"I recently stayed at Crown Regency Residences Davao and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained surroundings. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall service was satisfactory throughout my stay. While some areas of the property could benefit from modernization, the comfort, hospitality, and reasonable rates make up for it. Overall, Crown Regency Residences Davao is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for value and convenience in Davao City."

The front desk personnel would not want us to charge to the room on whatever we spend inside the hotel even we propose to swipe our card for deposit. Usually hotel accomodate this kind of service. The rooms are no longer up to the standard with no face towels and floor towels. Because of these some of my colleagues have second thoughts to stay again in this hotel. I hope the management of Acacia Hotel would pay more attention on these little request and things up to the standard.

In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close. The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems. I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen. Special reminder that currently all places in Davao are non-smoking, indoor and outdoor are banned, and durians are also not allowed in the hotel.

If you accidentally choose the wrong hotel, it is best for girls to not go to a remote area. If it is a family, it is still good. There is a swimming pool, a small bar, the service is OK, the facilities are too old

Pros - clean comfortable room - near the cost line with view over the channel - super polite staff - great family pool area - used to the place being full so it’s organised extremely well - 24 hour room service Cons - no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis - No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way. - loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures) - bird poo all over the windows (see pictures) - breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food. A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

The cleanliness was average, and the service was okay. However, having a café downstairs that stayed open late was very convenient. Considering the price, the quality of the room was actually quite good.
