому объясняется всем. Также дарят подарки первым посетителям в виде пробников из косметики. Однозначно рекомендую данный отель и сама сюда обязательно вернусь!

真心不想把這麼好的民宿跟太多人分享啊！但不分享又真真對不起良心。🤣🤣🤣 如果是追網紅景點或者夜生活的可以不要看了。但如果是喜歡清凈，享受真正慢生活的，這裏絕對是不二之選。 房間和圖片上的完全一樣，打理得非常乾淨，無可挑剔。淋浴間十分寬敞，浴缸也很舒服。趴在床上就可以看落日不要太香！p.s. 她家的床很好睡！ 樓下就是一個咖啡吧。（村裡似乎衹有這裏才有正經好喝的咖啡！）雖然菜品不多，但新鮮乾淨。推薦蒸汽海鮮，這才是吃海鮮的正確打開方式啊！完全不需要複雜的調味料和烹調手法。 咖啡吧裏始終放着讓人放鬆的爵士樂，絕不會太過吵鬧。兩位老闆有着老派民宿的那種保有恰當距離感的熱情，進一步可成好友，退一步也是貼心的店家。 雖然我們入住的時候旁邊的漁港一直在施工，但完全不能掩蓋好奇酒店的這些優點。 村子很小，處處步行可達。村裡大小超市頗多，除了沿沙灘的一溜海鮮店以外，老闆還會推薦一些村裡人自營的小吃，也都是我們此行額外的驚喜。

這次在陵水的海邊度假別墅體驗簡直太棒了，必須給個5分好評！ 別墅位置絕佳，步行就能到海邊，毗鄰分界洲島、南灣猴島，背山靠海，輕鬆盡享綿延海岸線的絕美海景 。 別墅的整體設計獨具匠心，熱帶風情庭院，一户一院，各有特色，園區內綠植繁茂，一步一景，度假氛圍感直接拉滿 。 房間寬敞舒適，超大落地窗可欣賞園景綠植，讓人心情愉悦 。床品柔軟舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。 衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，一塵不染，細節之處都處理得很到位，看得出工作人員的用心。 服務更是一流，工作人員提前登記早餐時間 別墅的設施齊全且高品質，庭院裏有私人泳池 周邊環境優美寧靜，遠離城市喧囂，只有海浪聲和鳥鳴聲相伴，讓人徹底放鬆身心。在這裏，真的感受到了什麼叫做完美的海邊度假體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay stands out as one of the rare hotels that truly inspires me to write a detailed review. As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. The stay was great. The beach is peaceful and, off season, is almost deserted. The hotel is brand new and some of the staff speak English and go out of their way to help. Large rooms with everything new in them . There're seafood restaurants everywhere around the hotel. They still have fishing villages on the Bay, so you can literally order the freshest seafood from a fishing village restaurant. The hotel has a nice swimming pool where you can paddle-board. Right next to the swimming pool there's a dedicated area for trying your hand at archery. Free of charge. I enjoyed both paddle boarding and shooting arrows. If you don't know how to do the latter, the hotel staff shows you how. That was fun...

Lovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

Our room had a nice living room area with plenty of space for our morning yoga. It’s super nice here! It couldn’t be closer to the beach and the service is unparalleled. It’s nothing short of the 5 star resorts around here but much more convenient and the fact that there are people living here makes it feel like being home. Amazing!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask. Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

前台小傑服務很不錯辦理入住很快而且還送了隨手禮，早餐在十樓很方便且豐盛有本地特色斑斕糕點，房間乾淨整潔隔音很好，距離高鐵站很近，衹因為出行也很方便。

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.
