"It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others."

Las habitaciones súper grandes, preciosas y super limpias “IMPECABLES”
Todo cuidado con muchísimo detalle.. Cafetera con cápsulas para prepararte café, entre otras cosas minibar, microondas, plancha, secador, albornoz, pantuflas.
Parking gratuito, piscina, gym
La estación de metro está a tres calles andando.
Quedamos muy pero requete muy contentos con el Hotel

OoenanayVery close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Palacio de Cristal is closed but the water feature in front of it is very cute. The way back along P.º del Prado at night is pleasant too.

PPink323Hard Rock Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Atocha station. The entrance has steps, and staff kindly helped with our large luggages when we went inside to ask. The lobby looks trendy and welcoming at check-in.
We booked a 4-night stay in a family room for two. Paying extra, we chose family room with two washing basins, as shown on their website and confirmed verbally at check-in. However, the room given had an extra rollaway bed set up and only one basin. After reminding front desk that we didn’t need the extra bed and specifically requested two basins, there was some delay—possibly due to language barriers. Eventually, the front desk agreed to rearrange our room.
We appreciated this gesture, though initially the staff seemed reluctant, repeating “it is set up like that” and showing blank faces. I had to be assertive to explain that the extra bed defeats the purpose of paying more for extra space. Hotels should understand that some guests pay extra for bigger rooms without needing extra beds. Flexibility to remove the bed would improve guest experience. If I had known, I might have paid less for a standard room.
In the end, they moved us to a room without the extra bed and with two sinks. While the staff handled this without smiles, they were friendly and responsive during the rest of our stay. This was my first time at Hard Rock Hotel, and perhaps cultural differences influenced the front desk’s reaction.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with tea, coffee, and a daily bottle of water. Though bar noise was audible from downstairs, it was not disturbing, and earplugs were provided. Housekeeping was always friendly and smiling.
Overall, Hard Rock Hotel has excellent facilities. I’m unsure if I’d return, but the quality of the hardware is good.
Hard Rock Hotel 距離 Atocha 車站步行不遠，10分鐘左右就到。門口有樓梯，我哋自行找了員工幫忙提行李入內。行入酒店大堂見時尚形格。
我哋預訂了四晚家庭房，比標準房貴一點因想多一點空間。並經酒店網頁宣傳圖見此房形有兩個洗手盆，我辦理入住時口頭提醒。但入到的房間已有多一張折疊床，且只有一個洗手盆。致電接待我哋二人不需要額外床，且特別要求兩個洗手盆後，因語言障礙可能溝通較慢，前台最終同意調整房間。
我哋感激有安排，但起初員工態度似乎有些抗拒，還說「額外床就是這樣安排的」，臉上毫無表情。我必須堅持解釋，多出來的床反而讓付費多出空間變得無意義。酒店應該理解或有單人住客會想選擇較大空間房形。能夠靈活移除或調整額外床會提升客人體驗。
最後，前台換了沒有額外床且有兩個洗手盆的family room房間。雖然當時處理時員工面無表情，但整體服務期間他們都友好且回應迅速。這是我第一次入住 Hard Rock Hotel，或許文化差異讓前台員工對這類服務顯得不自在。
房間本身寬敞乾淨，配置有茶包、咖啡及每日一支水。雖然能聽到樓下酒吧的聲音，但不影響休息，床邊還有耳塞。客房房務人員總是帶著笑容，非常親切。
總體來說，Hard Rock Hotel 硬體設施優秀，但暫時不確定會否再次入住。

1. Shower room design is poor such that water easily goes out no matter how hard you try to avoid.
2. No USB (both A and C) power socket available in the room. Front desk has no adapters for clients for free (they sell 5 EUR each).

The room ok ( although the floor uneven) the beds were terrible, I had to sleep on the floor because we have arrived very late and we thought all the beds were the same so what was the point of saying anything. In fact in Reception we were told they were but we found out the day after it was not the case.One of the beds was with a small curve on the mattress and the other one the spring would stick on your body

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a very nice location with almost all attractions in walking distance. The only drawback I can say is that no certain for each bed so less privacy.
Anyway, I do enjoy the stay in Madrid and if I go back to Madrid somehow I’d love to stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuAyant déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel, je préfère la première chambre, la salle de bain était vieillotte avec une baignoire, contrairement à la première avec douche à l'italienne, neamoins ça reste un hotel très propre et bien placé, proche d'une station de métro à 35 mns du centre

The staff are friendly
I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice.
However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet.
I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement.
If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.
