Cari Hotel 5-Star di Lingshui

入住前一晚就接到了管家lvy小姐姐的電話，和我們對接酒店安排。 本來在換酒店的中途會有個行程安排，但天氣實在太熱了，就想着提早去金普頓，沒想到lvy已經給我們安排了房間提前休整，辦理入住還送了小禮物。房間在3樓的有點裝修的味道，後來lvy把我們升級成了6樓的海景房。非常滿意👍。 整個酒店的服務人員都很友善。都會打招呼，幾乎都做到有求必應。 早餐確實很豐富，喜歡西式早餐的會很滿意。各類飲品確實像大家提到的從早喝到晚。 旅拍也體驗過了，有免費的服裝道具提供，還會提供簡單的修容，出片效果出乎意料的好。 期間不巧，棋觀裝修了，晚上的餐酒移到了咖啡吧。 説説個人覺得不足的地方，首先很重要的問題就是公區泳池被設計師閹割了，簡直是拉完了，可能是整個三亞陵水地區高級酒店裡泳池最差的一家。整體非常小，沒有樹葉遮擋，衹是為了拍照打卡而建造的，旁邊的泳池躺椅也很少，整體格局非常的不舒服，就感覺泳池是度假的附屬品。小童戲水池很雞肋，都是有點擺拍的性質。如果喜歡酒店泳池大的這裏並非首選。甚至我都懷疑電競房都比泳池大。 早上的喚醒時間，也是擺拍的吧，沒啥東西，要個玻璃杯都沒有。可能早上起來的人真的不多。 整體對lvy和各位工作人員的態度非常滿意，對公區泳池極度失望……

整體入住體驗挺好的！酒店地理位置優越，離海很近，去沙灘散步玩水十分方便，周邊出行打車、遊玩都很順暢。沉浸式美人魚主題設計，人魚元素細節滿滿，氛圍感夢幻又治癒。前台海螺服務態度都很好，辦事高效、耐心貼心，有需求都能及時響應。房間乾淨整潔，居住舒適，性價比很高，強烈推薦給來海邊度假的朋友！

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm. The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones. I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open. Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask. Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

The hotel is perfect for family vacations; kids will love it. It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The beach has large waves and is not suitable for swimming. If you're vacationing alone and want some peace and quiet, then I wouldn't recommend it. In general, it is not recommended for foreigners.

最滿意他們酒店的是房間很大，房間設計也是很棒，把衞浴那塊的門完全推開，整個房間又顯大了很多。裝修風格也是我喜歡的。房間看得出來有些很細節的貼心設計，比如有電視台的節目表，還有手電筒。他們前台的服務也很好，提供很貼心的服務。去清水灣的海灘也近很方便。我們是淡季去的，還給房型升級了，送的高爾夫球場的景，很美的。

對比了周邊一大堆民宿，沒料到這家温德姆是實打實被低估的寶藏住處，全程住下來衹覺得選對了，性價比直接甩開周邊民宿一大截。酒店價格實在，整體居住舒適度完全碾壓級別。園區園林打理得乾淨舒展，走在裏面安安靜靜，沒有嘈雜喧鬧的感覺，不管散步還是休憩都格外舒心，客房寬敞整潔，日常居住需要的設施一應俱全，住起來踏實又放鬆。感謝前台丹丹服務熱情又大方，幫我們升級了海景房，小朋友不小心留鼻血把床單弄臟，服務員胡曉環幫忙清理並打掃乾淨還主動補水。 自助早餐超出我的預期，品類豐富，中式麪點、海南本地粉面、西式烘焙、新鮮水果都齊全，口味在線，一家人早上慢悠悠吃頓早飯，開啟一整天的海邊行程特別舒服。 酒店自帶好幾片泳池，深淺分區，小朋友能安心玩水，不用特意跑到外面找戲水的地方。帶房卡走過園林路穿過沙灘泳池就到海邊，沙灘泳池最近在維護，但是還有另外一個泳池，完全不影響，旁邊還有水上小童樂園，但是可玩的太多了，我們沒去。最驚喜的是酒店私屬沙灘，海水清透透亮，岸邊有長長的石堤圍擋，這片水域風浪很小，淺水區水深衹到小腿，對帶娃家庭格外友好。白天帶上浮潛裝備下海，礁石周邊藏着成羣小魚、小螃蟹，孩子蹲在水裡看得不亦樂乎，新奇又有趣。 等到傍晚退潮，石灘就是天然趕海點，拎上小桶就能去翻找貝殼、蟹，不用奔波去遠處的趕海點位，下樓步行一小段路就到，省心又方便。 生活配套也完全不用發愁，房間能正常點外賣送到園區門口，開車十幾分鍾就能抵達熱鬧夜市，想吃本地小吃、海鮮大排檔隨時能過去，出行覓食都很便利。 整體下來不管是環境、住宿舒適度還是親子遊玩配套，這家酒店都遠超同價位預期，比起狹小溢價的民宿，更適合一家人踏踏實實度假，下次再來清水灣還是會優先選這裏。

We had a great family stay and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very family-oriented and perfect for traveling with children. Our kids absolutely loved the large indoor playroom, and there was always something for them to do. The pools were another highlight. There are several large pools, including areas for young children with water slides, as well as deeper pools for adults. Everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Breakfast was also very good. The buffet had plenty of options, including cheese, olives, smoked meats, fresh fruit, and many choices that are familiar and comfortable for European guests. A special thank you to Rina at the front desk. She was always kind, welcoming, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again.

暑假帶娃海邊挖沙，酒店從陵水站打車大概20分鐘，就在清水灣，離沙灘很近，從酒店裡有一條好看的小路走到底就是，沙灘很大很乾凈，娃可以放電一下午 不去沙灘的時候酒店的游泳池也可以打發時間 早餐挺精緻的，該有的品類都齊全，味道也很好，住這個酒店最喜歡的地方是酒店人文，走廊上遇到的工作人員，泳池旁邊的，餐廳的工作人員都超級熱情，尤其是前台接待的小馮美女，人美心善還有耐心，響應速度超級快，看我們帶着孩子，馬上讓客房阿姨幫我們拼床，讓我對這個酒店印象分大大的加分，果斷續住兩晚 好玩，方便，有沙灘，服務好，簡直是清水灣扛把子，下次來陵水還住這裏

Rooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.
