這次在陵水的海邊度假別墅體驗簡直太棒了，必須給個5分好評！ 別墅位置絕佳，步行就能到海邊，毗鄰分界洲島、南灣猴島，背山靠海，輕鬆盡享綿延海岸線的絕美海景 。 別墅的整體設計獨具匠心，熱帶風情庭院，一户一院，各有特色，園區內綠植繁茂，一步一景，度假氛圍感直接拉滿 。 房間寬敞舒適，超大落地窗可欣賞園景綠植，讓人心情愉悦 。床品柔軟舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。 衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，一塵不染，細節之處都處理得很到位，看得出工作人員的用心。 服務更是一流，工作人員提前登記早餐時間 別墅的設施齊全且高品質，庭院裏有私人泳池 周邊環境優美寧靜，遠離城市喧囂，只有海浪聲和鳥鳴聲相伴，讓人徹底放鬆身心。在這裏，真的感受到了什麼叫做完美的海邊度假體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

陵水清水灣金普頓作為2025年新開業的度假酒店，硬件設施和度假氛圍都可圈可點。這次入住最讓我印象深刻的是管家Vicky，服務真的無可挑剔，有求必應且響應極快——無論是入住前的行程確認、房間需求，還是入住期間的各種瑣事，她都安排得妥妥當當，還貼心地贈送了歡迎蛋糕和伴手禮。酒店的早餐供應到12點，太適合度假睡到自然醒，無邊泳池和私人沙灘也加分不少。整體體驗非常舒適，下次來陵水還會選擇金普頓。

As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. We had an excellent experience at Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-friendly. One of the biggest highlights is that it’s a perfect hotel for kids. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities designed to keep children engaged from baking activities and go karting to a waterpark that our kids absolutely loved. There was always something to do. Anna and Lisa at the reception were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their support made the whole experience even smoother. I highly recommend Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel, especially for families with children.

The stay was great. The beach is peaceful and, off season, is almost deserted. The hotel is brand new and some of the staff speak English and go out of their way to help. Large rooms with everything new in them . There're seafood restaurants everywhere around the hotel. They still have fishing villages on the Bay, so you can literally order the freshest seafood from a fishing village restaurant. The hotel has a nice swimming pool where you can paddle-board. Right next to the swimming pool there's a dedicated area for trying your hand at archery. Free of charge. I enjoyed both paddle boarding and shooting arrows. If you don't know how to do the latter, the hotel staff shows you how. That was fun...

Our room had a nice living room area with plenty of space for our morning yoga. It’s super nice here! It couldn’t be closer to the beach and the service is unparalleled. It’s nothing short of the 5 star resorts around here but much more convenient and the fact that there are people living here makes it feel like being home. Amazing!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask. Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

環境地點都得好，房間同訂房時望的沒有差別。管家服務也很好，入住前天天已經打長途電話同我聯絡，加了聯絡方式後，入住當天到達時，管家好快已經在落車點等我們。在入住其間，有問了管家有什麼地方好行，夜市在哪他們她全都行幫忙的給了我定位，好讓我容易叫車。

Lovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

We had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise.
