這次在陵水的海邊度假別墅體驗簡直太棒了，必須給個5分好評！ 別墅位置絕佳，步行就能到海邊，毗鄰分界洲島、南灣猴島，背山靠海，輕鬆盡享綿延海岸線的絕美海景 。 別墅的整體設計獨具匠心，熱帶風情庭院，一户一院，各有特色，園區內綠植繁茂，一步一景，度假氛圍感直接拉滿 。 房間寬敞舒適，超大落地窗可欣賞園景綠植，讓人心情愉悦 。床品柔軟舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。 衞生方面無可挑剔，房間整潔乾淨，一塵不染，細節之處都處理得很到位，看得出工作人員的用心。 服務更是一流，工作人員提前登記早餐時間 別墅的設施齊全且高品質，庭院裏有私人泳池 周邊環境優美寧靜，遠離城市喧囂，只有海浪聲和鳥鳴聲相伴，讓人徹底放鬆身心。在這裏，真的感受到了什麼叫做完美的海邊度假體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a very nice design. All staff provided excellent service. Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay stands out as one of the rare hotels that truly inspires me to write a detailed review. As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. 酒店整體還是很不錯的，設施很新，房間打掃的也很乾凈，離海灘很近，步行幾分鐘就到了；早飯種類比較少，但味道不錯！服務方面細節不太行，1分了兩個訂單預訂，入住時前台也沒提醒當中要重刷一下門卡，導致晚上大包小包帶着孩子到酒店發現門打不開，衹能再回到大堂去刷門卡 2浴室洗髮水處放的是洗手液？第一天已經在洗澡了才發現衹能湊合著洗了，第二天服務員打掃也沒發現，特意提醒了才換的 3紙巾盒裡衹有幾張紙巾了也別有及時補充，用完了再去和前台要的，雖然都是小事，服務響應速度也很快，如果能夠把服務做在前面就更好了！

1.房間乾淨整潔，沒有黴菌味兒。 2.客服服務很到位，人熱情，有問題都及時響應。 3.房間位置雖然不是海景，但是樓層高陽台還是可以看到海。樓下泳池可以游泳。 4.到海邊很近，三分鐘就可以擁有廣闊的沙灘，撿貝殼，玩水，挖沙，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎。 5.温馨提示：白天大太陽真的適合酒店待着，紫外線弱的時候出去合適。或者早上早早出去遛遛海邊，回來就可以吃早飯。 已曬黑，回家。

Excellent service! The hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room and even provided a cake and a little star plush toy. Since we liked them, the hotel also gifted us beach slippers. At 6 PM, during the evening ceremony, the staff warmly introduced various wines and the special cocktail of the day. At 8:30 AM, the morning ceremony featured a professional performer who awakened our day with a Tai Chi session.

Lovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

這家酒店整體入住體驗特別好，整體服務十分貼心周到，前台工作人員小莉待人温柔和善，辦理入住的時候主動奉茶，自助早餐種類十分豐富齊全，還有特色軟糯香甜的椰子糕可以品嚐，選擇特別多，晚上夜宵店鋪特別多，出行覓食都不用走遠，還有自助的洗衣房洗衣服方便，去富力灣海洋公園也很近，房間適配的茶葉和咖啡很好喝。酒店門口就可停車，太方便啦！！下次還要選擇這家！！

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

如果滿分是100，這次的住宿我要給200！直接説重點1.利分解洲島特別近，開車十分鐘以內，別墅區門口就有吃飯的地方，還有超市。2.不管是200多的特惠套房還是400多的池景套房（圖1圖2是288的特惠房），都有專屬的管家羣，有任何的需要和疑問，羣裏都會有工作人員一一耐心解答，並且別墅區裏面非常安靜，而且私隱性也特別好，如果想去沙灘或者是去無邊泳池（沙灘旁 圖3圖4），想去的話直接在羣裏説，管家就會派人過過來接送，住的酒店內也有室內和室外泳池，服務人員的工作態度非常好，沒有一丁點不耐煩，非常有服務意識，我的家人都特別的滿意。他們表示，冬天再來的時候還要住這裏！！！
