Hotel Marseille dengan Bar

Camera basica ma pulita e con tutto l’essenziale. posizione eccellente vicinissima al Porto Vecchio di Marsiglia. Parcheggio al coperto esattamente a 2’ a piedi dall’hotel. Servizio impeccabile. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione ricca con varietà di cibo ottima e abbondante! Super consigliato per un paio di notti a Marsiglia. Rapporto qualità prezzo top! 😁😁😁

Ibis always my first choice. Price always good, location always perfect to major areas in location. Service is always consistently helpful and professional. Great room with fantastic reception amenities.

Large rooms, very clean, and friendly staff. Water was replenished daily. There was a small kitchenette with a sink in the room. Both a bathtub and a shower were available, with a separate toilet. Public transportation was right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

We chose the location because it is close to train station.  The hotel definitely serves the purpose.  Room is clean.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is good and worth it’s value.

Service is good, staff are always helpful. Good location; tram stop literally in front of the entrance, close to the port, the area behind the building it just seems a little bit sketchy. For breakfast, nothing special.

They gave me a room without AC, and insisted that’s the only room they had, but they could offer free breakfast to compensate. However, the breakfast ended before 9:55 on the second day morning even it showed 10:30on the roomkey wrap and 10am by verbal notice. The hotel is under refurbishment and will be rebranded as a Novotel I guess. They don’t care about customer service or option as they’ll operate under a new name soon.

Wir waren zu zweit dort. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Zimmer auch. Das Bad war sehr modern und sauber. Der Mann an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man Kicker spielen in der Lobby.

This hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it. TOTALLY worth it, there were two hot food, we thought it was Continental Breakfast but there was so much food, we didn't even need to have lunch. There is this machine where you squeeze your own orange juice and it was FUN as you actually DIY!!! So many bread and croissants, pain au chocolat ... there was also organic milk, all local organic jams/spreads and a very nice espresso or coffee machine you can get hot chocolate and Cafe au Lait! You can make your own hard/medium/soft boiled egg! The service was great, the man at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to places in the Marseille region that I can visit nearby. Room was small but I didn't come to Marseille to stay in a hotel room, water in the shower was hot and wifi works well! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Marseille!!!

a pity to arrive late (22.30) and could not have anything from the restaurant, nothing around at walkable distance, I would have liked a fridge bar in the room

The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.   However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.   While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.
