The hotel is quite close to the airport but far from the city centre and other popular spots in Phnom Penh. I was disappointed with the pool, it is too small and covered with trees. Same with the pool view room, you can't see the pool clearly as it is covered by the trees. Breakfast option was poor and filled with only Chinese cuisines. The service is fair, however, a staff tried to open my door without knocking, even with the DND sign at the door! The facilities are quite old, however, the hotel was clean. I didn't use the WIFI.

The hotel is located on Floor 28/29 in The Bridge SOHO Building. Check-In / Check-Out was easy. Next to the hotel are several options to eat, shop and nightlife. Room was big and the view was stunning. I booked a room with river view. i want to notice that the bathroom smelled like mold. It was also flooded after showering and I have seen cockroaches every now and then. The pool area was nice and the gym was also great especially if you want to do a basic workout. (the area is located on floor 39.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

Had a great stay at Le Botum hotel. Perfect location to everything we wanted to see from the Royal Palace and different temples to the riverside walk and Phnom Penh Night market. Just a few minutes walk from many restaurants and bars. The room was a great size and it was very clean and tidy. The view and restaurant bar had an amazing view of the city. The breakfast was also great. Definitely stay at Le Botum if you are coming go to Phnom Penh.

This is a relatively new hotel and I stayed here for a week. It's clean and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is adequate with a mix of western and Asian dishes. However, the dinner menu is really tasty with pastas, soups, khmer dishes, etc.The rooftop bar and plunge pool was lovely with great views of the skyline. The pool on the ground floor next to the bar is also lovely. The hotel is steps away from the restaurants and bars of Bassac Street and about a mile from the Palace. Ask for a room that doesn't overlook Bassac unless you are a deep sleeper or have ear plugs. The noise from the clubs can be loud. Ear plugs worked just fine. There is only one elevator, so be patient. Overall, a great, comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. My first room on the 2nd smelled like sewer but they moved me quickly without complaint.

It is located in Chinatown in the south of the city. It is a convenient location for sightseeing, so I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, the views are great, and the price is reasonable, making this a great value hotel. Perhaps because of this, the reception is always crowded. The reception is small compared to the number of rooms, so it takes time to check in and out. I wish the staff would try harder, but I also wish they would hire a few more staff.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

Kerana saya tidak tinggal di sana sendirian, saya tidak dapat menahannya Saya pergi terus ke hotel untuk mencari mereka, dan kemudian mereka menelefon saya selepas menyiasat dia membayar balik ¥100 kepada saya, yang merupakan caj bilik sehari, kerana saya menempah untuk mendaftar masuk awal pada 12 dan mendaftar keluar pada 13 apabila saya tiba, dia mengambil wang kawan saya dan berkata saya ingin mendaftar keluar pada 12hb. Anda hanya boleh mendaftar masuk pada:00, jadi saya tidak mempunyai pilihan selain mengenakan bayaran kepada rakan saya sebanyak 100 dolar AS jika anda mendaftar masuk pada 12: 00 dan daftar keluar pada 13hb, ia akan bersamaan dengan satu hari Meja penyambut tetamu hotel mereka membuat kesilapan.

AAirborn63The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

PPengguna TetamuExperiencia positiva del hotel, ubicación inmejorable, la habitación no muy grande, armario limitado, como era esquinera orientada al sur muy calurosa cuando llegábamos pero con 10 minutos de AC teníamos temperatura de confort. Las vistas de la habitación fantásticas, desayuno muy correcto en la planta 11 y lo mejor de todo la piscina en la azotea con unas vistas impagables. El personal muy atento y servicial, nos dejamos una busa y unos auriculares en el Hotel y desde Siem Reap nos solventaron eficazmente el problema y en menos de 24 horas teníamos las pertenencias en nuestro poder. El personal muy bien, nos aconsejaron bien en la elección de restaurantes. Sin duda si regresamos a Phnom Penh este será nuestro hotel.

We asked for half boil egg, they gladly do for us. All staff from the front desk to the breakfast, helpful and friendly. Facilities only a pool but that is not what we go for so is fine. We ae happy with this hotel.

NNadine NStayed for the third time at this hotel in the space of 7 months! Love it so much, I keep coming back 😊 . As usual, friendly, amazing, efficient service from all staff starting at check-in and felt by all other staff members, especially cleaning, security and restaurant staff at Cloud 9. Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy! As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury! Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless). The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at your amazing hotel!

RRobert PaulA lovely traditional Cambodian style hotel. The young staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There’s lots of wooden features and a wildly over cluttered lobby. The laneway leading to the hotel can be a little dodgy and littered with rubbish. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and quite good with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool and restaurant are both lovely and the service and food were appreciated. My room seemed fine but there’s no powerpoint near the bed and the shower set up is weird. Do house staff ever check the batteries in the TV remote? No balcony as stated in the Trip booking. Avoid the over charging Tuk Tuk drivers out front and call a GRAB for better value transportation.

PPengguna TetamuAn unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

PPengguna TetamuWe called the hotel one day before we arrived to let them know our early arrival time (to leave luggage). But when we arrived next day at 6 in the morning, the hotel was black out and chain-locked from the outside. The security guy opened the door and let us in and we saw the night receptionist was sleeping on the sofa with pillow and blanket, he seemed upset to see us. Then we requested to use bathroom (which is also very dirty and smelly) and he didn't even turn the lights on. We stayed a bit longer in the hotel because it was raining outside, and he didn't want to clear up his sleeping space for us to sit. When he realized we were going to wait until rain stops, then he cleared up the space and started to play games loudly at the reception. No greetings, no conversation at all, when we asked we can't connect to WiFi, he just gave us a STARE. We later then came back to hotel around noon and the room was ready (which we were grateful for), we didn't get the TWIN room we requested tho. The room was not cleaned properly, no minibar fridge, safe is with the key attached (it makes me think what the purpose of this safe is), dirty showerhead, flooded balcony, hair full of sliding door and stained wall.(see the photos below) Breakfast was okay but tasteless coffee. Wi Fi connection is not strong at all and the mobile data also gets slower in the room 🙂 Oh, don’t forget to bring your own adapter since they don’t have one in the entire hotel. We didn’t use the pool at all just by the look of it. You don’t want to get itch afterwards. The night before leaving, my friend had an important meeting at night. She had to leave the room since the coverage is bad and she did the meeting in the lobby. Our lovely night guy was back and started to watch news loudly that she couldn’t focus and hear the meeting. So she requested him to reduce the volume for a while, which he did for a few minutes then got louder again before the meeting ended. I would say location is great. But trust me, they got the best photoshoot on their website where expectations and reality doesn’t meet. The highlight of this hotel is the receptionist girl who works in the afternoon shift (sorry that I didn’t get her name). She really went out of her way to help us and she knows what the hospitality is. She makes sure to greet, smile and even gave me her charger to use for that evening, asked if we need anything. The hotel should be grateful to have her. Overall, the stay was okay but if you want what you pay for, choose another hotel with the same price range. There are lots of hotels out there better and cleaner than here. We won’t come back here again.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a cockroach infested hotel in the red light district used by the older men to entertain their ***********. The New Season Riverside Hotel is described as a modern property within walking distance of key attractions. Personally I would describe it as a out dated, run down, cockroach infested flee pit located in the centre of the red light district which caters for elderly white men and their *********** (there is a notice in each room stating *********** are welcome as long as they sign in at reception and are not under age)! We were met by the owner who could not be bothered to welcome us or look up from his computer other than to demand our passport’s. The room was dirty with long black hairs everywhere, including on the sheets. We paid extra for a window. We got a window with glass but when we opened the dirty stained curtains we found the ‘window’ was bricked up on the outside. There was also no fridge or garden as described in the description on Booking.com. Throughout the night we had to listen to the other occupants entertaining their guests and rats running in the void between the ceiling and the floor above. As soon as we turned the lights out at night to get a good nights sleep we found our room (105 located directly above the hotel kitchen) was infested with cockroaches which crawled across the bed as we lay there. We photographed and caught several under glasses. There was no one on duty at night to complain to so we spent the whole night awake sat up in bed with the lights on keeping cockroaches off us. The following morning, when I complained about the window, no fridge, no garden and the cockroaches the manager just laughed. Later that morning I spoke directly to the owner who also laughed. When I insisted that it was not a laughing mater he started to shout at me and became threatening and aggressive. He made some excuse about the fault being with Booking.com who had overbooked his hotel. We saw few other guests so did not believe the hotel was fully booked and did not see what this had to do with the cockroach infection. We had booked for 3 nights, when we said we wanted to leave early, the owner refused to refund the remaining 2 nights. I attempted to cancel the remaining 2 nights on Booking.com but the cancelation policy meant that we would not receive a refund. In addition to the above, the stairs are used as storage areas for cleaning equipment and rubbish. The only way to access the upper floors is by a small lift. This makes the hotel a 5 storey fire trap. There is a 6 inch gap between the bed and wall so during the night the pillows fall on the floor leaving you without a pillow to sleep on but a ladder for the cockroaches to get at you. I’m in my late 50s and have travelled extensively across Asia This is without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Unless you are an elderly man down on his luck, looking to entertain your ********** on the cheap and don’t mind cockroaches for company I would avoid th
