⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional – beautifully presented, full of flavor, and of the highest quality. What truly made this evening unforgettable, however, was the incredible service. A very special thank you to Pablo, Oliver, and Felipe, who all did a phenomenal job. They were exceptionally attentive, welcoming, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Their hospitality and dedication made all the difference and turned a great dinner into a truly memorable experience. Thank you for such an amazing evening. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

If you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception. ⸻ Pros • Modern, newly renovated rooms • Great lounge with nice views, food, and service • Within walking distance of main attractions • Close to the airport bus stop Cons • Rude and unwelcoming reception staff • Poor soundproofing — earplugs recommended at night

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

The reception staff were very friendly. There are several bus stops nearby the hotel, making it convenient to reach the attractions. It's also walkable to the railway station.

Mi valoración general del hotel es maravilloso, no solo por la ubicación cerca de la catedral y de otros sitios de interés, sino por el atendimiento en recepción y comedor, todos y cada uno de los empleados, nos recibían con una sonrisa y estaban predispuestos a ayudarnos ante cualquier situación. La habitación bastante grande, muy limpia y el baño muy completo incluso con una pequeña línea tendedera en la ducha. El desayuno muy adecuado con variedad de productos. Cabe destacar que la parte de la bollería no consumida en el desayuno, así como algunas frutas y algunos snacks se ponían en una salita interior ( pequeña pero súper acogedora y fresquiita) para el consumo de los huéspedes en cualquier momento del día. Dicha salita también disponia de nevera con agua, refrescos y cervezas para nuestro disfrute sin coste adicional y pudiendo incluso subirlo a la habitación ( todo un detallazo).

호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

A very small hotel with 22 rooms. Their attention is focused on delivery quality experience and service. The rooms were renovated with the best equipment and materials. Breakfast spread was very compact and can't be compared to larger hotels. Overall, it was still a nice experience which I will return should we choose to go back to Granada.

Lo que dicen del parking es mentira, te envían a un parking cebteico donde nunca hay aparcamiento y después si te vas a otro parking no te pagan la tarifa del taxi.

The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.
