"Hotel was clean, people were friendly, not to far from tower etc
pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though ."

The Hotel located right next to the Railway Station was a brilliant factor in our booking this Hotel,
Within minutes we were booking in at a very friendly reception the whole thing took only a few minutes
The room was great very clean and airy,the walk walk in shower /wet room was brilliant.
Breakfast was great good selection of food and drinks supported by very friendly staff could not ask for more
We will be going back again, every thing we needed for our shot 3 night stay .

natasha6792Fabulous stay at the Best Western Carlton in Blackpool. The staff could not have done more to help, and the lady on the front desk was so friendly and chatty. They helped immediately when they realised I had a pram, toddler and 2 bags and was alone - even changing our room to make things easier. Lovely people!
Only downside was the thin walls, meaning we could hear every word of the 4am argument in the room next door!!

Hotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

Paid for breakfast took so long to get the food out on the hot plates kept having to ask for stuff like bread , bacon , sausages asked for pastries as none left told no and was still within breakfast times . Female showers at the pool changing rooms were vile and needed cleaned .

The quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect.
Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV.
The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible.
The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away.
Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed

Pengguna TetamuLift wasnt working.bar and games room wasnt open..looks very tatty and run down from the outside..have 2 pay £15 2 park ur car outside the hotel which is part of the hotel grounds so bit unfair 2bh..run down furniture.need 2 get a window cleaner as dirty windows.haf 2 pay £60 deposit incase u took anything home or damaged it(her words)but 2bh their wasnt anything in the worth that amount of money.plus all she did was complain about other guests 2 u which is very professional at all.not enough plugs.no hair dryer or iron in room.plus so need 2 get fans in rooms as was way 2 hot and didn't have any 2 offer us.best party about the room was the view(just shame about dirty windows).

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and provided towels, tea,coffee,sugar cups too
Great price for what was a nice quiet hotel situated in the south if you prefer quiet nights, we got the tram down to the north part which stopped right outside hotel,
Choice of breakfasts from full English to cereals, tea etc,only problem was we got asked what time we would like breakfast when we checked in fir our weekend stay but wasn't given a menu which we didn't know what was available in restaurant until we went down in morningwe did tell them we didn't want the full English the following morning just toast which wasn't mentioned to the chef, but lucky he hadn't started it wen we went down, maybe suggest they do a list on night where we can say what we would like in morning, but overall nice hotel for the price we paid

Clean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
