TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary.

PPengguna TetamuWe had an excellent experience at Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-friendly.
One of the biggest highlights is that it’s a perfect hotel for kids. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities designed to keep children engaged from baking activities and go karting to a waterpark that our kids absolutely loved. There was always something to do.
Anna and Lisa at the reception were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their support made the whole experience even smoother.
I highly recommend Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel, especially for families with children.

BBCAUSI had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel in mid June. The service is top notch. Direct flight from Australia arrived early in the morning, duty manager Ms Zhang kindly checked me in earlier, upgraded room to a fantastic seafront, and accomodated my request to have breakfast on the arrival day. Reception Ivan is also helpful at booking activities, checking in and out. The breakfast is at adjoining Kimpton restaurant, thoughtfully open between 7am to 12pm. Breakfast has rich variety with fresh green juice, local special food and western gourmet. The welcome drink at hotel bar is relaxing. I like the crispy Chardonnay they sourced from Argentina.The hotel is modern, new tech and stylish. The room is very clean, new and spacious with dyson hairdryer. They have a few outdoor pools...the pool bar is not operating which is a pity...the beach is clean and wide..wave is too strong to swim...it would have been better if the hotel sets up some beach chairs with drink service to relax and chill...there is a professional shooting service available on site and complimentary Sanya Duty Free transfer is available to pre booked a day in advance at 9:15am or 3:15pm round. Overall, the stay is pleasant, less crowded, more luxury than most of the established five star hotels in major Sanya.

NNomadaThis hotel is a nightmare. They demanded upfront for full payment and deposit and then claim that they didn’t receive the payment although it is reflected as paid on my phone(alipay). So for the rest of my stay, I was constantly bugged about this money issue (including calling my room at 10:00PM and demanding to check my phone (again!)for verification d of payment!). The only highlight is that the breakfast buffet is very good snd the lady manager of the restaurant is very professional. I believe she is the ONLY staff that is worthy to be mentioned. The staff needs to be retrained in service language, service attitude and professionalism in the hotel industry. What a disappointment of a holiday! Eventually after threatening to complain to 12345 , I got my deposit money back pronto. Never again to this hotel- nit worth the stress!!

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus.
Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited.
We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities.

KKimcoollooc第一天入住就遇到因酒店設施不完善而造成的噪音影響，半夜臨時換房，還好工作人員及時解決，第二天為了彌補給我們升房以及贈送下午茶，服務還算不錯，但這個酒店整體狀況並不能達到五星級酒店該有的標準。看海景確實是一流的，位置特別好，但是周圍比較冷清，酒店內部供娛樂活動的場所和設施也不多，和三亞海棠灣的同一級別的五星級酒店相比有很多不足。如果遇到天氣不好的問題，在這個酒店會很無聊。

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
