"In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely."

HISHOur stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed.
Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of ”Happy Birthday,” creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever.
The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe.
Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth.

Lovely and spacious house, with friendly staff, nice medium size pool. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask.

mama22vekaWe had a great family stay and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very family-oriented and perfect for traveling with children. Our kids absolutely loved the large indoor playroom, and there was always something for them to do.
The pools were another highlight. There are several large pools, including areas for young children with water slides, as well as deeper pools for adults. Everyone in our family found something they enjoyed.
Breakfast was also very good. The buffet had plenty of options, including cheese, olives, smoked meats, fresh fruit, and many choices that are familiar and comfortable for European guests.
A special thank you to Rina at the front desk. She was always kind, welcoming, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.

The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.

Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well.
Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!
